Great game—I really enjoyed the gameplay. I don't know how you came up with this idea, but it's brilliant.

2026-04-21 07:23

Hahaha, such an imaginative concept! It’s so fun and creative—I burst out laughing when I heard the hit sound effect.

shivvvy 2026-04-21 07:27

very interesting idea!

pastmoments 2026-04-21 07:37

Great concept great execution. Might be one of the best application of the theme that I've seen. This could totally be released as a full game.

e4bb0127-1238-4639-bab1-c6fb9cc3ff3e.png Very creative game! The art style and music are really fun and cheerful. I reached the farthest planet, but nothing seemed to happen. I was hoping for a reward—maybe a soda or a big plate of fried chicken, haha. Still, I had a great time playing!

jnur 2026-04-21 08:04

At first, I was confused about how exactly this fits the theme. Then I threw the first gym bro into the lunar orbit and it all clicked. Great idea, very solid execution! It could've even had more content and I would have kept on playing for quite some time

digital-bacon 2026-04-21 10:59

An absolutely bonkers story on top of a really solid game. Great execution, plenty of humour. Loved the music (had my dude-bros "dancing" to it on the way to their destination!). Neat graphics. My only suggestion would be a bit of parallax on the starfield to add a sense of motion.

Fantastic game -- excellent work!

kaki 2026-04-21 11:54

It makes me happy! Great job!

rynti 2026-04-21 15:16

@mekuire @chusui77 @emmma @talal-hammad @shivvvy @pastmoments @jnur @kaki Made me very happy to read all your comments, thank you!

@naidove glad to hear you enjoyed it! Unfortunate that you got stuck just before the end - there is a way to finish the game, by completing all the orbits (for example Saturn needs 5 bodybuilders around it so they can all build connections with each other)

@digital-bacon Also very happy that you liked the game =) Actually we added some parallax to the starfield, but it probably is a bit too subtle so it went unnoticed

enver-arco 2026-04-21 16:42

Music is banging!

strainer 2026-04-21 16:55

i rlly like this game but later on its just waiting to encircle each planet and is just waiting, doesnt help that one item basically removes small gym equipment, fun game

23edsa 2026-04-21 16:55

Amazing, I wish I could rate 10 stars for humer

door-casts 2026-04-21 16:55

very polished, loved the concept and the UI on the left did an amazing job communicating the goal and gameplay

t-c 2026-04-21 17:09

I learned a lot about both space exploration and bodybuilding by playing this game! Got to the game completion screen. Didn't know it existed, and had to start the game again after reading a comment here saying there's a victory condition. After I had 1-2 satellites on Saturn, I figured either there was something even further, or the game would have ended. Maybe some kind of indicator around each planet like "0/5" or something to telegraph what the end game condition is?

I thought the line drawing on the minimap was very well done, a near visual representation of the network. I also really liked the mechanic of delayed/dropped inputs based on the network signal. Both ideas were implemented very well, and I thought were pretty clever. Nice work!

darizz 2026-04-21 17:13

This game makes me laugh. Cool concept. However, it's not entirely clear at what point the connection is established. I see the lines continuously connected from Earth to Saturn, but the game still hasn't been completed, which is a bit confusing.

nathanial 2026-04-21 17:13

Really fun game, the orbiting gym bros as a game mechanic is interesting and funny. I would say the game should be a lot more challenging. I only lost hp on my very first run.

antti-haavikko 2026-04-21 17:29

Pretty funny stuff! It was kinda weird that I had bought everything, put some dudes on the last planet too but the game just didn't trigger the end before I slapped some more dudes on the second to last planet too. Don't think there was any indication on what was missing.

Screenshot 2026-04-21 at 19.57.32.png

This made me think that the goal was to get three on every planet but I guess some of them required more... 🤔

Screenshot 2026-04-21 at 20.06.07.png

Looked pretty good. There is this classic "mistake" with pixel art where you scale the sprites and end up with different pixel sizes. Makes it look less cohesive as an art piece as a whole. The same goes for rotating the sprites but that isn't that easily solved though as it'll require a lot more than just keeping the sprites the correct ratio (ie. drawing them in the wanted size).

This color choice on the shop wasn't very great for readability.

Screenshot 2026-04-21 at 19.45.03.png

The audio side was good too. The music was nothing ground breaking but carried through the whole experience without getting annoying. The sound design was up there too, didn't notice any actions standing out by being soundless.

Then the actual gameplay. It was pretty nice. Kinda classic incremental game structure. But it was kinda on the easy side. You just launch and wait for a bit until you reach the next planet. Dodging was never a real issue. Once I missed the actual planet orbiting and then there was loads of things to dodge and losing the control made it kinda difficult. But no point doing it like that since you need to fill up all the planets anyway.

The shop didn't really count for that much either. If the amount of junk I faced on that one missed throw was normal, then maybe the less equipment upgrade will make it a lot easier but the rest felt kinda inconsequential. You can get pretty much all the "necessary" ones that the latter half of the game becomes just repetition and waiting game.

So out of interest I tried another run without buying any upgrades. Starting off, of course it's very easy still. Three launches on the first planet without even having to move. Three dudes to the second planet too, this time I had to actually touch the keyboard just a bit to reach it. Probably could still reach it completely idle too with just some luck and eating those two allowed hits. But then the third gets a bit trickier. Dodging isn't really the touch part but the loss of control is annoying. And having to wait the first braindead easy planets to reach that part to try again made me give up after a few tries. So seems like the less junk is easily the upgrade that makes the game super easy and the rest are pretty much just time saves.

Anyways, good job! Fun game and pretty well executed. With some tweaks to make the actual gameplay more interesting and the upgrade system more worth it, it'd be great! 👍

**edit:** Oh yeah one more thing I forgot to mention. Kudos on getting the colliders right! So often on jams people use the exact sprite shape for hitboxes which feels super unfair when you lose by just grazing another object and don't even really see it. Feels so much better to actually know for sure it was your fault when you get hit. And here it's very much the correct choice. Doesn't feel too lenient or strict, just right.

2026-04-21 17:39

Thanks for this fun game!

dywanix 2026-04-21 17:58

fun idea!

isaac-hisey 2026-04-22 03:33

IDK how you came up with this idea, but I hope you make more silly things like this. The execution of this hilarious concept matches perfectly to the theme and the only thing i wish was that there was more to play!

slippers 2026-04-22 16:04

The Arnie groans really do sell it don't they?

Very fun, light-hearted and nicely polished. I know some have commented on the difficulty, but I think for this type of game, it's just pure levity and I don't mind in the slightest.

Great concept, good use of theme. Great sounds and a nice fun loop. Thank you!

2026-04-23 00:57

Really cool systems y'all made! It was so satisfying to see all of the gym bros I launched all linked together through the solar system like some kind of roided out spider web! I tried to do a challenge run without using the shop at all too & I found it fairly balanced. Truly a strand type game

ansible 2026-04-23 08:51

Really funny and silly, but also great concept done well! Nice art and audio it all complements.

I read comments, but just to say I also missed the ending as I didn't realise I needed to add so many tough guys to each planet - just thought I had to make it there!

mackain 2026-04-23 19:50

this is what the internet was made for

rucksack 2026-04-23 19:52

The only true successor to Kerbal Space Program...

The game really gives off weird flash game vibes, in a good way. The progression is nice, setting up ~~satellite~~ bro connection feels surprisingly realistic, which makes it really satisfying to reach further out into space.

ikado 2026-04-23 20:03

fun! concept was funny but still matched the theme quite well, the progression loop felt good, it felt quite satisfying to get every planet hooked up to the network. it would have been nice to have some more end game upgrades since i was floating a lot of cash by the end. overall very good!

andreas-roschal 2026-04-23 21:44

This is so beautifully absurd. I love it!

2026-04-25 10:58

So much fun!

Hello there! I'm the one who added too many men! I loved this game a ton. It eventually looked like a PowerPoint presentation. A funny interaction I found is when you have as many men on the planets as I did and you enter the menu by hitting Q, your frames drop dramatically. It took me at minimum 5 minutes to get to Mars from the Moon. I know that wasn't the intended implementation, but I love to play test as dumb as possible. This has been my favorite one to beat on since I started doing game jams.

venomousmouse 2026-04-26 17:53

Very funny concept and well made mechanic. Nice game.

lcstark 2026-05-03 11:54

Haha, what a concept! :D

On one hand, game feels like classic old launcher games, letting you make incremental progress with each launch. The idea of having to build a signal connection is a really nice addition on top of that, but what really elevates it for me is the delayed control mechanic. I've been thinking about a game idea implementing something vaguely similar, so to see it executed in such a fun way feels really cool! And it really does work well, thanks to controls being smooth and responsive with zero delay.

The game looks and sounds pretty good! Artstyle is pretty solid pixelart, enforcing the ridiculousness of the premise, and the soundtrack feels really fitting for a space launch game, showing you how serious these dudes are.

I've played through it twice and managed to reconnect the solar system for all the bros. Well done on the game! :D

Very funny game. Love the take on it. I really liked the control delay and would have liked to been forced to use it more, but it felt like it really only mattered in the beginning until you get a full orbit setup. Upgrades felt good and had a fun time playing.
