Intense visuals, great athmosphere. Love the simplicity of the controls. It felt a bit aimless but a strong foundation for a great game.

mrwarranty 2026-04-20 13:43

The propulsion movement and visuals in this are so nice, and it just goes to show what you can do with creative lighting and a different approach to controls. Definitely want to see this developed into a full game with either a player goal or maybe even a narrative; you wouldn't need extra code to just place some text that shows a short story or poem (or whatever!) that is revealed by the changing lights. Just a thought! Very cool foundation.

kyanoss 2026-04-20 14:53

@mrwarranty thank you so much for experiencing my game and giving this detailed and encouraging comment! I have rated your game as well!

kyanoss 2026-04-20 14:53

@pfeyffer thank you! I will rate your game right now

crocidb 2026-04-20 15:44

The movement reminds me a bit of good old Osmos, but inverted. Not bad, props for getting something done. :)

skale 2026-04-20 15:47

I didn't understand what's happening, but something cool was happening

pincushion 2026-04-20 15:48

This is great. It's fast and fluid. The atmosphere is so mysterious and alien. The effect when you're on a signal is really cool. I encountered a bunch of them at the same time and it was so bright all of a sudden. This is a solid proof of concept.

mathemagics 2026-04-20 15:58

The interplay of light and shadow is impressive, as is the smoothness of the movement. I would really want to see a meta gameplay loop!

tweekus 2026-04-20 15:59

Interesting visual, I like the idea. Good job

beareye 2026-04-20 16:11

everybody have already told you that and I'm gonna tell you this one more time: stunning visuals! Artstyle is absolutely amazing. I wish you had more time to complete this game. Good luck!

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:35

@skale haha thats what i expect most of people would feel :D im already satisfied to at least creating the atmosphere, and i do apology for not having time to make it more detailed and easy to understand

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:37

@pincushion thank you for experiencing! im glad you get the feeling i was trying to convey

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:38

@mathemagics thank you! im very likely to complete the game with the meta loop because of everyone's encouragement and compliments!

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:39

@tweekus thank you very much!

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:41

@beareye im glad everyone likes the graphic! due to the limit of time i thought it would be a good choice to keep it abstract and focus on the atmosphere, which also saves me time to create detailed assets. thank you for playing and your comment!

kyanoss 2026-04-20 16:45

@crocidb didnt know the game but i will check it out. thank you for playing!

jed 2026-04-21 09:41

Simple controls and really nice visuals! Looks like it could make a fun game.

kyanoss 2026-04-21 13:57

@jed thank you!

shoalmuse 2026-04-21 21:12

I have no idea what is going but I love the look of it. Use of negative/positive space and the flipping contrast makes you feel like you are in an immense space. Some good sound design would really send this out of the world!

kyanoss 2026-04-21 23:47

@shoalmuse thank you for getting my design :D yes audio is def a missing part for the atmosphere and i'll try my best to make it happen

ne-aquilon 2026-04-22 23:49

Great idea. I hope it'll be turned into the full-fledged game.

kyanoss 2026-04-23 13:29

@ne-aquilon thank you!!

mibi88 2026-04-30 11:18

Nice graphics and interesting mechanic! I hope you'll make a more complete game out of it.

tesseract 2026-04-30 20:28

Beautiful graphics and mechanics. What kind of goals/objectives for a gameplay loop did you have in mind?

kyanoss 2026-05-01 14:53

@mibi88 thank you!

kyanoss 2026-05-01 14:59

@tesseract thank you! the simplest way to make the meta loop in my mind is to make it a spaceship game navigating through planets, and change these basic shapes into silhouette to indicate narrative elements. Although i can sense that there are a lot more possibilities could be developed based on this mechanics

aweskybear 2026-05-01 16:17

I just tried your game and need to say this is a neat play with lighting! I would have loved to hear some void-y sound effects! It would have been such a great contribution to the overall look-and-feel. Congrats on getting to this state, although some game goals would make it a full-fledged game. Examples: even some goal on the "map" where you need to reach a target like a "black hole" or sth to get to the next level. I imagine an arrow indicator for the general direction - and the beautiful signals to light up your way to it. : )))

Many possibilities. Anyway, good effort! Love the movement and lighting.

kyanoss 2026-05-05 20:07

@aweskybear thank you for your comment! i completely agree that audio would be very helpful with the atmosphere, and yes a game goal to make a complete meta loop is def needed. I will check out your game as well!

deformhead 2026-05-06 15:01

Great idea!

I like how it make me feel to try going in the dark hoping to find a light to attach to!

The inertia of the character (space ship?) make me think you wanted something difficult to control too, and maybe you'll want to reward/punish the player for going fast vs bumping on objects?

As mentionned before me, some ambiant sounds would have been really nice, I never have time for it (even if I want every time) so lately I force myself to stop the dev at least 2 hours before the deadline, it gives me the time to make basic stuff but it helps a lot with the fun and mood of the games.

Congrats for your entry! :clap:

kyanoss 2026-05-08 02:13

@deformhead thank you so much for your comment! im very happy that you kinna understand what I want to creat and how I plan to polish it further in the futrue basically the same way I'm thinking! (eg yes i was planning to make the controlled object a space ship, and trying to create the sence of tension of trying to avoid bumping into unknown object in dark) This kind of connection feels awesome :D And also thanks a lot for your advice about time arrangement, i'll def try to make a better schedule next time!
