I really like how the game has a very clear objective and purpose. Would love if the person showed up in the store though >:( - Good job roommate!

I could play this all day, nice game! I appreciate the card frames as an extra touch to keep your collection.
Solid idea! I think I got all the cards in the catalog unless there’s a secret one that I missed. I can see how this could be expanded to be more strategic with some cards having multiple day cycles of ups and downs to try to take advantage of. It would be cool if there were some markets where the rare packs are really more valuable than the epic ones due to market weirdness.
this is such a fun experience
It really scratches my itch for card ripping!
how do I buy and sell Frog options? I would like to buy frog calls at $8.50
I found this incredibly fun! I feel like this game would work better as a 2d game because juggling all the cards was pretty hard in first person. However, I still enjoyed this game a lot and it really captures the fun of opening packs and selling high. Amazing stuff!
This has been my personal favourite game of the jam so far! I did feel like I was getting more rare and uncommon cards in the common and uncommon packs then I did in the rare packs though. Great job overall though!
Very fun game. It felt a bit cumbersome dropping and picking cards off the floor and it would have been nice to be able to carry a few at once, but maybe it's intended the way it is. It's definitely nice that you are encouraged to walk around the world rather than just playing the whole game inside a trading GUI.
I liked the idea and enjoyed it, but I would have preferred different controls, for example, picking up cards with a right click and dropping them with a left click, and having the menus on the 1, 2, 3, and 4 keys.
Didn't think I it was my kind of game at first, but was genuinely surprised by how fun it was. The controls felt a bit strange, but otherwise it was great.
Very original idea!! I liked it a lot. Good sound feedback and car design, minimalistic .
I think it would be very cool if the stocks panel was in the wall, visible at all times like it was Wall Street . Simplify the controls with mouse buttons could be more comfortable and would be simpler.
I ran into an odd bug where the game thinks I'm constantly moving the mouse to the right, which made it difficult to play. I can see the vision for this game and would like to see other people in the shop buying packs and going through them that I could interact with. It would be nice to be able to "pin" the real-time stock ticker to the screen or have it on a monitor in the game so that I could more easily consult it. It was fun to buy the cards and open them but, due to the mouse bug I had trouble putting them on the table to look through them and had to fight the constant right pull of the mouse to pickup the cards, look at them, and sell them. That made it rather frustrating to interact with, but still I can see some potential with this idea. The trick would be to come up with a good card stock simulator that the player could mostly figure out but that would still surprise them at times. The card pictures were fun to look at, and I could see this becoming a full-fledged "simulation" game were you manage a trading card shop with some more work.
An excellent game, though I'm clearly not the best with numbers—but I still had a great time.
Very impressive and well executed on all fronts!.
very addictive and creative. Great job!
Played though to the end! I liked the little card graphics, would have been nice to have an ending.
game.png Not very pleasant controls. But it's a pretty enjoyable gameplay.
@k48uto Fair enough! Nice bunny stack. That's a pretty common strat these days.
An addictive game.
I got them all! Screenshot (15).png
Or did I...?

Is there a secret that I missed? Its kinda interesting how easy it is to capture my attention with such a simple game loop xD
As you can see I really enjoyed it for its length. Though as others have said, the controls are a bit off. May i suggest:
Left click -> take/use if in hand
Right click -> throw/sell
The game world right now is a bit empty, maybe integrate the gallery and stocks-window into the environment - and probably the shop too. All in all i really enjoyed my time with your game.
Btw. I can reliably reproduce the bug that @recursor described by exiting the fullscreen on itch. In fullscreen the bug doesn't happen for me and even goes away.
@willoxs Wow! Good job getting them all! Yeah, that 89% text is supposed to show 100%. In the code, if I detect a 100%, I just don't update the text for some reason.. :face_palm: Those are really good suggestions. Also, thanks for the tip on the bug. I appreciate you playing!
Nice and relaxing game, I love seeing the numbers go up. I wish you were able to drop your current card and pick one from the ground, it's a bit annoying to have to put the one you are holding somewhere and then go back, especially when there is a really good trade going on. 2025-10-14 22 39 03.png Also yeah it says 89% for some reason lol

I also got 89% and kept opening packs in hope for a secret rare xD
Awesome job. Best interpretation of the theme so far. I have not had many experiences with games & economy, this one was very good. I do not have much to say other than perhaps improving the assets of the room. Very good job.
