Sadly :( I couldn't reproduce the error on my PC
I cant see cards when in fullscreen. Also its difficult to understand what's going on.
As for me i don't like card games (moreover i didn't play any gwent game in the Witcher 3), but this one somehow interested, quess with pc theme. Anyway i really liked the art, logs and inserting cards into PC. but honestly i didn't get what exactly i was doing.

This was fun. The ballance of the game was on point for me. Many times I lost the game lacking only 1 energy, or 1 card, or 1 connection point.. I liked it
Really interesting game idea. I also very much like the sketched graphics style and minimalistic computer sounds. Just the mouse over for the cards sometimes was outside the screen and a little tough to read, maybe a more opaque background would be helpful.
It's a good game, but I don't understand it (because of the language). Thanks:0
I like the art direction the the overall idea of the game, plenty of cards and enemies too, but the learning curve is really tough because it lacks some sort of tutorial
looks cool and vibes are great, but tbh I couldn't get what I need to do. Basically, I couldn't do anything at all most of the time. Only click skip button. Cards not connecting anywhere... but I don't play card games at all, so maybe it's understandable.
I think I'm seeing some great ideas in place but unfortunately a game like this wants a tutorial or more explanation / build-up. Nice aesthetic choices, the visual flair was appreciated.
This game needed a tutorial big time
I just beat the game, it's pretty neat, tactics reminds playing MtG with death deck. Because you will need to build up energy, and for that you need to tank damage through several turns. Beautiful art! My only complaint is too long wait every turn to logs type out, and some mouse glitches (card can stuck if you drag it early).

So, little tutorial for those who interested @alaah @jovialknoll @nicekot @follusior @d-omino @funbanan
Player have Connection (hit points), CPU (energy), and cards. Enemy has Progress (total level HP), and various antivirus cards. To play your card has cost in Energy (orange circle). You can play 1 card in turn.
If it's "defence" (pink square) it heals your Connection, allowing to live longer. If your connection is 0, you lost (can replay level)
"Damage" (blue triangle) attacks enemy card's "Health" (blue rectangle), if enemy card has "Defense" (pink square) damage will be reduced (like, 3-1=2). It will be destroyed if 0 hp.
"Progress" deals damage directly to "Progress". When progress is full, you win that level. Actually every card played deals at least 1 progress.
After you played card, enemy cards will attack your "Connection" each with their damage. So it's wise to destroy high attackers (blue triangle = 2) first. Also there is tactic to don't kill last enemy and give yourself time for healing, while he dealing just 1 damage.
Instead of turn, you may Skip - that will regenerate +1 "CPU" (energy). You can draw a card for -1 energy. If your hand is empty, you will draw some cards (depending on level).
Difficult to grasp at first but I found it pretty cool once I figured out what was going on (thanks @gdman). It could have used something to make it clearer when it was my turn and what effects the enemy nodes were having. I liked the hand-drawn art a lot.
Pretty neat game. A bit overwhelming at first...well actually a lot overwhelming. Maybe just intimidating UI? Sort of got the hang of it but still was kinda clicking and dragging at random through a good deal of it, but to be fair I probably should have spent more time reading the tooltips on the parts.
Super neat game though! Love the theme of a hacking card game!
Very interesting, I love the art and the mood. It feels dark and gritty just as hacking should be :)
I should have read the comment about the rules, that would have help tremendously, you should use that comment in the description or point to it.
Do review some games in the danger zone so that you get the 20 ratings your game is worth it!
Also it Nice to see you have used github during the development process of the game. I have starred and added your repository to a list of ld57 compo : https://github.com/stars/dhmmasson/lists/ludum-dare-57-compo
You should add a Readme with a link to your entry and you can add badges for the readme that you can use: ``` Ludum Dare Ludum Dare ```
Consider using these **topics** to make your Ludum Dare entry more discoverable: - `game` - `game-development` - `ludum-dare` - `ludumdare` - `ludumdare57` - `ludum-dare-57` - `ld57`
That was so interesting experience! Nice job! :thumbsup_tone1:
I really like the visuals and sounds for this, I think some kind of instructions would have helped a lot though as I still don't really know what was going on despite winning
I love the unique hand painted aesthetics. The terminal display is also a great idea. The card game gameplay is a bit overwhelming. I think I would love to play this if it's more like a pure terminal interaction hacking game (it's already technical so why not make it more so lol), or programming/puzzle game, the mood is right.
