I liked this storytelling method. The first time through, I somehow missed the very first interaction point and I think it broke the game, so I was standing at the bottom, clueless, but then I looked around and found it, hoping it'd fix. It didn't, so I started the game over and made sure to get everything in order and then it worked. (I was on the updated file) I'm glad I started it over, though, because I'm glad I saw the ending.

Love the storytelling and style of present. Crazy environment building. Reminds me the game "what remains of edith finch". Same digging deep into memories of family members. Good job.

Cool concept for the game. Very atmospheric location. It was neat to fill in the faces of the characters in the room. Reminded me a bit of Edith Finch and Spiritfarer. Nice voice acting. The music worked well. Overall everything just tied together really nicely to deliver an interesting short story.

The art is absolutely stunning. I really like how the face became clearer as I unlock the story, it also helps me find the clues I might have missed. The whole story felt like a sad but heartwarming farewell, such a gorgeous experience :)

The storytelling is really well done — everything’s clear through the details. The ending feels quite sad if you think it through on your own. The environmental assets are super well-crafted, and the core idea behind it all is great.

Very nice game, I loved the time I spent on it. Fell a little bit through the open spaces so maybe a little bit of polishing in the level design would be nice. Nice music also, thanks for this cool experience !

Ah I loved this, such a fantastic take on the theme and awesome story telling! HOW THE HELL DO YOU COME UP WITH THIS IN SUCH A SHORT AMOUNT OF TIME! - all the small details that popped up from this woman´s life felt so incredible to discover, and I got chills by the end from realizing the proposal that had happened.

Which made my coma feel so much disheartening, I love the fact that the story is kept open, we can hope she wakes up soon and can jump into the arms of her loved ones, but we dont know. not sure if it was intended, or due to time constraints but I loved it.

Your grey blockout art style with key elements, i Assume was due to time constraints works surprisingly well with the fact that she tries to recollect her memories, and the props that was there, was detailed showing quality over quantity really :D (I tend to end up on the other side in game jams, a bunch of crappy assets to fill out the space)

Great work! One of my favorites I have tried from this jam! and that comes from someone not typically into walking simulator style games, If you where to ever expand on this story and game, id love to see some light puzzle gameplay - kind of life is strange style, which thisreminded me off :D

You've done an excellent job, and the result is really good! The menu welcomes you with quality animations of water or something similar. Leaving the ward, we see a huge level that invites exploration. The primitives complementing the level weren't initially perceived as primitives – turns out that's intentional.

It's great that the game has voice acting. I really liked the Level Design. The game design hints are effective – it's immediately clear what to interact with. I wanted to run, pressed Shift and immediately ran, so adding sprint is very useful. The game immerses you in a sad atmosphere, but the design feels kind. The story and narrative are excellent.

I found a bug – you can go behind one of the walls and fall down. It's unclear if this is intended. I tried to return, but there were invisible walls everywhere, so I started over. I hoped for an ending after revealing all the faces, but from the description I understood there wouldn't be one. It was fun to search for objects and connect them with people in the ward.

@kurakurture Thank you ! We didn't put colliders everywhere so you can fall on some places unfortunately... There is an ending ! A short cinematic when you revealed all the faces. Maybe a bug too ? :disappointed:

This was a very pleasing experience. The mood is perfect, and the art and environment works very very well, And voice acting was on point, and it's very important for this kind of game. I just had an issue were I felt off the map (yes, I like to explore, event if it's to see an other white block, you never know) so I had to restart the game but it was fine.

At first it gave me some "Before your eyes" vibes but it's actually closer to a walking simulator like "Gone home" or "What remains of Edith Finch". But in comparison to those games (yeah that's a very unfair comparison to make :p ), I didn't feel very moved by the ending! I didn't feel a strong rise in emotion along the journey, and then at the end, BAM! the game tries to hit you in the face, but since it's coming kind of from nowhere, it didn't really feel like it was a payoff to anything. Still, it makes for a wholesome and good story, but in the end I felt like there was hidden potential that could probably only be unveiled in a full fledged game. I think that maybe the format would have been more appropriate for something more subtle, that makes the players question the character they have constructed in their mind. Leaving the player asking questions about the character itself rather that the aftermath of the accident.

Anyway, It's a kind of entry I haven't really seen in a game jam, because it's difficult to pull of, and you frankly did a good job.

A really lovely experience from start to finish and quite emotional too! Fantastic models (in such a short time too!) and the voice acting was great very immersive. Gave me slight Sky vibes - not sure if that was a inspiration, but very nice. Had a slight issue in the start as I went right off the edge to the bottom and got stuck (simple refresh page fixed it) and also pressed CTRL for crouch...then W to move which closed the tab oops! 3rd time lucky got there. Very nice well done for all your efforts! :clap:

Such a beautiful entry to the jam. At first I thought it would be a "you died and are in the afterlife" kind of situation, but I was pleasantly surprised that it was about being in a coma! I love seeing narrative games like this in gamejams so this was great :) (ALSO THE VOICE ACTING IS SO GOOD WTF, did u guys do that yourselves?!?!)
