Can't get the game to load :(

It's an ambitious genre for a game jam, but you got pretty far with it! Good job for a first game jam :)

its a great first try. I still think that 3D Games a way to ambitious for jams. Keep at it, there is a lot of potential to build on.

The interface and selection seems pretty polished, great job on that. Are the testing tools supposed to be enabled?

oldzombie14 2024-10-08 02:56

nice work!

thechadrampage 2024-10-08 03:01

Couldn't get the project to load but that might be because of my potato lol. Still liked the style in the image I saw!

torami 2024-10-08 09:58

Please make an itch.io page for this as I as many others aren't able to play it here.

rkhadder 2024-10-08 17:13

game wasn't loading - consider making an itch.io mirror and tagging us!

joshua-reumann 2024-10-08 19:36

game isnt loading unfortunatly. Maybe try to host it on itch.io

mcdima 2024-10-09 00:10

I have added an Itch.io link, thanks for the tip and thanks for your time if you try it  @joshua-reumann @rkhadder @thechadrampage @torami @zimonitrome

This is a super cool concept! I like the direction the game is going in a lot (this was my first game jam and game too). The perspective and 3D objects that were really only used in 2D was a novel concept.

memz 2024-10-09 01:56

I like the town-esque concept. Good job.

daredevinbegins 2024-10-09 05:07

Seems like you had a tough time with your game, but it seems playable and not a bad attempt! The logic seems self-explanatory and is playable, i'd love to see this fully decked out in the future!

Thank you for adding it to itch.io. Now i could play this fun little game. What would be nice is if the fighters would automatically attack the golems in their reach if they get close enough.

djidanebe 2024-10-09 12:23

Very ambitious for a solo game jam, but you still succed to have a playable game in so few time. Well done !

davidcode 2024-10-09 13:43

I agree that the game concept is ambitious, especially for a solo mode! I couldn't get it to load here,, Itch.io worked well. It’s impressive bet for such a short development time.

pierre-marie 2024-10-09 13:54

It's not the easiest concept to realize, especially for a first jam, but the first mechanics implemented are really on the right track!

Congratulations on your first jam, and keep up the good work! :D

bacalear 2024-10-09 20:13

nice

lectvs 2024-10-09 21:06

I'm not great at strategy games like these but I liked it! Even though the graphics are simple, it actually looks pretty good since you were consistent in your art style. This is seriously impressive for your first jam, great job!

ronn-fever 2024-10-10 02:48

Wow - for a first game this is excellent - and doubly so considering you did it with the extra stress of a game jam! Congrats and here's to many more games to come!

stormburpee 2024-10-10 04:54

Thanks for adding the itch.io link, you killed this for the first game you've made! I love the concept of using placeholders in a game - it's cool and shows the developer side of it. Good work mate!

damien-black 2024-10-10 05:45

Hey, this is really well laid out, and an excellent framework. Well done. The UI told me everything I needed to know to jump in. What is happening is clear. This is good game dev right here.

Love this

mcdima 2024-10-10 08:01

Nice entry! I miss some audio effects and I was unable to restart when defeated
