The music was great! I struggled with the controls, since the gun is pointed in the same direction as the rocket requires for movement.

I had a lot of fun playing this one! It was pretty difficult to dodge the germ's attack but definitely possible and having to perform heart surgery for goat flu made me laugh
The game was fun and once I got used to the controls it was not too difficult to beat. There were two things I actually only realized quite late: 1. You can hold spacebar to perma-shoot. Before that I just hit it like a maniac :D 2. You do not need to touch the germ to damage it. At first I tought I needed to be in contact with it to deal damage. Once I figured out that this was not necessary, the game became easier
@vipaka Yeah, we tried to make the movement mechanics a bit challenging since otherwise the game would be quite dull in our opinion.
@sirblazealot Thanks! I'm not a doctor but I'm pretty sure the flu requires at least heart surgery
@crygos Thanks! We were considering making it so that the gun shot slower but forgot to change it before the deadline .
I liked the game, especially the music. It was fun to play)
Great funny game, I liked the rocket controls and the newspaper articles!
Very funny game, art was nice as well. Wish there was more variance in the later levels.
Nice little game! Loved the little cinematic introduction and the diegetic explanation of the controls. I guess the game could a little better with different levels but it's ok.
It seems that you used a character non included in the font you've used. It may works on your when you launch it with godot, but on the web build there's not fallback so we see a weird little character on the ending screen.

Very fun game with good movement. Art was also great. I liked that the control of the ship took some skill so it was something that you can get good at.
Overall it feels very polished. Nice work!
Lots of hand drawn graphics and funny bits! I would have liked more levels (don't we always) but I did save a lot of patients from certain death. Good work!
Nice game, very funny articles and patient cards :)
Great presentation ! The gameplay is original and reminds me old famous rocket games for the controls ! Nice mechanics I would like to see more levels
Loved it Who knew baking powder and a fresh orange could cure a goat flu? Thankfully MicroMedic and its team of top surgeon never lost a patient (I'm sure the one who went on a walk will turn up somewhere soon enough) Had a great time, especially loved the Y (Bleatr) joke Good job, and extra points for using Godot!
I liked that in the first level the germ's attacks were synced with the music. It would be cool for it to stay that way as it sped up.
I didn't realize you could shoot. First level took me forever. Very Funny!
Simple but a lot of fun. love the song that plays during gameplay.
Played through the game and I liked the presentation of the story through the newspaper. The controls felt intuitive and the background graphics are nicely done. :)
At some point I just flew very close next to the heart and stopped moving there. Could beat the heart all the time, which took out the "moving/flying experience". The little green creatures are a nice addition to the infested heart, but it would help if they also spawned in different areas, so I would have to move my ship more.
The audio didn't loop correctly.
I liked the little explosions of the small enemies and also the death animation of the main antagonist. Felt very good every time to see it explode in little pieces. :) Good job and have a nice Game Jam.
Nice graphics and music, the mood is here and all the little joke on patient description (even if they die). Mechanic are simple and not new but can be more entertaining if illness got more stuff to throw every stage ! Good job !
Well made game! It was a bit easy and got a little repetitive, but I made it to the end. The news sections were cute.
This game has got a lot of humor and I was laughing at the descriptions of the patients the entire time! Poor goat flu victims :'). Moving the ship around felt a little bit difficult was my only struggle!
Really funny to play! (Take away child for payment lol) and great pixel art, hope there are more levels & level layouts! *Miku is above my comment here wow that's amazing
Fun little game, not much of a challenge but I really enjoyed the humorous storytelling.
The idea is super cool—shrinking down to fix stuff at a microscopic level—but the controls? Yeah, they’ll make you laugh and rage at the same time. The visuals are simple but get the job done, and the theme hits perfectly. It’s fun once you get the hang of things, and the humor totally saves the day. Just be ready for some frustrating moments!
