Awesome game! The art, presentation, the feeling of exploration, inventory management, are all super fun. I was really curious to explore the game and kept being surprised at the things I could craft. Really well done!

I like the minimal visual style of this a lot. The mechanics are complex at first but over time you get to know the controls and inventory better and better. Orientation is a bit hard, but nevertheless I kept playing for a while. Well done!

@firebelley Wait a moment... I watch your videos! This wasn't made with godot but I'm learning it for future 3d endeavors. Thanks a lot!

This game is surprisingly immersive and I have been playing for more than 1 hour. (I restarted the game for several times because I failed to find enough goo)

The art style is simple but impressive. I love watching the trees swaying in the wind. The soundtrack really adds to the mood. The crafting system as well as bag management make this game far more than a maze game.

What an unique and amazing entry. Nice work!

@moebiusmeow Thank you!!! I'm definitely adding an extra failsafe to the post-jam version, the current one "spawn 15 goo minimum across the map" still means unlucky players will be there a while :')

Amazing art!!! <3

Why you have to do my OCD like that! I have to grab every item but they can't fit in my ass :sob:

I think 'Find the crafting recipe' is one of the best directions for a Jam game to go and this game shows that perfectly. Charming and funny in the intro and then some really addictive gameplay to follow. I could feel myself losing track of timing planning out what items I needed and why. I wanted to sit there for ages to find all the necessary components but after two resets I felt like I was getting soft-locked through being unable to find the components I needed for the last few crafts. I'd love if there is/was a way to ensure enough components are spawned that are needed to craft everything. One of the best games I've played so far this Jam, really great work

Super interesting game! It's amazing how much atmosphere you created with a triangle sprite protagonist. Wasn't able to finish it but I had fun exploring and constructing/deconstructing. Nicely done!

fusionnist 2023-05-02 22:28

@jamieok That is the case! But a matter of exploration (and time) (lots of time...) which I'm seeking to improve now :) Thanks!

Playing through this game was an adventure on its own of discovering its scope. Seeing the breadth of gameplay mechanics get tutorialized very naturally left a big impact, and the music and minimalist art style really set a mood. Fantastic entry and so well thought out and made!

Really interesting direction for the theme! The minimalist aesthetic drew me in, and the crafting was interesting, but I found the logistics of finding the stuff you need a bit repetitive, given the UI. I also didn't have enough stuff in my world to make a [ZORG DEVICE]. It'd be nice if that was more guaranteed. I think in total my world only had seven batteries!

It took me a while but I finally found enough items to make the delivery! Fun game, I really got sucked in and lost track of time. I like the exploration aspect a lot. Thanks for making a tutorial, learning the mechanics was simple and smooth.

Nice graphics :O

Great game!

Crafted all but blaster... run through whole map several times (glad for fast speed of everything that already crafted), trying to find last 2 lamps, but no luck :( maybe something with generation and I got some unconnected island or something.

Game is supper fun though. Would love a bit more 'plants' on those lines, since sometimes they are a bit too long and I had no idea if I am moving or not (mostly issue at the start where you don't understand difference between red and white vertical line paths).

Also a bit more 'color' for the ground items would be neat - lamps do have yellow color, but would love to also have something like 'nature', 'electronics' colors as well, so it won't be as constant struggle to read all the test on the top left. Maybe also make a list bit longer, so it fits screen without having to spam tab on places with loads of items...

Great entry! Thanks :)

@batisdark all great feedback! thanks a lot!

Hit the escape button to hopefully bring up a menu to lower the volume but the game closed :(

Cool crafting/alchemy game, cool minimalistic visuals (but i cant help but wonder what more detail in the character would lookl ike), music is very nice. 2nd the "more ‘plants’ on those lines" for visual movement. Good job!

Very impressive scope for a compo game! I love the sense of mystery and discovery. It sounds simple but the keyboard controls are set up really nicely and intuitively. Crafting feels really good too. I'm excited to keep exploring this game!
