Hard game, would be nice to see the next package colour earlier on top of the entry and maybe more than one switch per belt to make up for mistakes. Also not being able to make last minute adjustments when the package is on the switch is annoying. Also I didnt quite manage to properly switch them, as you dont really select them, but click on it and kinda instantaneously have to choose the direction. Clicking them again resets it, which doesnt quite fit into the mechanic to switch it. In general a really nice idea, but hard to play.

I liked the game but it is very difficult. I also want to tell you that the exit button in the browser has bugged my PC XD

Very fun game! Had a blast playing it!

It was quite hard to navigate everything without possibility to turn a conveyer when there's something on it. I ended up just sending everything to the middle belt and only turning it. Did get 2700 this way, even with switching-a-right-line penalty, so seems like a loophole.

Graphics are really cute, sfx add to the atmosphere and polish a game a lot. And I cannot skip th bugless nature of the game.

Overall - great entry!

Really nice game! Sounds and graphics are excellent, and allowing players to try out the mechanics in the menu is a great idea! It's really hard though. I found it a bit annoying that I couldn't rotate belts with packages already on them. Still, an almost perfect score from me, as it is really fun to play, since each game is really short.

Nice interesting idea. I did 1200 on a quick run with the middle belt strategy, seems like all it would take to make it suboptimal is to increase switching penalties. But then again, the game is hard enough (especially the very subtly color-coded packages; I'm not colorblind but I managed to confuse one of them)

It took me a while before I realized I just needed to convey every packages to the middle. Fun game! Lovely art!

@argaf Thank you for playing and yeah you can just convey all the packages to the middle, so in order to discourage that I decided to deduct 100 points from the player every time a package that spawns on the same conveyor belt that it is supposed to go to is moved to a different belt. So if a red package spawns on the red conveyor belt and is moved to the middle then 100 points will be deducted.

My highscore was 1100 :D The only thing I'd change are minus points for changing package's route, for example when I redirect red package to green conveyor belt and then back I get -100? I think it should be +100 for stylish delivery :sparkles:

The game is very addictive. Graphics and sound are very nice. But it seems to me that the tape moves very quickly. I often fail to react. Maby you should try to rise speed trough time?

Simple, yet effective. Very well implemented, though i would allow the belts to be switched while there are boxes on them, since sometimes it is impossible to direct correctly. Would also make the color scheme more highlighted, but overall, very good job!! Solid entry!

Okay the game work properly ! I just had some difficults to understand the commands (took the arrows on the explanation window for keys indications). I think I break the difficult : simply orient the side conveyors to the middle one and conduct boxes with this one. It is frustrating that the conveyors arent movable when crates are on it. Overral, sounds are good, and the simple gameplay works fine. Good job !

Took me a while to figure out that I cannot rotate belt if there is already something on it. I was wondering why it didn't work for me. :) But once I figured it out, I had a lot of fun. Although as other said, super challenging. Some scores here are pretty impressive, I almost celebrated when I wasn't in minus points, haha. Great job with graphics and sounds, it looks and sounds great!

Nice entry for a compo! It's pretty hard to play like the others mentioned. I think it would have been better if the moving belt would have been longer. Sometimes I didn't see the color fast enough, maybe the color spots on the package could be bigger?

I love the look and simple color palette! Incorporating a tutorial into the starting menu is a really smart and effective idea. This may just be a personal preference, but I found the controls hard to get used to. The mouse/keyboard combo didn't feel very intuitive. I would have liked to have an option to rotate the belts using only the mouse.

After quite a few tries i got to 2300. The game is really fun, and super well polished, i love the artstyle and the sounddesign. THe concept is also extremely interesting, and i feel like it would be super expandable, by creating more stages with different conveyerbelt arrangement. I kind of missed some backgroundmusic but thats not to big a problem. It also gets very hard towards the end where it feels like the packets are already on the turnable part of the belt in the moment you realize what color they are and by then it is already too late. Overall though i think this was one of the most enjoable games i played:D

Cute idea for a game. I like the use of the theme to create a unique arcade experience. The aesthetics are simple but communicate all the necessary information. I like how the boxes are the only thing with colour so that they really stand out. At first sending everything down the middle seemed like the optimal strategy, but losing points for moving a box off its row is a good way to prevent that (though perhaps it could be explained somewhere). The sound design is nice too.

My main issue is the way you can't turn the belts while a box is on it. It makes the game harder than it should be when the boxes start coming quickly, plus it just feels bad pressing a button and having nothing happen.

Short game but very effective and fun! I would like the controls to be only with keys, for example, I would put only one key to turn a wagon, another for the second and another for the third. Or even two keys for each wagon making a total of 6. I personally like either all keyboard or all mouse (except typical shot-up games that mix). Apart from this small detail, I can only congratulate you on the good design of the game, how fun it is, and how well everything is cohesive. Great game!

Neat game, I like the graphics and sound design. The penalty for moving a package that didn't need to be hindered my plan to just move everything to the center belt and move the one :stuck_out_tongue: Still managed 2100. Would be interesting to see what it would be like with some more space to work with, maybe more belts, etc. Well done.

Such an interesting idea. I could see this become a very engaging mobile time killer. I like the art, although it's so simple it feels quite polished. As everyone said, I also think this game is very difficult, maybe even too difficult. But if it is what the game is trying to achieve, than it's fine. A pretty good entry!

i didn't do that great but it was really fun! i couldn't help but imagine it with touch controls and playing on a tablet. excellent compo entry <3

The belt control requires couple seconds to get used to but I got it. Nice sorting game, will have to avoid inefficient pathing next time.

I suppose the subtraction of points when sending them to the wrong lane before they reach the chute is to prevent abusing a funneling strategy where you direct the packages coming from the edge lanes into the center lane only to sort them by using the final turn. It would be nice to have the turning conveyors be able to be turned when packages are on them, but the amount of added time to code for it and the possible gameplay implications might make such a choice not feasible during development for a compo game.

The game is quite difficult, but still interesting. It's still difficult to keep track of three conveyors at once
