SORRY MOM I didn't make it to the Broccoli!

This was more fun than I had expected. The pace was a bit slow, maybe it would be cool to make everything a bit faster like 50%, but that's just a minor detail :)

Overall pretty solid game, I liked the Vampire Survivors mechanics, very entertaining :)

I managed to kill the broccoli boss, this was fun. The beets are most annoying because they are shooting so I was prioritizing them. I left lot of coins on ground :sweat_smile:

Ok - the game is really pretty fun. Played several rounds until I finally beat the boss and was kind of sad that the game has ended there.

The game itself is hard but I like that really much. But if I could make a whish then those two things would be really cool:

1. An endless mode. Really you need an endless mode. 2. Audio (Sound effects and music)

Overall a pretty cool game which made it into my Ld52-game-collection on itch :-)

The core gameplay is solid. The difficulty varies significantly on your upgrade rolls. The first playthrough I didn't get any good upgrade and got overrun by carrots, and the second time I tried I was able to breeze through because of the early bullet pierce upgrade I got. Overall it is a solid entry.

Funny story line. Felt bad for the mother every time I sucked and died. Good core concept of a arcade vampire survivors like game. Only thing I would comment on would be the lack of audio. The art was amusing, evil carrot was the most interesting lol.

Really fun game! I enjoyed a lot) Carrots caught me off guard but than the game begins to tighten. I did my best to make wife happy)

I like it but really wish it had some sound effects. Being stuck on one screen instead of being able to wander around was interesting.

nice gameplay. played 5 times. only on of the attempts I had good upgrades and managed to make the wife proud! any sound effect would make this even better. 1 slight problem I had is the look of the bullets were bit of an eye sore for me. It s difficult to see, specially when there are multiples of them flying about on the screen. I had to stop playing because my eyes were bit watery looking at them (could very well be very personal thing). perhaps a darker border for the bullets would make them stand out a little more.

That carrot needs a nuking. Was fun, needs a little balancing but understandably hard to do within the time limit. Had fun~

I really enjoyed playing your game! I liked that you need some strategy for dealing with the different enemy types. I almost beat the broccoli boss but eventually gave up after a few tries because my finger got really sore from clicking the button :)

Dude this was so great. Happy wife = happy life. I'm so in love with roguelikes and the progression system that comes with it. This was awesome!

Ooh, pretty fun game! :slight_smile: I like the visuals and the upgrade options, and the difficulty and pace are quite good! Sounds would've made it even better, but hey! :stuck_out_tongue:

Solid little game, nice execution of a classic idea! I liked the difficulty curve, it was tough but it doesn't throw you straight off the deep end so you get the chance to ease into it. Good work!
