That said, the gfx & sfx effects are way better here than on mine...

What a solid submission. It's difficult to test alone though but I found the concept really interesting and well made. Unfortunately I didn't get to see all the possible upgrades.

Couch multiplayer Pico 8 game? That's impressive! Man, there's something very pleasant about the Pico 8 color palette. The upgrades were all really cool too! Nice work! Getting a bunch of rate upgrades and a triple shot is one heck of a combo! Great game.
Really nice fast paced game. I didn't have anyone to play with and playing two players at the same time get pretty boring after a while so I would've liked a single player version. I really like the graphics, so simple yet effective! Well done!
This is actually super super fun to play! Love the upgrading mechanic and the combat system. Wish I have a friend to play with. Solid entry!

This game has really great juice and gamefeel for a compo game.
Neat game! I played it with a friend and had a lot of fun. Being able to choose our own upgrades really made it engaging.

I played this with my husband and I totally lost.

The various upgrades are what makes this game (and the homing one is just not fair :wink:). The graphics are obviously simple (as it's a pico game), but they work well, and the colors are well-chosen. It's a neat bit of fun.
I love, love, love how the SFX works here, it harmonizes so well...
Its really fun :) Plays great, feels polished and the upgrade system is a great touch :)
@fabula-rasa Ah glad you liked it! I thought homing was one of the underpowered upgrades, so I'm also glad to hear that it was a challenge. @stefo Thanks!!! It's a minor pentatonic scale. Each player has their own octave. Easy recipe if you feel like using it in your games :) @mikouaji thaankss!!
The game feels so dynamic, colors and artwork are pretty smooth and aggressive at the same time. I would like to have more levels, otherwise keep developing great games! You got my 5 stars ;)
