I got stuck in a wall, but it was still pretty fun! I liked the environment a lot!
A cute little platformer. It was quite tricky, I found I would slide off platforms if I landed just on the edge of them. I would've liked to see some more exciting variations of buffs/debuffs.
I managed to make it to the end! I really really enjoyed the pixel art, it was really well done. Fun game that had me hooked to the end. But the platforming felt a bit unfair at certain points especially when camera is too small to see pitfalls and spikes. But hey I finally made it all the way to heaven to pet the dog!
Visual part is just awesome! Overall game kind a cool too!

I liked the atmosphere! The game is difficult but also quite fair so it's fine. It would have been nice to include a game finished screen. Good job ;)
Really hard, we often die without seeing why, it goes a little too fast and lacks visual feeback before restarting the game
@allosius sorry time limit was really a pain! we wanted to add it visial feedbacks etc. but we just couldn't because of the time!
Really nice art and music! Platforming is fun when you realise you can double jump. Visually a little hard to see the crystals that kill you, maybe a little glow effect would help?
The game has some really nice looking stuff, but the multipe graphical assets (all with different pixel sizes) clash way too much from my taste. It's a tricky platformer, something that is not very kind to you, but I did not mind that! As others have said some more feedback as to what's happening to you would've been nice!

The game looks good and the music is nice too. The platforming is pretty challenging because of the character´s fast movement speed, but this doesnt prevent it from being fun.

Cute little game really liked the style of the 2D sprites was very fluid and enjoyed using the double jumps a lot. I will say that some of the art looks like it didn't belong there. I don't know how to explain it but seemed like it didn't match the rest of the sprites. Besides that, was an overall good experience and hope to see more from you next jam.

The artwork is really charming! The backgrounds look great, and the characters are cute. The biggest piece of feedback I have to offer, and I mention this in the video I recorded, is **blind jumps**. You never want the player to be required to move downwards without knowing what's below them. Especially when what's below them is a hazard. Even when there aren't off-screen hazards, blind jumps are anxiety inducing. It leads to "unfair" deaths, and is all around bad game design.

To be honest, I found the game too hard and unfair, especially because of the time limit and blind jumps. Some visual consistency is needed, but I liked the character sprites.

So I'm quite a hardcore platformer guy if I can say so myself, and I can appreciate all sorts of challanges. The artstyle is nice, music is alright as well. The only thing I'll say is this, I don't mind bs deaths cause it can be part of the charm the only thing I found weird, and perhaps you could help me out with this and clarify, is that I seemed to be dying at random sometimes, nothing happening, just being brought back to the beginning, was it one of the random effects?
Still, in the end I managed to rescue my doggo friend <3

Pixel art and enviroment was great.Music choice was pretty fun too.I like challenging platform games so i wouldnt say it was hard it was just on point.loved the boss design would like to see it more!
I am in LOVE with all the details. The character and the boss design, especially the dog... They are all so good. The atmosphere and the music are really harmonious and I think they succeeded to make me feel kind of magical like I was the witch in the game. I left out a huge ''awwww'' when I saw Maya in the end. It was so cute <3 Nice game!! Hoping to see new projects from you guys :3

I like the concept of this game, although the platforming aspect proved a little too punishing for me so I didn't get to the end. I really like the character designs though!

Have to say you have brutal hitboxes. Really punishing platformer. Some polishing and this would be quite interesting platformer.
The art and sound are both very good but it's so incredibly difficult to pass even the first level. The option for checkpoints would be nice, or refinement of the hitboxes and movement could help.

Nice little game! VERY punishing... Almost makes me think the 3 hearts were a tease, because I never saw them go down. The buffs and debuffs were creative but barely did something, longer durations would've been maybe better. The pixel art was nice and the music very soothing. Nice work!

The visuals looks great and the music sounds alright. I think a lot of the level hazards doesn't standout that much so it was hard to distinguish what areas are safe and what are not, I thought I just die randomly. Great game nonetheless!
Really solid platforming controls. I felt very in control of the character. The 2 second shooting wait was a little boring and I would have rather had it be a key instead of of clicking with a mouse because you can't set the direction with the mouse. I love the music and the pixel art. I think some 2 frame animation on the liquid blocks that kill you would make it look more deadly. It's weird that the hearts didn't do anything. I think adding sound effects would add a lot especially a specific death sound on certain things so you know what killed you. On the white stage at the spawn I went left and ended up falling under the world but I could still move left and right until the dog. I couldn't jump and when I respawned I was still stuck under the world. I would love to see this game expanded with more enemies and mechanics. Great job!
Nice platformer! I read through some of the other comments to make sure I don't repeat too much of what the others are saying - I didn't think this game was too hard at all!
The background and art was nice! I think making more contrast between damaging fixtures and the background would help the player more, but the message is pretty clear that they're dangerous after a few restarts haha. One thing that would really elevate the game is sound effects for level change, taking damage, using the wand, hitting enemies, etc. That audio feedback would probably help other players track their gameplay a bit better. It especially would've helped me identify the Archangel's crystal projectiles at the end. I also think it'd be more fun if the Archangel had more hp since it's the final stage boss!

Nice gsame, the timer mechanic makes me wanna rush the end and i cannot appreciate the artstyle ahah i somehow got stuck in the 3rd level, i went left to explore and ... fell under the map or something idk, but even respawning didnt put me back on the level ahah woof woof tho
Cool, it didn’t immediately dawn on me that the game has a double jump, in general it’s very good.
