Super nice atmosphere and a very eerie mood! Just running and running through these endless halls, escaping myterious monsters - I think this game excels in this feel of being in a place where you don't belong at all. The gameplay itself is a bit repetitive, but I think in some ways that helps build the mood too.
I played this for weirdly longer than I expected. For some reason, it really hooked me. Nice work!
Atmosphere, art and game feel is on point, I love the take on the every 10 seconds subject, and the tokens are really nice to feel in control
As for issues, the enemies' attacks are very unclear, and there isn't much to do during the lit phases, so the game gets a bit repetitive and slow
He game it's really nice in a lot of points but it's sad that you don't have more gameplay in light mode. Mayby differents ennemies depends of dark or light ?
Dark or light make this level. I don't know if I pass the game. Hand feeling is nice. But the game is too easy, especially on light time.
Great game. Its is really moody and the timing matches perfectly together :D
Cool concept, and I love the art! Navigating the maze-like map is pretty interesting, and it's oddly satisfying to group up and bunch of enemies in the light world then take them all out in the dark world. I even found a secret area! I do agree with others that I wish there was more to do in the light world, or more enemy types, but it's already fun and I really like the mood here. Well done!
Lovely looking game, sound effects I really enjoy (so longa s they're not stacking on top of each other too much. I would say that the game would benefit with both light/dark enemies as well as hitboxes being based off shadows, it would benefit the perspective of the game. All around great work though!
wooooow this is a really neat game!! love the ominous and otherworldly-like atmosphere!! PIXEL ART? HELL YEAH SON! love it. LOVE IT with a capital L. the audio captures the eeriness really well, the sort of oscillating sound in the background. the timer at the bottom right was great, as well as the audio cue for when it would switch between light and dark. our games are actually very similar in that way!! so it was really neat to see a different setting, but using a similar idea :D
i THINK i got to the end. it looped me back to the beginning. i was very determined to see if there was an end game. i had 20 or so hp left because i was being dumb and kept taking damage from the alien jellies, but i THINK i made it!! would've been cool to see if there was some kind of ending!!

I wish the difficulty was harder, it was very easy to avoid getting hurt. Great art and sound fx, controls solid, no obvious bugs. The 10 second looped music was a neat way to warn the phase is changing and helped set the mood. Really good entry.

Suuuper moody game with pleasing visuals and music. I especially like that rising tone that plays just before the world shifts, it hits just right :ok_hand:
Loved playing the game. The mechanics were really cool. I found some hidden areas which was exciting. Would have been cool to have a boss or more levels. Lots of fun idea you could add to this one. Great Job!
the art is really great and helps a lot for the atmosphere. the gameplay is simple but controls are good, game is fluid and promising!
Controls, art, and ambient audio are nice, but the gameplay gets repetitive and easy fairly quickly. It feels like a good foundation to build off of by adding more enemies, a narrative, etc. I didn't notice the timer at first, so maybe you could shrink the health bar and put the timer above it to keep all the UI in the same area.
Impressively polished! Sounds were great, the atmosphere was great, it felt great to hit enemies... Only problem is there isn't an objective :smile:. You could build a full game out of this easily! Cool entry!
Good atmosphere and nice polish though I wish there was more enemy variety. A boss would have been really cool given the style you have here. It's a good base from which to continue development. Nice job.
That was nice! You really nailed the game feel; it's super fun to beat up enemies (:laughing:)! The audio, graphics, gameplay, and the level design are all nicely made, though I do wish you cut down on the dead ends, as I got lost and didn't complete the game, but that might've just been because I wasn't paying enough attention. :|

Love the vibes, sound design and animation. Something I don't like is a hitbox - it's not really intuitive. Anyway a good entry!
