Hey Mr. Troy! :) I played it even though it wasn't 100% complete and it was really sweet. I love the art style.

Hey Mr. Troy! :) I played it even though it wasn't 100% complete and it was really sweet. I love the art style.
So I actually accepted my destiny and then tried again to escape it !
Very fun overall , had a pacman feeling in it and would love to see more of this game!
congrats !
Cute art style!
I like the idea. Very unfortunate that you couldn't complete the game, but still good work. :)
The game is cute and there are a lot of good ideas, looking forward to see it completed! :v:
Ok i jumped in the fire i think i'm dumb but the game is really cool and i've laughed so hard for the message after jumping in the fire
The art and vibe of this game is on point. I can't wait to see more.
it was short, but the idea felt promising! nicely done!
Hi!
After pressing "Run game" in itch.io nothing happened.
i really like the concept, the eyes in the menu was a nice suprise. Music is cool and graphical design is very intrersting but gameplay is lacking of core.
Idea is great i hope you will someday polish this concept :)
The art-style is simplistic in a nice way!
Looks like a great setup for an interesting storyline :D Developer's note read - hoping for updates :)
@makio64 Literally, the concept art was very pac-man esque. Thank you for spotting that. :D
@binaryspark Thank you. I've been trying to find my own art style for like 5 years. That means a lot to me considering I've been trying with this for the past year.
@binarydiv Thank you. That means a lot.
@davide-rossetto I'm going to try to, as soon as I find myself another keyboard.
@escarpoulpe I'm glad you did. One of the things that was in the works was to tempt the player to explore as many options as possible.
@jeff-kerman Thank you. All the feedback I'm getting is encouraging me to at least finish this game in the next few days once I fix my computer.
@subvertissement Thank you.
@szkocka Unfortunately I didn't optimize the game yet. So, the audio is really really large in file size (Even though it's only about 30 seconds of audio) that sometimes causes machines to take a really long time to load. If it didn't load at all, I need to look in to why that may be happening.
@piczkabobra Thank you for playing, the eyes were originally part of the design as a hint for later levels. I wish I could've incorporated that into what I had to submit.
@bumble Thank you. I literally sat down with an artist and discussed colour theory before working on this. The background was originally going to be either bright pink or a bright yellow. But, I wanted to save everyone's eyes. :D
Sad you didn't complete it :(
I really liked visuals!
Managed to get it to work, experience on the shorter end of the spectrum. Super cool graphics style :D
@yogurtthehorse Thank you.
Sorry you had troubles during the jam! Eck. That being said, this is super super cute and I can definitely see that greatness was the direction you were headed! Well done with what you were given. :D
Decent concept, could definitely use more polish to flesh out the mechanics a tad more. There's a good method of storytelling but, gameplay wise, you don't start to get into the groove of things until the very last level. As obvious as this sounds, having more levels would be great.
@otterfaelure Thank you. This means a lot. If anyone else is reading this comment please check out otterfaelure's game. I was humming the song to that game nonstop last night. 😅
@gix Of course I started introducing more complex level designs to slowly walk the player into the groove of things. It's not difficult to create a level, I really would like to flesh out the mechanics.
Artstyle is nice, game itself felt a little unchallenging, though :D
Cool art style. Would like to see it developed more!
@kukurammus This is the opposite end of difficulty I typically do. I wish I could've given you the experience you desired.
@daniel-username I'm trying to gauge how much more I can add before people become disappointed that it goes too far or doesn't live up to expectations. 😅
"Well that happened." :D I think the humor is really the part that sticks out the most for me with this one. I chuckled multiple times - "...into the Time Fire to appease the Time God" (of course!). I delight in the silly, so this description was very up my alley.
I'm sorry you didn't get as far as you wanted, but I think the concept is really good and I liked the sort of stealth-ish gameplay it seemed like you were leaning towards.
Thanks for reviewing and commenting on The Apocawiz. Sorry it took me a bit to respond!
I just played the jam version but now I'm definitely going back to play the post-jam game! Very interested to see where you've taken it.
