This was a very nice entry! I liked the variety in platforms (ice, cheese) a lot! The graphics are great. Just wish that collision bug didn't happen because it killed quite a few runs. Still, very nice!

Thanks @nick-rafalski! I added a tiny fix to help if you get stuck because of the collision bug. If you press the X key/button, it should shake you free, but only use it if you are stuck!
I love retro stuff like this.
I was having a hard time with the slippery controls so I laughed when level 2 started and it was literally made out of ice. I was expecting to ragequit but it wasn't that much more slippery than level 1. Even though I prefer a tighter control style, I still liked the game enough to finish both levels.
Great theme usage, and I enjoyed the variety and general vibe.
Like the graphics, had no sound. Normally not really a fan of these kinda games, but it was fun :)
Very nice short game. I miss a bit music or sound.
This game looks great! Cute, readable graphics. I did find the slippery controls to be a little much - is really hard to control! Hurry, I also liked the dense level design - you got a lot of platforming and gimmicks into a small space! Fun game.
Graphics are cute and I like the idea! I think the controls are a bit floaty and slippery, but if they were tightened up would really improve the game. Nice work
Great! Controls are a bit odd, but it's really neat and cute! I wonder why the level 2 has less features than the first one, I was expecting to see the spikes, at least.
But anyway! It was great and I wanted to win the game!
Great work!
@mathiouza Thanks! The way I programmed the spikes was pretty manual and I didn't have a lot of time, but wanted to have a second level so that's why there are no spikes, but my original goal was to add them there as well!
I have done both levels!! Move is little tricky but fun.
I like the colours used (particularly the bricks), and the ice level is real cool.
I do think that the jump needs more weight to it. I found myself missing jumps because of the floatiness it has.
What an interesting game! I included it in my Ludum Dare 49 compilation video series, if you’d like to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/QOqT7v58gqA
I had fun jumping and escaping and would have played more. I would like some easier levels for version 2. You could make lots of easier levels for a starting perhaps (although i dont mean to trivialize level creation it is an artform). Nice work!
Nice little game.
Nice little game. I liked the cohesiveness of it, it's great to be a little mouse jumping on cheese! The platforming controls were a little floaty but coyote time and related tricks definitely made it very workable. I had fun! :)
fun! love to see pico-8 games :D
I wish the game didn't reset me all the way back to level 1 when I gameovered, but it was mostly fine since the game is short. It'd also be nice if I didn't have to wait for the drills to start moving at the start of each level before the screen would scroll.
I like the core gameplay a lot; it's quite compelling. I'd love to play more levels (especially if the physics were tweaked so I felt more in-control of my character). The art is really great; I particularly like the drills, the background bricks, and the background door.
Charming visuals and frantic climbs made for a fun entry, just wish that there was more and I had continues, starting the whole game again was pretty brutal. Great stuff!
