Hey guy would you please let me know if you are having any issues picking up resources. I've been informed for the mac build in some systems it seems to not be working at all. I want to verify if this is just a mac only issue. Thank you in advanced

Love this art style and sound effects! I can totally confirm that cursor positioning is shifted from the center to the edges on Mac.

such a cute game but i wish the cursor dragging and what not was a bit better. i loved meow's expressions!

That was so cuute ^_^ Took me quite some time to understand what to do, but the puzzles were neat ^^ Art is reaaally nice and music super cool (although to be totally honnest I was a bit annoyed the volume went down when the mouse cursor was out of any box, imo it didn't make the music justice). Loved it!
(One question though: is there something you can do in the level with the "Continue?" Or is it the end?)

@grhyll Thanks for playing! im gald you enjoyed the music, I had a lot fo fun making it. unfortunately there is no more content after. I was too exhausted to make anymore levels and time was running out so I decided to leave it there, but I did intent making a puzzle with it at one point. thanks again for playing <3

@agrdev Thank you for playing my game, im happy to hear you liked the music and art, and thanks for the confirmation.I've had the opportunity to test it out on 2 macs, on one it ran perfectly and on the other It was offset. No Idea why that is the case yet. Do you mind telling what model of Mac you used?

@kappa-b I have MacBook Pro 15” Late 2016. Also, recently updated to MacOS Catalina, maybe this is causing the issue? 🤔
This one was really interesting. The mechanic was smart but was not utilized to its full potential. Nevertheless a very good entry even though it lacked a bit of content. I would love more of it!

Very cute game. I really enjoyed the audio when it was playing. I did find it jarring at first when it stopped but got used to the idea. Dragging the boxes was a little finicky when you were doing it next to an existing box. I think this is a cool concept and wish there were more levels. Great job.

@agrdev Good news. It took me awhile but I figured it out!!! It turns out its bunch of things that have nothing to do with Mac per se, more to do Unity build settings and the intended aspect ration for gameplay. Macs as they tend to use 16:10 aspect ratio for their laptops were more prone to the issues.
When I started making my game I knew I need to be force 16:9 ratio on the player, for reasons to do with how I implemented the window system in game. How I went about doing this was ignorant. I assumed the place to do so is in build settings, it turns out that No this leads to issues as things get overwritten. the best place to force aspect ration is on runtime. I made a simple script to force a 16:9 ratio and everything was fixed. lessons learned. thanks again for responding.

Hey man, I'm on win7 and I have the same pb with item clicking.
Else your game is great (purrfect as I would say) and even if I couldn't beat a single screen, just the joyu of clicking the cat to make it sing along the song was very satisfying. Details are the best :)
Also, why in the hell would you cut the music out (especially a good music like that?), i'd have it on filter or even unchanged because that is very unsatisfying :'( meowmeow is sad :'(
Overall, a very interesting concept that fit the theme decently well. The mechanics of the game could have been a bit more fleshed out, but for being made in a weekend, it worked pretty well.
Hey, just to let you know I’ve been making Ludum Dare 45 gameplay videos and I’ve put your game in my video! You can watch it here: https://youtu.be/S9nZaGbYfVE
I loved your game, super innovative mechanic and Meow is super adorable, especially on level 3, just wanted to snuggle uo in that blanket with him 😂
This is so cute! :) Also interesting gameplay mechanics. Kinda relaxing puzzle with nice visuals and audio.
Not bad for a weekend. I really enjoyed this game. The cat reminded me a bit of Pusheen. I liked the puzzles, tough, but fun. The music really tied everything together, although sometimes the volume was going in and out, perhaps tied to a game mechanic or something.

I've seen games with similar window resizing mechanics, and they used that mechanic in a lot of more ways in their core gameplay. But none of them were as cute as yours! I also agree that the music was too good to simply mute every time you went off screen!

Very interesting game. It can be a bit hard to figure out what to do but the main machanics is very clever and the graphics are great! Well done!

It is really offputting for me that music stops when you move your mouse outside of any of the boxes. Otherwise good little game with interesting mechanics.
