I would have loved to see a more complete version. Great concept.

I thought this was a very interesting idea! The upgrades were really fun to save up for, and I really appreciate the amount of them that you put in. I think this game could use some sort of enemy or combat to make it all feel a little more worth it. But with that being said, i totally think this could be a bigger game project later! Nice Job!

I have spent the most time playing this game so far out of all the games I have rated! I was only hoping that I could upgrade the graphics even further but it by no means was vital.

I really appreciate your game.

This is great, definitely an engaging one. I love these kinds of games where you start with, well, nothing and then slowly build your way up to making a full game. The art style and music reminded me a lot of An Untitled Story, especially when buying the shop items. I wish I would have been able to buy upgrades for the shop button sprites...it would have made the whole "buying to reveal the game" concept more thorough and satisfying. But overall, I appreciated the concept and integration of the theme. It was kind of funny just how unnecessarily powerful I could get at the very end. :joy:

Glad everyone is enjoying the game  Originally there was going to be combat but I ended up replacing the enemies with the breakables due to time. @thepiratenun Ya the buttons are one of the things that got skipped over that I would have liked to do. Also being able to nuke levels at the end is definitely part of the fun  @random-storykeeper

Really Amazing game, cant belive i spent like more than half hour in a jam game, it was really addictive, maybe u can add more stuff related to automation and make it in to a mobile grinding game. Kudos on the end game design, one grenade wiped the whole map, if you are planing to make it into a mobile game i recomend u use ECS to manage coins, it wont lag, also the shotgun was pretty much useless, till the time I got it, grenade seems like the best weapon. apart from that balance of the game was perfect. Really Good Job!!! 10/10...

"Impressive game, Very cool concepts. I left wishing that there is more. Had a lot of fun "

This was really funny. You really get overpowered at some point. I managed to get a 7-meter pistol and grenades with a 200-meter explosion radius and it was awesome.

That game was a really pleasant surrprise, it really grew on me throughout my play and to be honest I can't think of a good way to add to it, you should be really proud c:

OMG this is THE BEST jam game I've ever played! I've spent sooo much time with it! I loved the progression, the fun, the experience, thanks for this one.

this game is really genial. There's no negative points to it. I laughed a lot with the placeholder images and the unexpected upgrades. MY reaction when the screen shake upgrade appeared was "OMG THERE'S A F*****G SCREEN SHAKE TO BUY IN THE GAME"

josh-aaron-miller 2019-10-15 01:46

In a game about buying everything, I was surprised the itch.io link was free to download, haha. I would have put the screen shake on things being destroyed, not the gun being fired. Very fun game overall! Like an idle game except active, haha. Great feel to the core loop, definitely feel very powerful at the end, especially if you ignore the Win button and just keep buying more upgrades, just enter level, throw one grenade, and if your computer can handle it you get everything!

I played this longer than I should have.....

I really liked this one - there's a lot of juice here that just makes it feel good to play. I loved the DLC-Quest-meets-clicker-games design, I think it fits the theme very well. It was really satisfying to reach endgame, toss out a maxed out grenade, and just absorb money. And the sound effects and music were hilarious!

beat it! It's really funny how overpowered you can get. The upgrade progression is very nice and you get in a good rhythm of farming money. Keep up the good work!

fabula-rasa 2019-10-16 12:03

Very nice concept! The only thing I did not really enjoy was just clicking for money at the beginning, but I guess we all have to pay our dues to become great overpowered heroes ;)

brokenmirrormedia 2019-10-19 06:41

I played this game for way too long lol. I wasn't sure how it would be at first, but the gameplay is fun enough for a short game, and who doesn't love overpowering your weapons so a single grenade wipes the map and brings all the money to you, destroying the framerate in the process. I loved this entry!
