This is a really nice game for a first time. The game mechanics also work really well, and all the features have been implemented really well. Apart from a few bugs here and there, like the power indicator mirrors when the player turns around, its well designed. Good one

I LOVE your voice acting and all the other sounds that you made! :-)

This is how it should be, programmer art - both graphics and sound - is very charming :-)

I was also able to pick up the game and play it - without needing to read your page, the in-game tutorial is all you need. Great job!

The whole feel of the game is very appealing and actually really reminds me of being up all night to finish my game entry ;-)

Really cool, I will keep this in my bookmarks so I can find it when showing my friends what Ludum Dare is about. Thanks, keep up the great work!

I love the sound. I can just imagine the fun you were having making them :P. Good work man.

Game mechanics are really interesting : the little inside game when player is developing is a great idea. It was fun to play your game for a couple of minutes :)

Thanks for the hint to set it public!

Clever and funny! Nice job. Lot's to manage... just like a real LD!

Ha ha ha hilarious, very nice!

Nice concept and funny ideas, that took some time to achieve making a coffee though.

Great game. Very funny. The typing was a bit annoying because I had to wait for the letters to get to the bottom. I often pressed a button just too early and had to press it again. Why not just let the player press the button as it appeared on the screen, and just increase their falling speed? Also, it would be great to have more visual aids to tell me I was running low on power. I was too busy paying attention to the typing and suddenly I fell asleep. Maybe yawning sounds as power reached certain thresholds?

100% accurate depiction of LD participation

Cool game! I really like that it's not only the "guitar hero" mechanic (even though that works very well). The fact that you have to do multiple different things is a cool idea (like a bunch of different mini games). The controls are a bit frustrating though. For example I didn't understand how to turn of the kettle, and my house just burned down! Also, I didn't understand how to stop doing something (coding, making coffee, etc.).

Graphics are neat, and overall the game is very well made. A little more polish on the controls and other small tweaks and this would have been a top entry in my opinion. Still; a very neat little game, well done :)

HAHA so meta! Pretty funny :) I was a little confused about what I could and couln't do. My house burnt down because I wasn't sure how to leave my computer to go check on it. Really liked the cofee sounds by the way!

I wish I could unplug that phone... I really liked this game. The UI was overwhelming at first, but after the initial tutorial it was ok. Actually really loved the sound design, except for the coding minigame, in which the sounds made it extra monotonous (but then again maybe that was the point). Overall really liked this entry, well done!

Nice work, that was a really cool idea and the game works well! Great that everything interactive has a visual and an audio component! I really enjoyed your game though I fell asleep and failed the jam! :D

The deadline was closing in and I got anxious that I'm spending time walking around the home making coffee instead of coding. I ran back to the computer and got back to it but the code was all tangled up, I thought the fatigue must be playing tricks on me. I hastily finished the game and submitted it with satisfaction. I scored 4615 and got good reviews.

Congratulations on the game. The idea is cool. It really tests your multitasking and touch typing skills. One thing though - I see it that the UI says to press space to stop coding, but I barely noticed it. It is displayed only when you are already concentrated on the letters which makes it almost impossible to notice.

Interesting concept... I like it, it's very fun and has interesting controls. Please play my game at (https://ldjam.com/events/ludum-dare/39/crazy-power-rush)

Cool concept. I enjoyed typing with the rush of not falling sleep, and making coffee. Great!

This was my first time participating in LD and this game really struck home with me. When the theme was announced (Friday, 9PM for me), I made a whole pot of coffee and was up till 4AM. I slept restlessly until 8AM and got back too it. It's awesome to see my coffee situation is common enough to make it into a LDJam simulator!

Overall, I really enjoyed the game. It was deceivingly complex, and required good management skills.

By far the best part was the sfx. Great job with those!
