Great little game! Took a few tries to complete! Job well done! :)
Pretty funny game, I liked the idea (also I am sold out to raccoons). Using this screen size is well-thought, it really suit the idea of a funnel you have to go into. Not too easy and not too hard I think the difficulty balance is well-adjusted. Good job!
Quite hard! Nice little game. Good job. :)
I am really terrible at this game, but I love the idea of a turn-based stealth game. The graphics were awesome and the music was fitting. The game is quite difficult, but that's not a bad thing.
Keep up the great work!
This was great. The turn based movement made it feel almost like a stealthy roguelike! I wish the difficulty curve was a bit smoother, but hey, jam game. I made it to stage 3. Is there any way to predict the movement of enemies, or am I missing something?
This was a fun little game. Well done!
**the good** The graphics were very well done, I'd only hoped to see a few animations The music was also very nice and fitting it felt good to finish a level, well thought out strategy
**the bad** everything seemed like it jumped around too much, I don't really know how you would go about fixing this though. It's kind of the nature of the game and strategy. wasn't very fitting for the theme, it seems like you just threw in the fact that you're stealing a tiny planet as a last ditch effort.
Very impressive and good looking game over all, in my opinion. Good job
Very fun. The graphics are beautiful. Great work!
Pretty good, I can see this being an app-store game really easily! go for it!! dooo it! :)
Cheers everyone for the great feedback!
@samlo - Yes, there is a way to predict where enemies go, it may require some knowledge of their previous move though, but the patterns are relatively simple.
@technonugget - I agree, they do jump a bit erratically, I had intended to add a smooth transition with animations at the end, but ran out of time. I also think if things did move to position, it would be weird that the player isn't spotted during the transition. Yes, I did put the planet in to badly appeal to the theme, it felt better than not trying at all :P
Great puzzle game. The complexity rises very quickly, and I almost completed 3rd stage but was caught on one step before victory. Great mechanic. Good Job.
Nice puzzle game with good graphics :)
Just read a nice post mortem you wrote and I really wish I could play the game. Sadly my windows crapped on me and I'll have to do a reinstall, hopefully by the end of judging so I can play your game since there's no Linux version.
The game looks very nice on the screenshots and considering the reviews of others seems to be fun as well. I'll be back with the real feedback if I manage to play it
A clever puzzler, but I am pretty bad at it. I hold a personal grudge against games where you have to fail to learn how to continue, and learning the order and movement of the lights is something I (subjectively) don't like. If there was a visual prediction where a light would move in the next turn(s), that would make me happier.
The graphics are pretty solid and cute. Once you hit HD resolutions (i.e. no pixel scaling) I prefer anti-aliasing myself, but again that's a personal preference and not something I feel I Should fault you for.
The music was nice, though the loop was a little on the short side. There's room for a few more sound effects.
@flaterectomy - Cheers for your feedback. I agree about adding a bit more info on the cameras/lasers. When they light up that means they're about to move, but that's only useful if you know which way they faced before they moved, certainly if I were to do it again, I'd have given them an arrow. I'm more of a pixel purest, I don't mind AA when working with vectors but I like solid pixel colour :P
True, the music loop is short, I've never been great at making long music.
I had a lot of fun with your game! I played it a few times, and only ran into one issue that I don't think was planed. The quick load did not work... at all but then I reset the game and boom it worked again. So I'm just going to say that was my crappy computer! Good job!
It's great game for compo. I not have Windows but game is cool. Good job!
Racc the :wastebasket:  Excellent  Great game, managed to get the planet but getting back was too much for me. Really nicely done, The turned based stealth was a cool concept, the art style was really good, music was fitting, and amazingly didn't get annoying even after hearing it a million times. Well polished. Had fun. Great entry
A very nice entry! I like the bassy tune and the darker and great looking visuals which supported the stealthy theme and sly mood of your game. It was very simple to get into. The puzzles were really nice and it was fun to study the patterns to plan your way ahead.
As you mentioned yourself though, it's pretty challenging right away and the game increases in difficulty quite quickly. But maybe I just suck at it :joy:. The screen that fades in every time you get caught interrupted the flow of the game a little as I wanted to try again right away  I had a pleasant game experience overall.
Very polished and professional looking game, great work!
Nice job. The music was great. I don't think I will end up working as a planet thief anytime soon, however. :P
I loved the amount of polish put into your game (with splashscreen and ingame key instructions). The graphics and sound are great and the turn-based approach to a stealth game is very unique. A really nice entry!
