Nice work. I learned a bit of Morse Code. The "graphics" (especially the color changes) are minimal but work nicely with the story. I played a couple times to get the different endings.

Yea, I saw all the endings. I like the to0toototo sound. :)

Fun idea, I had a good time decoding everything. The story and all the little branches were great.

kochb 2013-04-29 16:15

Nice story line with multiple endings.

tonic 2013-04-29 16:17

Fits the theme surely!

zatyka 2013-04-29 16:17

Very simple, but very entertaining. The sounds, graphics were very appropriate. Nicely done.

umu 2013-04-29 16:17

Hah, ok. That was entertaining. I gave it a couple of runs and enjoyed them. I think that you have fallen slightly below the technical definition of game XD

cadin 2013-04-29 16:20

This didn't work for me in Safari (Mac). Chrome worked.

The color changes are a nice subtle touch.

johnfn 2013-04-29 16:55

Haha that was a really weird experience, in a good way. The haskell line was delightful. Graphics were minimalistic and nice.

salamander3 2013-04-29 18:28

Really enjoyed the almost augmented experience of having to figure out one half of the conversation, rather than just being a straight CYOA. Audio was appropriate and the themeing was solid, though I thought the comedy was a bit out of place after building a tense opening. Overall though, very enjoyable and impressively polished.

...I think you need to talk to somebody ;) game oozes frustration :p

siondream 2013-04-29 20:04

"I'd gdb you so hard" brilliant.

zim-the-fox 2013-04-29 20:32

Hot curry.

I played through the few endings and enjoyed it. The humour was fantastic and the story was interesting. If anything, it felt too short for a text adventure.

andygo 2013-04-29 22:40

I liked it :)
The simple graphics (color change work good) and the mood are good.

I almost died of laugh when the ZEVEX5 showed up :D great storytelling!

.-- . .-.. .-.. -.. ... -. .

I will starting to use "you piece of BASIC" pun now. Is Haskell that awful? :D

I can click the option before it appears. On web I got "GwtApplication: Exception: (TypeError)" with endless stack.

pansapiens 2013-04-30 07:09

Good fun, short and sweet, made me LOL. Makes me realise more interactive fiction should go the extra mile to make best use of the medium.

awennor 2013-04-30 17:33

Our games are kinda similar, I guess, if you take out your Morse coding and my "battle system" ;) nice job! Had a fun time looking at code, like I said I would, I should probably start learning some openGL...

robotality 2013-04-30 18:22

A good laugh! Thanks for making me learn morse code.

justinmullin 2013-05-01 16:59

Awesome atmosphere going here. I'm not sure about the sudden dive into cornball humor in some of the endings, but for what little gameplay there actually is here, it's very engaging.

And I've always wanted to learn Morse. ;)

i love this game :D but when i've played for the first time it was very surprising!

badlydrawnrod 2013-05-06 17:00

I liked the references to Haskell and gdb.

someone 2013-05-06 17:47

Heh, nice idea. Good story.

krasse 2013-05-10 22:16

Nice minimalistic game!
At first I thought I had to learn morse again :)

csanyk 2013-05-18 20:50

Solid narrative and mood. Even without translating the morse bits I was able to figure out enough of what was going on to play through several times and experience different endings. Well done.
