Love it!
The music fits great, and the gameplay is simple, elegant, addictive AND IT NEVER GETS EASIER ARGH must get better.
How'd you get "3000" plays? I wonder. Do you count "re-plays" or "loads"? The Kong-ticker shows ~250 "loads"
Also, don't forget to upload the source-material. This looks like one of the better games so far, tht would make it seem more solid :)

Really nice game. The controls work really well, and the graphics and music are just amazing. Those blocks that require two hits are a little bit annoying but other than that, really fun game.

@Matthias - 3000 plays would be re-plays after death, there was one player on it for 5 hours :D
nicely done and good mechanics, just a bit too difficult early. also you're supposed to make all contents including music during the 48hours for compo =)

A simple, but well done game. However, it seems that the music was not made by you, during the competition?

Great little game! This is the first rating I'm giving and it's a good 'un - simple but compelling and very easy on the eye.
Music was great but is it ok to use someone elses music in the compo?
Best game ive played so far, so whens this coming to the Ipad?

Sorry to everyone about the music - I thought we were allowed to use open-sourced music if we publicly said it was used?

Looked good, just not my kind of game. I didn't see the connection with Evolution. The music sounded good, maybe a few sound effects would be good as well?
It's a very fun, simple game, and a good game to just zone out and groove to for a while (hence the reason you had someone playing it for five hours). It unfortunate that the music is outside the dare rules though.

@Dalbinblue, should I remove the music? I honestly had no idea that was against the rules.
Really fun and easy-to-get-into game!
I found it very creative of you to have the "base box" to grow instead of having the enemies to go faster. Kept the accuracy nice and steady.
But evolution? I'm not sure it sticks to the theme that well.

This is a really good game! The music is great and really adds to it, but I think it breaks the rules if you didn't make it yourself. Regardless, you should be really proud of what you've done here - the game is excellent!

Fun game, very pretty, but not quite sure how it ties in to the 'evolution' theme.
Simple, fun. Barely has anything to do with theme, though :).
Loved it through and through. The twitch/reflex type games always make me super nervous but I enjoy every adrenaline pumping second of it. I may have only gotten as high as 66.66% of the high scores but it was 100% fun.
Awesome job! I'm with kibertoad though, don't see what it has to do with the theme xD
Very pretty effects.

I think it is a nice take on the theme of evolution, Tone surely steers away from the other games that took the theme of evolution to the letter (boring, why do I want to see Darwin doing stuff!). The central cube constantly expands and gets increasingly bigger after destroying a set amount of cubes; to me that is evolution and a (finally) creative take on the theme.
The music is very pretty and the visuals (colorgasm) really make this game a brilliant one, not to mention Tone is SUPER ADDICTIVE. Well done! :)
This was quite fun: Simple but effective mechanic, and the visuals were great. I don't mind about the music, but it would have been awesome to make better use of sound effects instead. Nicely challenging too, although I think I did pretty well (about 1.2M points).
