Confusing at first, but an interesting idea.
Lovely tiles, smooth control.
Sound was strange, low quality, but fitting.
Foon → Ludum Dare Explorer → LD24 → Invasion

Confusing at first, but an interesting idea.

Interesting gameplay. I really liked the little robot's animations and sound effects. I kinda suck, because I wasn't able to get very far, but I liked what I saw.
Conceptually, I love the idea of breeding plants that help you move around -- it feels totally natural, and fits with the theme perfectly.
Awesome game! If you get stuck, get innovative. It's very rewarding! Haven't finished playing it yet, but about to add to bookmarks!
The best "evolutionary mechanic" that I play as yet!!!
Cool Idea.
The Graphics are really good too. Good stuff!
This game kept me playing for a hour...
Addictive, kept me playing for ages, planting, watering, climbing. Very cool. Very good effort/result.
Quite a nice game. I think some extra polish on the visual end would've been nice. The player sprite seems weird compared to the rest of the game because of the difference in scale. The idea is nice though and the gameplay seems really well executed.
Cool game :) the sound was not too annoying, the graphics are nice, the controls were really good. I really liked the idea that you have to grow plants in order to progress. Well done! :)
I actually liked the sound effects. Nice to play around with, but I didn't get to the ending.
Cool idea. Takes a while to understand what to actually do.
I like the simple but nice graphics
Really nice, it doesn't even need instructions, the game suffices itself, and everything felt natural, great feedbacks. It could have a bit more work on the sound (the metallic spider bot in this natural, virgin world is perfect), and also sometimes I couldn't climb on plants, don't know why. But great game for sure.
Nice game, I like the idea, I couldn't find the end, but I had fun trying:)
neat idea -- wish there was more feedback on how to progress (i tried pollenating the far stalk with leafy pollen, but that didn't seem to do anything)
This one is very good! I didn't figured out yet how to climb the plants.. After some time of seeds emission game starts lagging hard and it's become impossible to play.
Man, I spent some time cultivating plants!
This definitely speaks to the scientist in me ^^
Well done!
Fits very well with the theme, and the concept is really good. My criticism is that the pace was perhaps a bit slow, at least to start with.
I really liked the robotic slicing walk sound. A bit slower paced backtracking for water and waiting for plants to grow, but I also thought it was really cool
Good graphics, gameplay, and sound effects, just wish I could find the ending.
Nice game, but it fully loaded CPU after first harvest.
It froze after the first plant spat out its seeds, but it's an interesting concept.
Great work, very original. This game reminded me how much I like farming type games. I would have liked the possibility to destroy plants and seeds, as I had to carry away large amounts of seeds one by one by the time my plants were growing tall.
Very addictive! Laptop overheated and all I could think of was coming back to play more of it; I wanted to get further :)
Ran OK through several generations of plants, then the framerate dropped way down. I'm not sure if there was a goal in mind or what I was trying to accomplish through crossbreeding, but it seemed interesting and cool. I thought the spider droid animation was pretty sweet. The sound effects got a little repetitive, but were good -- I'd just like it if they were mixed up with a little more variety.
