| Oct 19 22:33:17 | Tokar | ♥ 1 | I really like this! The atmosphere is on point, the writing is funny, and using the lathe feels VERY good. I especially like the wooden object models, are those 3d with some fun filter? They look so good! Overall a surprisingly relaxing entry, 10/10 would have шашлык with the boss again. 01.png | |
| Oct 20 01:45:36 | 3h 12m | One Meowment, Please | ♥ 2 | aw this was fun and cute. I, for some reason, started off thinking there will be a really harsh timer on the calls so I rushed through the first day, but once I figured I can slow down a bit and read the flavor text it really made the game feel quite cozy. The music and visuals help this cozy vibe, I especially liked all the different character animations. Nice job! |
| Oct 20 23:24:21 | 21h 38m | Flesh Harbour | ♥ 3 | love me a creepy fishing game, was very excited to see an entry like this! The visual style, fish designs, and music come together wonderfully to create a very eerie atmosphere. I really like how unsettling it is to catch metal fish but to be able to get blood from them, that's some good set-up. There were a couple of small things that I wish worked a little bit better - I'd press ESC to exit out of menus (by habit) which would bring up the pause menu, but then hitting ESC again doesn't close the menu which feels a bit counterintuitive. I also felt like I should be able to look down a bit more, especially since you can't cast the lure out too far so it's a bit odd that I wasn't able to tilt down to center my camera on the lure. I also expected different music or maybe some extra sound effects for the ending bit to go along with the animations. Overall thought, I did like this a lot. It's a great take on a creepy fish game. 02.png |
| Oct 20 23:54:29 | 30m 08s | Moth in the Machine | ♥ 1 | Haha you had me so convinced the ANI was real tech I was surprised with the text at the end saying it's fictional. Really nice job with the overall atmosphere. I did find the cursive a bit hard to read, probably because of the size, so I really appreciated the other text and highlighting to help me know what to do next. The solid tutorial and camera pans at the start really help make the game feel polished. Good job. 03.png |
| Oct 21 00:01:16 | 6m 47s | Re : Search | ♥ 0 | What a cozy take on old tech, it really does remind me of times before being able to just google something. The visuals really help this nostalgic feeling and the slower, gently pace is so welcome. really nicely done! |
| Oct 24 14:21:26 | 86h 20m | A Little Louder | ♥ 1 | I quite liked how the dark office and child-like voice on the recordings come together to a somewhat unsettling atmosphere. I also liked the variety in NPCs that come in, they all have so much personality in how they look. I can definitely see how this can be expanded to have some sort of mystery you're piecing together from the different tapes. Nicely done! |
| Oct 24 14:51:40 | 30m 14s | Pearishable | ♥ 0 | this was WONDERFUL! The visuals are so pleasant and fun and work perfectly with the vibe of the game. Having to sort out all the bits into the correct spots by dealing with gravity is inspired, and I found the puzzles to be at an appropriate difficulty (although there is so much space to make these ridiculously complicated haha). I also always appreciate not having any friction in trying different things in these kinds of games, so thank you for letting the player just replace tiles easily haha. Really, really nice job, loved this! 05.png |
| Oct 24 15:16:58 | 25m 18s | Super Pong 2000 | ♥ 1 | I always love simple games that are executed well with a lot of polish and this is no different. What an interesting take on pong, and the random negative upgrades really make you want to keep trying again, cause surely this next run will be the one lol Really really love the CRT effect, and the music and audio work great together. Great entry! 06.png |
| Oct 24 16:05:17 | 48m 19s | Press Any Key! | ♥ 2 | oh man feel like you guys really nailed the office vibe of this. love love all the art, the computers and cables and floppy disks look great, and the writing is wonderful ("my internet fell out" good lord I think we all have known someone like this). I thought the pacing was a little off. The tickets have a pretty strict timer on them so they can be easy to miss if several pop up at once, but then there is also a decent amount of down time so I ended up just waiting for the day to end (kinda just like work sometimes, was this intentional lol). I did like that coffee made you run fast though, that got a laugh out me. Overall really nice job! |
| Oct 24 16:29:15 | 23m 58s | Coup of Appliance | ♥ 0 | this was so charming. I really liked the art, the running animations are wonderfully odd, and every new party member made me go "what?!". Having to fight appliances is a great idea, and all of the move names were very on-brand. I really really liked the whole vibe of this and would definitely play more! |
| Oct 24 16:44:07 | 14m 52s | The Tester | ♥ 1 | neat take on a portal-like game! the visuals and audio work together well, and the puzzles have a good amount of challenge to them. I found the box/button hitbox to be a little picky so it felt needlessly difficult to place those sometimes. overall nice job! |
| Oct 29 01:07:30 | 104h 23m | Please Insert Game Disk | ♥ 0 | ohh man what an interesting idea with the different floppy disks, can definitely see this get very puzzle-y and complicated. I really love how nostalgic this made me feel with all the ads and pop-ups and being called for dinner. lovely entry! |
| Oct 29 01:34:33 | 27m 03s | 🐭Squeak to the Beat!🎵 | ♥ 0 | okay placing a rhythm game on a loom like this is truly inspired. I really like the character art and the way the thread gets placed on the warp is very cool (how'd you guys do that?) and seeing it come together at the end is quite satisfying. great job! |
| Oct 29 02:31:05 | 56m 32s | The Weaver | ♥ 0 | ohh I really liked this once I figured out how to set up the loom. I didn't quite understand the written directions on the page and didn't realize that there was an interaction spot behind/on top of the loom to set up the vertical strings (ty for the comment explaining that!), but once I got that, I really enjoyed figuring out the patterns. Once the first pattern was done and I had to set up for the second, I (foolishly) thought I could just replace the vertical thread with new colors and it seemed to do some random pattern, I loaded it up with a bunch of new thread but it didn't quite cover the whole thing so I had to undo it all. I was going to leave that as feedback but once I got to the later patterns I realized why you had it set it up that way lol. A bit of confusing UI aside, I did really really enjoy this. Figuring out the patterns was genuinely fun, and there is a degree of coziness of counting the stitches (idk if correct word) to see if I got it right. Really nicely done! 07.png |
