Oct 19 16:09:00 Pager №13 ♥ 0 The dialogues read very vividly! The visual style is captivating, and the characters look expressive!
Oct 19 16:15:42 6m 42s Recaller ♥ 1 The visual style is beyond praise! The game leaves a pleasant impression, and despite the small amount of content, it makes you feel responsible for the decisions you make. And that’s very unusual!
Oct 19 16:25:35 9m 53s Counterweight ♥ 1 The animation is great, the visual style is pleasant, and the levels are varied and enjoyable! At first, I wasn’t entirely sure what was going on, but then I figured it out, and I thought the idea was cool :)
Oct 19 16:35:35 10m 00s DEAD PIXELS - THE LAST SIGNAL ♥ 3 I really like the game's visual style and atmospheric music — great job, guys! And the key-based mechanic is unique - it’s wonderful!
Oct 19 16:53:34 17m 59s Welcome to my Homepage ♥ 1 AWESOME GAME!!! I got totally hooked - built a whole farm of websites - but I never quite made it to 5 million crystals. The concept is brilliant and fits the Ludum theme perfectly
Oct 19 17:11:02 17m 28s Old World Skies ♥ 0 Unfortunately, I wasn't able to play; it lags and the controls don't work
Oct 19 17:22:05 11m 03s Ghost in the Egg ♥ 2 I absolutely love the visuals and the overall concept of the game. I hope you manage to maintain your leading position in the jam!
Oct 19 17:26:31 4m 26s Forgotten Device ♥ 1 The concept is interesting, and the sounds are excellent. But I didn't make it to the end - my finger got tired from tapping the spacebar
Oct 19 17:29:57 3m 26s Connect your PX5 to a CRT TV ♥ 1 Connecting a PlayStation to an old TV is a fun idea) a concept that fits the Ludum Dare theme well
Oct 19 17:53:07 23m 10s Awful memories ♥ 2 The concept is AWESOME! The implementation of the wires and the interaction with the brain are also done perfectly. I really liked that - or at least, that’s how it seemed to me - there might be multiple possible endings (though I’m not sure); however, once I injected three syringes into the brain, everything started over from the beginning
Oct 20 06:50:19 12h 57m IAR Archives ♥ 2 There’s no tutorial, the controls are clunky, and there’s no clear way to exit the computer interface - you just have to stumble around until you figure it out. It feels like the developers made this game for themselves. At least the visuals and movement mechanics are cool; the artists did a great job - they clearly put in the most effort
Oct 20 06:54:49 4m 30s Textolite ♥ 7 DIVINE VISUALS. Excellent color palette and NPCs. I really liked the character we play as. The system for transitioning between levels is also awesome. I didn't manage to reach the boss—I got killed - but those who aren't casual players will definitely make it!
Oct 20 07:02:00 7m 11s Keep a vintage zeppelin flying, and its passengers happy, in Hindenburp! ♥ 1 A very funny and original game. I enjoyed the mechanics and the soundtrack, which features people shouting. I didn’t quite make it to the end, but I gave it my best shot! The game is definitely worth checking out - well done!
Oct 20 07:11:00 9m 00s Steel Tree ♥ 1 The visuals and the cigarette - hats off to you. I didn't quite figure out how to play, but oh well. Also, I didn't get why there’s a tape recorder when there’s already background music
Oct 20 07:16:31 5m 31s Cold Call ♥ 2 The developer must have been really high when making this game. Kudos for the graphics - everything fits together so harmoniously in this "drug trip" style. Well done!
Oct 20 07:25:53 9m 22s Hail Mary ♥ 1 This is a genuinely clever take on orbital mechanics - turning gravity assists into the core gameplay is such a cool idea. The retro UI and ambient sound design make it surprisingly meditative once you get going, and escaping the solar system feels really rewarding. I’ll admit I was a bit confused at first about what to do and how much manual aiming mattered, so a little more onboarding or a text toggle would help. Still, for a jam game this is really impressive and has a great vibe. Nice work! 🚀
Oct 20 07:36:14 10m 21s Denshobato ni Tensei shita Ken 2 (Pal version) ♥ 2 A really hilarious game! I crashed into a person while flying through the rings, and the sound it made was super funny. Well done - great work! One suggestion, though: it could use some kind of tutorial; otherwise, it’s a bit hard to figure out
Oct 20 07:38:23 2m 09s Blackwater ♥ 3 Really lovely atmosphere - the stormy sea, rain, lighthouse, and little lit sailboat all come together beautifully, and the music makes it feel surprisingly immersive. The core idea of steering while keeping enemies in your cannon’s firing range is simple to grasp but still makes you think about positioning, and the one-side-only shooting adds a nice challenge without feeling too clunky. I played a few waves and had fun sinking ships; the difficulty felt pretty well balanced. My main confusion was feedback: it wasn’t always clear what could damage me, and the camera/rock collisions could feel frustrating when I couldn’t see what was coming. I also wasn’t sure how the “old tech” theme connected at first, though the old ships and cannons mostly sell it. Overall, a very polished and enjoyable jam game - would love to see it expanded with clearer damage warnings and a bit more camera freedom
Oct 20 07:48:44 10m 21s Shelf Life ♥ 0 Not a game for casuals! You have to scrub up baby poop with a mop and pick up after the little ones! But in all seriousness, the game was built for a Ludum Dare jam - it’s hilarious, and the visuals are great. My respects!
Oct 20 08:38:27 49m 43s Tokar ♥ 1 1.PNG я смог! ура. Ну игруха зачет, в первый раз без 3 пальцев остался
Oct 20 08:46:06 7m 39s The Lighthouse: The last night ♥ 0 The monster is absolutely hilarious - I actually smiled when I saw the jumpscare! Still, for a game made by just one person, it’s really well done. Great job!
Oct 20 08:50:13 4m 07s Mr. Havoc in The Web ♥ 3 Really charming game - the terminal/CRT aesthetic is instantly memorable, and Havoc is an adorable little troublemaker. The pixel-art rendering, goofy tutorial, and music that shifts per room give it a lot of personality, especially for a jam entry. I also loved the sheer number of interactables and the ASCII level art. My main friction was clarity: I couldn’t always tell which bookshelves the scanner was pointing at, and the wall-jump mechanic wasn’t obvious to me - I got stuck in the green ASCII level until I read a comment explaining it. A small in-game hint for wall jumping would help a lot. The platforming also felt a little disconnected from the computer-window premise at times, though the style carries it. Overall, very polished and full of heart - would love to see a fuller version
Oct 20 08:51:55 1m 42s Rusty laser ♥ 2 Really thoughtful design - the enemy swans’ anticipation and attack indicators are spot on, and the crank-shaft reloading is a great fit for the OLD TECH theme. Manual reloading, clearing jams, and managing overheating add a nice layer of tension, and the tutorial is genuinely needed and well done. I also love the unique visual style. My main gripes: the crank reload sound is a bit dull - I expected something mechanical like trrrrrrr - and there’s a lot to process in a short time, so introducing the mechanics more gradually would help (and naturally make the game longer). I also had enemies spawn so close to the gun that they were too close to shoot, which felt unfair even with a fast reload. Still, a tough, creative, well-executed entry - I’d love to see this concept expanded into a bigger game
Oct 20 08:54:42 2m 47s PIP's Escape ♥ 2 Really impressive concept - I love the idea of traveling through five different retro consoles, each with its own visual style, mechanics, and atmosphere. The attention to detail with the different color palettes and sound chips is especially cool, and having items carry over between games is a really interesting touch. The transition from the 2D animated intro into the 3D console-switching gameplay was a great surprise, and the playful detail of the TV buttons actually changing the whole style really sells it. It’s a very creative take on the Old Tech theme, and honestly hard to believe this was made in three days. My main issues were technical: the game froze during loading after the main menu for me on Firefox/macOS, and I also noticed the music flickering on the itch build. The dev was quick to respond and troubleshoot, which is much appreciated, but those bugs did get in the way of the experience. Still, the ambition and execution are outstanding - would love to see this polished further. Great work!
Oct 20 09:08:52 14m 10s Streets of France ♥ 2 I’m a total Rambo - I wrecked the whole street! The game fits the Ludum theme perfectly; in my view, it’s the best one so far in terms of thematic alignment. Well done!
Oct 20 09:12:37 3m 45s The Switchboard Operator ♥ 1 This is a really charming and clever take on the switchboard operator job - it fits the Old Tech theme perfectly, and the Papers Please-style flow works well once you figure it out. The graphics are simple but quite good for a game jam, and the voice effects made me laugh. I did manage to break the game by connecting the end of one wire to the same point where another wire’s end was already connected, which was a bit unfortunate. Overall, though, it’s clear how to play and genuinely fun; I’d just love a bit more speed between calls or an optional timer for when you can’t find the line quickly enough. Nice work!
Oct 20 09:13:42 1m 05s The Abacus: Hellraiser ♥ 1 Such a unique concept! Combining a dungeon crawler with rhythm-based combat and an abacus is something I definitely didn’t expect, and the PHONK soundtrack fits the chaotic atmosphere really well. The retro visuals are great - the vibing skeleton and the Nokia boss are brilliant touches - and the combat mechanics make the game stand out. Awesome work by the whole team!
Oct 20 09:24:44 11m 02s Purple submarine ♥ 0 A rather primitive game; you still have to figure out whether to hit the pucks with the corner or the edge. For a first-time experience, it’s a perfectly decent game for a single beginner
Oct 20 09:31:02 6m 18s SMASH TO FIX ♥ 1 2.PNGAt first I didn't get what to do, but then it dawned on me that it’s one of those "hazing-style" games where you have to smack the equipment around to get it working. Brilliant game!
Oct 20 09:41:09 10m 07s OldTech:老当益撞 Gamejam! ♥ 0 I really enjoyed this roguelike! It’s just a shame there’s no English language option. The music and the art style are both top - Respect!
