web link is broken or you forgot set it public? I download it. Graphic and mood is perfect!I really like this old fashion 3D models. The stories are interesting too.

@mgear Yeah, it was. Now I fixed that. Thanks for figuring it out!

basic-eagles 2026-10-19 12:02 ♥ 1

@thoth Yup it was, but here's no web version, only portable one. Itch.io page just was in private mode

I mean... it's just as boring as life xD (i guess operator simulator) fits the theme well though.

Good work! I liked the interactions with the characters, and the way you capture office routine by letting the player throw objects around when there are no calls. The beginning felt a bit static, but I got into it after a while. Also, the game didn't run in fullscreen, and I couldn't find a way to change that (maybe I missed something).

@mediandev Hi thankie. F4 for the fullscreen

The visual style is beyond praise! The game leaves a pleasant impression, and despite the small amount of content, it makes you feel responsible for the decisions you make. And that’s very unusual!

Incredible jam game! Very polished and a great format-minimal mechanics with a strong narrative focus works so well here. It feels a bit odd that callers answer instantly (as if they already immediately finished talking to the other side) and that we have a mic on the switchboard we can't actually use, but for a LD entry, this is fantastic. Great job, team!

I'd like to say this game is very polished and amazing! I think the "Old Tech" starts with the story part, you as a caller handling many cases. The gameplay is straightforward: listen to the content, make choices, and you’ll get feedback on your decisions at the end. What I love most is the art. I can’t believe this is a game jam game. (The furry characters are cute!)

Я писал это на Итче, но думаю ничего страшного что повторюсь: Не хватает русского текста, типа понимать куда подключать ясно но о чем именно болтают мало понятно, а так графика и внешка мне понравилось

Weary cool game, I like it. Atmosphere 10/10. It’s a bit drawn out and takes a while to read, but that’s just the nature of the game, so it’s fine.

The way you capture the contrast between the mundane office routine and the high-stakes nature of each call is really effective. It creates a constant sense of tension that makes every decision feel truly meaningful.

playing a call operator who has to connect people to the right place is such a tense idea, and the fact that a wrong call can cost someone their life gives every conversation weight. the old fashioned 3d models and the mood are really striking too, it feels like a forgotten ps1 game. how did you keep the call logic readable without turning it into a guessing game? really intriguing project.

весьма красиво и интересно

Nice work! I like the atmosphere of the office and the sinister, looming vibe with the mysterious goings-on, crimes, and whatnot. It was a nice detail that all of the callers are mysterious shadowy figures except for the one who actually tells you his name, at which point he becomes an actual person.

I will say the "intended" solution for pretty much all of the calls was pretty straightforward - the exception being the robbery at the end, which I'm not sure had a correct solution so much as multiple bad ones from my two play throughs.

Nice work for 72 hours!

For your effort I've awarded your team the **Satisfying Office Fidget Experience** award! Don't spend it all in one place.
