| Apr 9 13:26:02 | Lost in the Depths | ♥ 2 | In the ship I replayed the long segment 10 times and quit. Nice game. It playes like a puzzle, not really an action title, but for a puzzle, replaying the challenge multiple times is a chore. Cool sprites and vibe. Shark is the best | |
| Apr 9 13:47:14 | 21m 12s | The depth of insomnia | ♥ 1 | Unfortunately unplayable because of the mouse cursor. |
| Apr 9 14:45:10 | 57m 56s | DEEP MIND | ♥ 1 | Cool, very creative. A good kind of minimalism. It feels like you piece together a life's story.. And that falling shape to the side.. Wait is this the flashing memories? What am I progressing towards!? 😨 |
| Apr 9 15:03:35 | 18m 25s | Planet Diver | ♥ 2 | For me it laggs a lot and then side button press just changes speed immediately, ramming me into a wall. So it's unplayable. |
| Apr 9 15:35:33 | 31m 58s | Bellophobia | ♥ 1 | Atmosphere is the best. Sound is great. I collected 2 treasures, but couldn't find what next. Maybe it lagged for me, idk, I found controls to be too clunky. |
| Apr 9 15:42:03 | 6m 30s | Echoes in the Deep | ♥ 0 | best 52. I found that it was way too random.. Cool music. |
| Apr 9 15:49:47 | 7m 44s | Super BAD Boy! | ♥ 2 | Agree with previous comments. Music is so good, I just jumped in place and vibed. |
| Apr 9 16:04:45 | 14m 58s | Just Keep Digging | ♥ 1 | Wait, did you create the songs? In three days? If so, that is the most impressive thing. Graphical design is strong. |
| Apr 9 16:14:06 | 9m 21s | P(urple)thulhu vs SHIPS: Tentacle Trouble! | ♥ 1 | Original, but I'd like to see more restrictions. Right now I can win just by doing first thing that comes to mind. |
| Apr 9 16:36:25 | 22m 19s | D.M.C : Dwarves Mine Caves | ♥ 2 | Really amazing and ambitious. Lots to praise, can I cut to the suggestions? I think the game looks awesome, especially shiny borders of the ground tiles, but I feel that there's Too much detail for such a small scale. Regarding the main progression - it is weird, challenge rumps up and your success depends on how much you get above the requirement, but you don't know how difficult later days would be and it is possible to lose first few days, and go on, not knowing that you effectively couldn't complete some later level. |
| Apr 9 16:45:23 | 8m 58s | Mariana's Secret | ♥ 2 | Yep, the graphics are 5/5, with all the animations.. Are you like 1 programmer and 4 artists? 😄 |
| Apr 9 17:02:35 | 17m 12s | Dataminers | ♥ 1 | This is the best game I played here definitely. Just solid on all fronts. Negatives: I didn't realize you need to hold Space for so long, it was super confusing. I just pressed it and the level was just stupid. I press space to skip menu and animation is playing and I press space and it skips the next menu by accident and it is infuriating. The biggest drawback for me is that blocks are way too small for this horizontal acceleration. Standing on one or two blocks is incredibly hard and finicky. And it is very important to progress.. |
| Apr 9 20:08:11 | 3h 05m | Hoard | ♥ 3 | My best score is 252. My arm hurts. My new favourite from the Jam. I think its quite a genius game design. The worst thing is definitely the movement: make it smooth or at least make it not instant, (like slow is probably even better). Right now the optimal style of play is to fkn kill your wrist tapping 15 times a second. Also I think easy way to add depth would be to implement pushing of blocks by blocks. Then you can plan maybe how to complete tasks remotely and block shape becomes really important. I stopped by your page looking for your other work, but I guess you haven't heard of it. |
| Apr 9 20:23:15 | 15m 04s | Ludum Dare 57 Depth Of A Phrase | ♥ 1 | Oh, comeon you should fix the bug with the mouse tracking and resolution! (Then write to me;)) It is permitted by the rules, check it out. I didn't see the phrase and bottom half of letters. |
| Apr 9 21:08:50 | 45m 35s | Doodley Descent | ♥ 1 | I couldn't fit it into a laptop screen. Your hard-coded resolution is too big |
| Apr 9 21:23:50 | 15m 00s | MandelBrowse | ♥ 3 | Really interesting, but unfortunately lags too much on the old laptop. |
| Apr 9 21:34:32 | 10m 42s | Break Down! | ♥ 2 | I think the idea is amazing! Like the most hidden gem out there! Getting the ball into a trap is so satisfying and the condition for getting profit is to catch the ball is pretty ingenious game design. I will remember this. Unfortunately it lagged from the beginning and crashed (like context lost kind of thing) |
| Apr 9 21:42:14 | 7m 42s | Downwell | ♥ 0 | Pretty solid on all fronts. Really clear and straight-forward. For me it lacks something memorable. |
| Apr 9 21:52:35 | 10m 21s | Down Under | ♥ 1 | Had problems with the lack of any responce from the game. Not sure what solved it, I bashed all the buttons. Pretty smooth experience overall. Not particularly interesting puzzles, but controls, art and the vibe feels nice. |
| Apr 11 09:13:49 | 35h 21m | The Undead | ♥ 0 | The basic action of dodging is pretty fun. The balance is way off, When I learned that I can build turrets at 15 Depth, I just build myself an autobattler :) |
| Apr 11 09:29:29 | 15m 40s | Shroomberg | ♥ 1 | Interesting genre. The best thing is that it is a strategy with very easy controls. Pretty elegant. The hand cursor is so inaccurate. My gameplay didn't involve much thinking, it feels that there's a simple optimal heuristic, without much dynamic adaptation to the circumstance. I would've definitely enjoyed some rare troops production, but do not complicate the UI! No buttons, the type of a troop should depend on surroundings and a pattern of your mushrooms around. |
| Apr 11 09:57:12 | 27m 43s | Dantes Descendants | ♥ 1 | Very unique feel to all of this. The gameplay is pretty heavy on number crunching and cause-effect is too difficult to trace.. Get rid of all the numbers in the game! |
| Apr 11 10:19:14 | 22m 02s | abyss | ♥ 0 | Physics doesn't feel good, and I don't see the point of buildings, gameplay doesn't work together. Interesting overall. |
| Apr 11 10:24:39 | 5m 25s | Chips and Hell | ♥ 1 | Sorry, file too big |
| Apr 11 10:29:49 | 5m 10s | Cursor Descend | ♥ 1 | Unfortunately, the controls is way off for me, The object is kind of snapping to a position abruptly with inertia, ramming into walls. |
| Apr 11 10:37:39 | 7m 50s | Thrill of Anguish | ♥ 1 | Oh wait, it isn't supposed to be funny? That's the only game I lauged playing |
| Apr 11 10:44:52 | 7m 13s | Deep Hour | ♥ 1 | Really funny descriptions, exactly my reaction to supernatural as well in those kind of situations. |
| Apr 11 11:46:40 | 1h 01m | Noesis | ♥ 2 | Oh, guys you definitely should change the thumbnail to attract more players. |
| Apr 11 11:56:35 | 9m 55s | Hooked | ♥ 1 | I will remember the tapping idea. Really calls for a rhythm restriction. |
| Apr 11 12:05:22 | 8m 47s | A Present for Ama | ♥ 1 | Good luck with the full featured version :) |
| Apr 14 12:35:59 | 72h 30m | Tidehold | ♥ 1 | Obviously super polished for LD. I felt that (on easy) there were no events I needed to deal with. I never changed my playstyle, never got new ideas to test out. |
| Apr 14 13:09:09 | 33m 10s | God Veins | ♥ 1 | The premise is very intriguing and minimalizm in mechanics is really well placed. The best narrative delivery I've seen in this LD. But in the end, I felt messages and a jumpscare doesn't live up to the premise. |
