interesting concept for arkanoid, I'm hooked! I would like it if you could upgrade not only by returning to the beginning of the game, and as I understand it, balls are given out infinitely? it seems that you can refine the concept to the mind and get an excellent idle roguelike, cool!

I think the idea is amazing! Like the most hidden gem out there! Getting the ball into a trap is so satisfying and the condition for getting profit is to catch the ball is pretty ingenious game design. I will remember this.

Unfortunately it lagged from the beginning and crashed (like context lost kind of thing)

This is a great game I am addicted but you should rate other peoples games so that more people can see your game I feel that this is worthy of getting a high ranking in this LD but not if you dont rate other peoples games.

I got hooked. This is a fun one. I did have a bug where I got my ship stuck, but balls broke me free.

This game is great! Took me a little while to notice that you had to touch the ball to get the resources; but I was still having fun anyway. I really liked all the polish like the color trail after a ball that matches what it has, and the little poof animation when a block goes away, or the trail from the the ship. I played for like 20m, but eventually got stuck in geometry and the game crashed when I tried to spawn a ball outside the window. But really fun! I plan on coming back and trying to get the bottom (if there is one). Great entry!

Very cool game and concept ! Unfortnately... i got stuck in a corner and it instantly broke the controls (i couldn't play anymore and just restart completely). But overall, one of my favourite games so far !

Once the gameplay clicked for me I was really sucked in, felt really satisfying clearing out sections of the map. Going all the way back to the top to reload was my only gripe, felt it kind of broke the flow of the game when I had to do that, especially as you got deeper down.

I honestly think think this game takes the cake for the best game I've played this dare. There's definitely a number of potential improves that could be done, but the mix-up of the rules for a breakout game make it quite interesting.

As for criticisms, I don' think there's enough speed upgrades. Even at max some of the balls are too fast to catch up to.

Being able make the paddle vertical would help a lot, since you don't necessarily want to break certain blocks sometimes.

The more balls upgrade is a bit of a double edges sword. More balls means more blocks broken, but it also means that a lot of resources get lost flying off to the void.

You shouldn't bounce the paddle off blocks when they collide as it makes it hard to position the paddle where you want, and in some cases it gets you jammed in places.

Pretty fun game!

Is there a limit to the depth? I thought for sure I'd see a victory screen at 1000 or 1024 or something.

I think things are well balanced making you have to hit a ball to collect the resources. One small tweak I might consider is slowing balls down so they have a maximum velocity so you can catch up with them more easily.

I like the ball particles indicating what a ball contains.

It can be a bit laggy though. I like the music but it staggers quite a bit even at the very start of the game.

Good job!

Very fun I played for about 10 minutes before I got bored. The visuals were simple and very clean, and I enjoyed the music even on loop. The upgrade and reload ui don't really match the rest of the aesthetic though. I also wish those ui would move down once you cleared out a large open space.

I dig the visuals! Breakout is a fun concept, too. Overall, I like the controls and the feel. Good job!

Okay, once I understood what I was supposed to do, this game was SO cool. Definitely the most polished one I've played thus far. My strategy was to release some balls and then try to guard the "opening" of the blocks so that no balls could get away from me. It kind of worked! Great music and art and cool concept!

interesting idea and good implementation! sometimes the collision boxes didn't work for me and eventually the game crashed when my space ship was stuck in a block:
