| Oct 4 00:37:35 | Terraforming Chess | ♥ 0 | Interesting concept! What's the difference between walls and pits? I didn't manage to understand from your description. *(Won't rate the game because I didn't have anyone to play the game with.)* | |
| Oct 4 16:47:27 | 16h 09m | Outta Space | ♥ 1 | Cool visuals, but I struggled to understand which files the user wanted to keep and which ones they wanted to delete... |
| Oct 4 17:19:13 | 31m 46s | Citra's In Fact Actually 2048 | ♥ 1 | Really really really like the concept and the concept of how it would have been executed, but the game itself is a bit empty 😅 Well done anyways! |
| Oct 4 17:27:25 | 8m 12s | Orbit Nonsense | ♥ 1 | Got to **Wave 9**! https://static.ldjam.com/raw/d4d/z/5f9bc.png |
| Oct 4 17:35:27 | 8m 02s | High Caffeine Black Tea | ♥ 2 | Nice game! The character's hitbox is a bit too large for a bullet hell game, I struggled to navigate between bullets even when no caffeine was there... The shrinking screen mechanic was nice! 👍 A Restart screen would've been useful for when you run out of lives and want to play again! |
| Oct 4 17:45:06 | 9m 39s | Snow Rose | ♥ 2 | Got to the forest, but got confused on how to progress beyond the first obstacle, as I couldn't figure out a way to get my legs back beyond the first obstacle... The mood you set was great, though! |
| Oct 4 18:03:20 | 18m 14s | Limited Larry and the Lost Intern | ♥ 0 | Fiyah concept! A bit slow to play, though, and the absence of a tracker to mark what you've already read makes things much more difficult... I'd recommend adding a guide to allow LD Jam raters to get through the whole game after they've gotten one ending so that they're able to properly rate you in everything! |
| Oct 4 19:16:14 | 1h 12m | Blocked | ♥ 2 | Trying a new format for my comments: **stream of thoughts** while playing the game! ## Stream of thoughts ### Level 1 Ooh, so that's how it works, it's a bit like ice puzzles! The playback of the action feels a bit slow... it would be nice if it was a bit faster! ### Level 2 How does this spinny thing work...? Oh, it rotates things relative to itself! ### Level 3 Huh? Just one goal block? Is getting a single piece of glass there enough? Buttons feel a bit slow to press... It seemed like the glass shape broke for no reason at a certain point. Weird... ### Level 4 This looks hard... Oh, it actually is easier than I thought. If only the glass piece didn't move so *slowwwwwww*... The rotating animation is smooth and satisfying though... Wait, maybe it's not so easy. OHHHH, I can rotate the rotators!! Ok, this takes way too long. I'll try another level. ### Level A1 Oh, fancy! Two pieces at once! Nice and clean! Done. ### Level A2 ...it's still locked?!? I guess this is it, then! ## Comment Clever puzzle game overall, but I'm too tired to think it through... Desperately needs to be faster in the Playing Phase! |
| Oct 5 18:39:33 | 23h 23m | The One | ♥ 1 | Not much to say here: pretty good! 👍 |
| Oct 5 18:40:56 | 1m 23s | Bar | ♥ 1 | bar |
| Oct 5 18:49:59 | 9m 03s | Limited Dimensions | ♥ 1 | Graphics and concept are 👌 Having no checkpoints is a bit harsh, and in general the game feels a bit slow, as if it was running at 0.5× speed, which makes hitting spikes really painful 😬 Speaking of spikes, this one has a bug which made me die twice by falling through the platform: https://static.ldjam.com/raw/d4d/z/5fcc3.png |
| Oct 5 19:58:10 | 1h 08m | Cosmic Exodus: Race Against the Void | ♥ 1 | Tiny but fun! Reminds me a lot of FTL: Faster Than Light 😄 |
| Oct 5 19:59:44 | 1m 34s | PHYLLON | ♥ 1 | The game doesn't seem to load: it's stuck at 90% 😭 |
| Oct 6 19:44:18 | 23h 44m | Cyberframe EDEN | ♥ 1 | Hi from [the fediverse](https://c.im/@Spitko/111168660997964380)! 👋 Amazing game all around! Reminds me a lot of the early game of [Slay the Spire](https://store.steampowered.com/app/646570/Slay_the_Spire/), but with cyberframes instead of slimes! 😆 A few things that I think would've been really useful are: - a surrender option for those fights you stand no chance of winning (maybe with it not rewarding a new frame piece if not enough turns have passed) - a few extra card animations, as while the current one with the card detaching and launching towards the enemy is beautiful, it gets a bit boring after a few fights - a fast forward option for animations, for the same reason as above (just like Fast Mode in Slay the Spire!) Anyways, well done! 👍 |
| Oct 6 20:40:29 | 56m 11s | Circles: Square dodge Twice | ♥ 1 | Great and clean! Surviving 60 seconds was a bit too easy though, I would've liked for it to go on for a while longer...! |
| Oct 6 20:52:01 | 11m 32s | SarSom | ♥ 1 | Fancy horror game (even if a bit incomplete)! Couldn't figure out how to get past the fire-breathing monster, though... What were you supposed to do there? |
| Oct 6 21:04:30 | 12m 29s | Cubic Cathedral | ♥ 1 | This is addicting! https://static.ldjam.com/raw/d4d/z/5fe87.png I'm playing another round... |
| Oct 6 21:19:50 | 15m 20s | Greatest Sandwich | ♥ 3 | Timed solitaire with food! Possibly one of the hardest cooking games I've ever played 💀 Very original! 👏 |
| Oct 6 21:33:51 | 14m 01s | Space Cargo, Ltd. | ♥ 1 | Really liked the game! 😄 👍 Found a few bugs you may want to fix: - "Buy a new ship" dialogs stack on each other - Scrolling down the web page causes pieces to be misaligned relative to the mouse - Planets can produce delivery requests to themselves Also, an idea to improve even further the user interface: do cargo types have an effect on the gameplay? If not, a simple and great improvement would be color-coding the packages of the same color as the planet they need to go to! Oh, and you may want to rename "Trapana" to "[Trapani](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Trapani)" 😝 |
| Oct 6 21:40:36 | 6m 45s | Shotgun hockey | ♥ 1 | @digitaldude555 Was thinking of the same thing... Who gave a shotgun to the Getting Over It guy!? 🔫 |
| Oct 6 21:58:03 | 17m 27s | RAMpage | ♥ 3 | Are you supposed to be able to stack multiple files with each other? It seemed deliberate, as it would increase their power in exchange for them dying all at once... |
| Oct 7 10:24:44 | 12h 26m | Minefield Rehearsal | ♥ 1 | Cool concept! How many skills are there? I think I saw five: - Armored Car - Exploding Car - Expand walkable area - Safely reveal any tile - Retrieve arrows without them being destroyed |
| Oct 7 10:31:35 | 6m 51s | ADEPTH | ♥ 2 | Heya! I can't rate this, as I keep accidentaly closing the game by pressing Ctrl+W, which closes the browser tab... Please change the crouch key! (And maybe lower the mouse camera sensitivity a bit, it's really, really high...) |
| Oct 7 10:58:48 | 27m 13s | Auto-Pilot | ♥ 1 | This was absolutely great! Due to how the enemies attack (a straight piercing line), it feels like defensive ships are useless... I think the best strategy is just to buy as many *Destroyers* as you can without expanding the playing field too much. There's a lot of space for expansion of the game just by making more, different attacks! It would've been nice to have more choices for ship placement: either by allowing the movement of ships between rounds, or by allowing the player to choose the direction the grid should be expanded in. Like all auto-battlers, I think this too would benefit by an income mechanic: "would you rather save money and take a chance at defeating the enemy, or go all-in and make sure to beat it, but possibly not having enough money do then defeat the final boss?" https://static.ldjam.com/raw/d4d/z/5ff11.png |
| Oct 7 11:15:11 | 16m 23s | Parked? | ♥ 1 | > Me, first level: *delicately tries to park without making any collisions* > > Me, third level: "GET OUT OF MY WAY YOU STUPID CAR" *crash* Impressive amount and variety of levels! |
| Oct 7 11:38:46 | 23m 35s | Conveyor Chaos | ♥ 2 | That *Teddy Bear* sound left me with ears ringing... 😬 |
| Oct 8 14:41:41 | 27h 02m | we been bussin | ♥ 0 | The true bus experience. Had to turn off audio due to some weird stutter. I'm playing on Firefox 118.0.1 (64-bit) on Arch Linux. |
| Oct 8 14:56:15 | 14m 34s | Slideworld | ♥ 1 | Level 7 was genius! ⭐️ Reminded me a bit of Baba is You... |
| Oct 8 15:02:38 | 6m 23s | SokoSnake | ♥ 1 | Too hard for my smol brain 😅 I agree with other commenters: an *Undo* feature would've been very very useful! |
| Oct 11 19:48:58 | 76h 46m | Maxwell's Demon | ♥ 1 | This was... quite an hard puzzle game! I see you've entered in the audio category, but I didn't hear any audio coming from your game; is that a bug? |
| Oct 11 20:01:25 | 12m 27s | Zero Percent | ♥ 0 | Are structures supposed to always say "Will produce in 0 turns"? I'm a bit confused... |
| Oct 15 16:57:23 | 92h 55m | Push Away | ♥ 2 | Simple but enjoyable! I feel I might have skipped many levels by finding easier solutions than the intended ones, though 😅 |
