I did wander around and fight some people though. Nice work on an innovative idea! BTW, I think it's fine to fix a game-breaking bug like not being able to see the exit on-screen, even after the jam is over. Just mention it in your description and perhaps save the jam version as well if folks want to judge on only that, and not the fixed version. |

One thing that I'd change is adding an invincibility buffer and delay to taking damage - I got hit by one butt (lol) and then it took all my health in one go. Otherwise, really impressive game! Makes me want to go play tBoI again... |

Well, maybe "like" isn't the right word... :D Fire took so long to put out, I think it'd feel more madcap if fires could be put out at a biiiit faster rate. Also, I'm used to top-down games like this allowing me to use my mouse to direct my "bullets" (water spray) and so I kept messing up the controls. Overall though, this is a great game and I really enjoyed playing it! |

But goodness gracious jumping up platforms required the kind of dexterity that I just don't have, lol. I beat Celeste but was defeated by Dimmest Dungeon. 😆 I know one of the mashed up tunes was the dungeon theme from Mario, I don't know the other one though! Anyway, great work! |

I enjoyed the representations of the different voting styles. I wish my country didn't do FPTP voting 😢 Anyway, I liked the dialogue and the gameplay; I think a bit more feedback on what's happening when could be good. For example, seeing a breakdown of votes off to the side would help with strategy when you have to repeat a level several times. Also, being able to not need to skip the dialogue over and over again would be good. But in any case, this game was great and props for making such a complex puzzle game during a jam! |
