Apr 25 18:31:24 Well, that sounds fun! ♥ 3 Holy crap, I really dig the art direction and it's goofiness! It took me a while to figure out that the optimal strategy was to keep floating for a while until I saw what was underneath for me to jump on. Great job.
Apr 26 09:09:07 14h 37m Oil Driller: Deeper and Deeper ♥ 1 Really dug the sound and aesthetic, however it was a little hard to wrap my head around what I needed to do. Maybe it's just me but some in-game text bubbles of what I need to do next could help out. :)
Apr 26 09:25:27 16m 20s Minigun Miner ♥ 1 Nice! In the hosting page I couldn't full screen for some reason so it was a little weird to play in such a small window. It seems like the optimal strategy is to just blast everything at start and then collect the coins, as it's very difficult to maneuver through the gaps. Was fun :)
Apr 26 09:43:56 18m 29s Bumpysphere ♥ 1 It was interesting :) Took me a second to find the controls, and several more to get used to inverse controls. Kept getting hit by spiky fish, didn't know how to dodge lol. Was a little bit frustrated when I grabbed a briefcase and couldn't bring it with me -- it was just falling down. I really dug the art and music, and how you made it fit the theme nicely and literally. The physics of the game also were really *smooth*. Good job!
Apr 26 09:50:23 6m 27s Deeper Than Light ♥ 1 Really liked how you took advantage of Unity's 2D lighting system. Although I was not sure what to do in the game other than collect white light and avoid red light. At sudden points in the game I started losing light which was odd. Other than that, looked really cool. P.S. The HOW button doesn't work at least in the WebGL version
Apr 26 09:57:07 6m 44s Fathom Pass ♥ 1 I agree with others here, I found myself reading the text rather than listening. It would help though if the sentence you were narrating at the time was highlighted. Very original!
Apr 26 09:58:29 1m 22s Gemesis ♥ 1 I can't play the game since I'm on Mac, but it looks like a standard boulder-dash / supaplex type of game.
Apr 26 10:11:27 12m 58s Blue Eye - Salvage & Rescue ♥ 2 I think you nailed the "*deep underwater*" part, however it was hard to tell which things I should interact with - there was a lot going on. I reached number 500 and I just lost, I thought that was my depth level. :D
Apr 26 10:15:29 4m 02s Paragon ♥ 5 Just came hear to say that your comments are everywhere and that's a sh***y way to market your game. Gday
Apr 26 10:22:16 6m 47s Falling Lad ♥ 0 Tried it a little bit, was fun, though I felt helpless at times if I stopped on a platform, there was nothing I could do to avoid the big brown monsters
Apr 26 10:34:52 12m 36s Blue Cheese, Lunar Descent ♥ 2 This is awesome! The art is really crisp (jealous a lil' bit) and the sounds are very arcady. The fact that you have to throw stuff on the generator or fix something is a little bit wonky, but I enjoyed juggling between fixing things, powering the generator and killing what looks like bats? Fantastic job!
Apr 26 11:07:00 32m 08s The Rabbit Hole ♥ 1 Would never think of something like this, amazing.
Apr 26 11:25:06 18m 06s Mr Games Fall ♥ 1 Actually the first submission that made me chuckle :D Rad!
Apr 26 11:33:17 8m 11s Anticlimactic ♥ 0 Is this more like a simulation? I didn't find what I could do in the game other than click on UI buttons
Apr 26 11:36:09 2m 52s Woof need to go deeper ♥ 2 The itch page leads to a 404, looks cute though :p
Apr 26 11:39:45 3m 36s Falling Rock ♥ 3 I lol'd when a tiny bird knocked me down, unexpected :D Loving the bitwise graphics with the black and yellow! Color palette reminds me of the warning signs
Apr 26 13:13:44 1h 33m Ocean Cleanup ♥ 1 Lovely concept/initiative. Music was very ominous, definitely made it feel like I'm underwater.
Apr 26 13:32:10 18m 26s I Forgot my Brain ♥ 0 Looks slick, although I found going into the right direction is just luck-based, there were no indicators where to go. :)
Apr 26 13:53:11 21m 01s Break your fall ♥ 1 It's pretty wacky! It was getting pretty repetitive and I didn't know when I was going to fall so I decided to just let go of controls. Reached speed 500 and died, probably because I caught too many weights :)
Apr 26 13:57:43 4m 32s Astral Descension ♥ 1 The music was a bit too powerful and the text reading was slow, other than that looked pretty nice.
Apr 26 14:02:33 4m 50s The Circles of Purrgatory ♥ 2 Oh this reminds me of papers please from some other gamejam :D I was getting distracted, jamming to the music
Apr 26 14:07:28 4m 55s Deep Randomizer ♥ 1 Hey don't feel bad about the music, I thought it was quite entertaining :) Somehow I bugged it to fire two weapons at the same time 😆
Apr 26 14:16:16 8m 48s Penguins can't fly ♥ 1 I think this is the first game that I actually clicked restart a bunch of times :D Great learning curve, sounds are top notch.
Apr 26 14:21:36 5m 20s HELLEVATORS ♥ 1 Sadly, I had no idea what to do, souls spawned in random areas, I thought I had to build elevators to move them somewhere, but the elevators were not picking them up, I must've missed something
Apr 26 14:29:34 7m 58s Stabalot ♥ 0 Cool, a pico-8 game, very inspiring. The graphics were top notch for an 8-bit game, one nitpick though is I don't see how it fits the jam theme, is there a story behind the characters?
Apr 26 14:34:50 5m 16s Explosions And Fortunes ♥ 1 I was as frustrated as the player, just pressing holding left/right a bunch times and E to read dialog. I felt that maybe there would be something else after I slept but then I was already bored :/
Apr 26 14:44:19 9m 29s Deep Space Dive ♥ 0 The itch page is broken
Apr 26 14:49:03 4m 44s Snake in a well ♥ 0 You should go to WebGL Player Settings and switch from Compression Brotli to None. That should fix it.
Apr 26 17:27:25 2h 38m Dropdown ♥ 0 Charming graphics, bricks disappearing at the top of the screen broke the immersion a little bit. Cute little game!
Apr 26 17:39:00 11m 35s SCHWOOP - the antiplatformer ♥ 1 Vertical flappy bird! The constant acceleration made it just a lil' bit more fun
Apr 26 17:45:02 6m 02s DD-7 - Underwater Exploration ♥ 1 Art looks really good! I just struggled getting the controls right. :)
Apr 27 07:00:17 13h 15m Swing Shroom ♥ 1 It was quite fun, the graphics and audio I think are 10/10, one suggestion would be to allow throwing your swing towards a direction rather than clicking on a wall? I found it difficult at times to click on something while falling with the camera movement changes.
Apr 27 07:05:28 5m 11s Deep into the Volcano ♥ 3 Agree with above, the game just starts, random camera movement and a bunch of text on screen. Once I figured the controls I quite enjoyed the physics & art, music was a little too loud. If it's cleaned up a little more I think it can be really good.
Apr 27 07:10:44 5m 16s Marty and the Eldritch Horror ♥ 2 Loved the intuitive controls, it was clear what I was supposed to do instantly. The digging mechanic surprised me, it worked so well and it was satisfying to dig around and leave marks. The fast dialog, the dialog box itself, the font and some flavour text work really well and lastly I loved how you wasted absolutely no time when restarting the level. I'll leave really good reviews :)
Apr 28 09:56:31 26h 45m Unsoiled ♥ 1 Nice game! Didn't realise at first what I was supposed to slurp, but it was pretty obvious later on. The sound effects were satisfying, however the music got a little bit too all over the place over time. Lastly after a bunch of turning speed upgrades my drill just got stuck on the right hand side and I couldn't maneuver it anywhere.
