| Apr 27 19:29:34 | Treasure dive | ♥ 3 | Great job, it really feels like a real mobile game and it really looks cool. For me, the controls were a bit tricky at first (it confused me that the diver appears on the other side of the screen once you leave the screen). But I liked the incentive to play again and again! | |
| Apr 27 19:51:26 | 21m 52s | Deeper Into The Mind | ♥ 2 | Well done, it's a nice game. I especially like the little blob character. The second level's background looks a bit rough, but overall nice experience! |
| Apr 27 20:06:16 | 14m 50s | Deem | ♥ 1 | I was really surprised by your game, it's very atmospheric and I would love to see more of it! I also didn't understand at first glance how to use the tools in the top left and what they do, and suddenly I could add blocks out of nowhere (yay!). Is there any way to read the explanation of the tools while playing? Maybe add an explanation on the game page? |
| Apr 28 19:37:01 | 23h 30m | Crash Lander | ♥ 1 | Great little game, i enjoyed the look and feel, especially the the funny little spaceship! It's pretty hard to play though, and I barely passed the first checkpoint :D |
| Apr 28 19:48:11 | 11m 10s | Screw it | ♥ 3 | What a funny game! I laughed my head off when the hammer came into play. I like the fact that you get an acoustic feedback when a screw is targeted. The background music is also well chosen. It was a bit irritating that the screwdriver doesn't necessarily turn in the same direction as the mouse pointer, but I got used to it quickly; and with the hammer, I found the speed too slow (it drove me crazy, I wanted TO HAMMER!!! :D ). I would also have liked to know how many screws I managed - are you planning to implement a highscore? |
| Apr 28 19:59:12 | 11m 01s | Deep-fry Deeper | ♥ 2 | *squeeeeezzzeee sound* Haha, I like this game. It's short and simple and I had to giggle. It looks polished and the artwork is cute, if you add a background jingle, it would be perfect. I didn't know there are filled churros. Mind explosion!! The title reminded me of this Simpsons episode? XD deepfry.jpg |
| Apr 28 20:06:14 | 7m 02s | DigDeeper | ♥ 1 | Nice little game, graphics and music fits well together and the gameplay is a classic! Maybe a small walk animation for the main character would complete it? |
| Apr 28 20:18:52 | 12m 38s | SUBERDEEP | ♥ 1 | THAT's what I imagined for this Jam's theme! I love how the atmosphere changes when the submarine dives deeper and deeper into the sea. Graphics and sound works great together and the game looks polished! It's easy to learn and entertaining. |
| Apr 28 20:23:39 | 4m 47s | Aqua Snap! | ♥ 1 | Nice game! Very Pokemon-Snap-y, but I like it. A background reef or something would make it complete. |
| Apr 28 20:53:21 | 29m 42s | DwarfSweeper | ♥ 1 | I never stumbled upon a Minesweeper mix/crossover until now and I am blown away :D It fits the theme, its short, it's easy to learn and entertaining. The graphics are nice. Maybe some background music would make it complete. I'm really bad at Minesweeper, so I mainly watched explosions, but it was fun. Another suggestion would be to place the flags not on top of the blogs but on the center of the block, so that the flag is more visible in case it is placed on the block the miner is standing. |
| Apr 28 21:07:09 | 13m 48s | Sporelunk | ♥ 1 | Waaaaattt This is super scary and nightmarish :D. Very atmospheric, music and graphics are great, it fits the theme perfectly! |
| Apr 30 14:33:09 | 41h 26m | Down to Goblin Town | ♥ 1 | That's so adorable, I can't wait until the first Game Jam with our daughter! The game is simple and easy to learn, I had fun playing it and I enjoyed the graphics and the animation of the characters (which is subtle, but it adds to the overall look and feel and is definitely worth the effort!) |
| Apr 30 14:53:15 | 20m 06s | N.E.R.D.S | ♥ 1 | I wouldn't say I played with much strategy and foresight. Planet 1 to 10 was only "wildly clicking around" (later I picked the more promising planets), I looted every planet I scanned completely and got as far as planet 19 that way, after all. The end of the game was a bit unexpected for me. Is there any way to tell how many resources it costs to mine materials, so I can made a informed decision? Or is this "gambling" intended by you? All in all good job, I liked the graphics and the animation of the small spaceship! Compared to all the other (mostly "mining" themed games), your gameplay stood out! |
| May 1 19:49:43 | 28h 56m | ROOTS | ♥ 2 | Excellent game, very original idea! The game feels polished and was easy to learn and very entertaining! |
| May 1 20:08:57 | 19m 14s | Fishery | ♥ 1 | First I was a bit frustrated by the controls, until I understood that I need a hook (I may got a bit distracted by the funny character animation and sound effects, glugg, glugg) and after the first successful fishing round, I had fun! Mixing up this adventure/platformer and fishing game is a very interesting turn. I really had to laugh about the fishing rod movement when walking around. |
| May 1 20:29:52 | 20m 55s | Rabbit Rappel | ♥ 3 | Beautiful atmospheric game, background music and graphics work together excellent, and it also matches the theme perfectly. I have to say I had trouble learning the controls at first, but I put it down to the fact that I am really bad at shooter or jump and run games. I was also missing checkpoints and I would agree @bodaciouslycrazy that sound effects would make it perfect! |
| May 1 20:49:38 | 19m 46s | Dikes & Polders | ♥ 1 | Nice and polished looking game, I like the artstyle and the background music and the animated game UI. At first I totally missed that you can place windmills in the "white" sea tiles! Great game! |
| May 17 12:11:11 | 375h 21m | I'm Definitely Not Scared of My Own Basement | ♥ 1 | This damn flashlight goes out so fast! And who has such a deep, dark basement??? 😆 I read your blog post about the many faces of goblin girl, which I liked a lot btw. Playing the game the first time, I got a bit distracted by the big "Out of battery/Recharging" texts and giant bats and ghosts sticking to my virtual glasses, so I wasn't able to pay much attention to the status bar and avatar. But after playing a couple of times, I got better and I enjoyed the game a lot! I love the artwork, the intro scene, and that you added background music. Sound effects when hitting a monster with the flashlight would make it perfect! |
| May 17 12:20:33 | 9m 22s | LuckySwimmer | ♥ 1 | What did I just play 😆 This is a very original take on the theme "Deeper and deeper" and the sound effects were killing me (so... 5/5 at "mood", I guess?) |
| May 17 12:30:14 | 9m 41s | Anatomically Correct Human | ♥ 1 | Besides selecting the buttons tube, brain and lungs, I couldn't figure out the other interactions. I'm playing on a Win10 and I'm using Chrome Version 90.0.4430.212. Besides that, I love the quirky art style and the idea! Did anyone record the gameplay of your game, I'd love to see it! And I'm downloading another browser to try it out! **Edit**: I'm sorry. It's me, not you. I somewhat figured it out. The problem was that I oversaw the giant "OH NO, I do not feel well" and I didn't get that this means "Game Over". I still don't get how to add tubes, but I will figure out this one as well... |
| May 17 12:44:48 | 14m 34s | Isurium | ♥ 0 | I like your game, it definitely stands out and I love the mood and art style. I missed a bit the theme "deeper and deeper", and also a bit of storyline or twist. |
| May 17 12:47:27 | 2m 39s | Swoop - Save the Princess from falling rubble! | ♥ 1 | I wanted to download the Windows version, but the page says "access denied"! So I played the web version and I made it to the bottom of the pit! I jumped off screen one time, and I thought I'm dead now, but my character dropped down again and I continued. I couldn't really figure out how I collected points. Is it when planks crush to the sides? I also wasn't brave enough to do the "place yourself below the plank and then kick" stunt, but I will try again! I didn't quite get what interaction causes the sound effect. But it's a very satisfying scene at the end! |
| May 17 13:21:12 | 33m 45s | Dokiss Space Explorers | ♥ 0 | I liked your game, the graphics, the background music and that every alien species has its own sound effects! I'm impressed that you did all that in 48 hours! |
| May 17 13:37:02 | 15m 50s | Deep Down | ♥ 2 | Whaaat 😆 super strange, but fun! The background music and sound effects really match and I like the art work. It's more a pitch or a teaser then a complete game, but I like it and I'd love to see more of it. Somewhat reminded me on Franz Kafkas "Metamorphosis" (but I'm glad your game didn't end like that!) |
| May 18 07:06:06 | 17h 29m | The Tree | ♥ 1 | Nice game! Although it says "not supported for mobile", I played it on my Phone until the roots and branches were out of reach (since I couldn't scroll or move the camera around). I had fun anyway and I got the idea of your game! I definitely had fun and I will play it again later on my laptop. |
