I was hope for some more enemies, like ones that change lanes or ones that get bigger and kill you if you shoot them (otherwise you can just keep spamming shoot). And they work surprisingly well with the "drawn in ms paint"-looking backgrounds. I am not sure if the way you go through the portals is trial and error or if there is actual progression, but I honestly lacked the motivation to try and finish the game, maybe the dialogue needs some more openended-ness, making you wonder what is at the end, instead of being totally vague. But it's a solid jam entry. |

In general there is nothing wrong with taking somebodies idea, but you should always add a sort of twist, which I am missing here. The graphics are quite neat though I have to say. |

I only wish there was a way to see what was coming, other than going through a whole bunch of trial and error until you heard the song for each level a few times. Other than that this game is great. The ideas for the movements you had are awesome and the artstyle nicely compliments everything nicely. |

I also wish that the place where a trap went off would be visible for a few moves, just so you have a chance to remember where you just died. Other than that this was a fun challenge for my memory. The mechanic of switching between safe and reset mode felt a bit weird at first but you got used to it pretty quickly. All the puzzles were awesome and took some thinking, but you felt your way into them slowly and the learning curve was great. Really well done! |

Luckily the guards seem to be wearing boots made from the same material so it is fine. A really nice concept that, with a bit of tweaking could turn into a fun little arcade style game. Maybe add a timer on the levels to see how fast you escaped. Nicely done! |

Luckily I was detemined enough to try and beat it, because the other levels are great and a good bit easier too. A really neat concept turned into a fun little game. |
