| May 1 11:59:20 | Stay alive! | ♥ 1 | Very nice idea and cool graphics! It's really hard, I also tried it in coop with another person but it's too easy if you split in heart + lungs and digestive system. One thing though is that I don't really see the connection with the theme, I can't see the concept of currency. Also, you might want to opt out of audio since there's none. Nice job overall! | |
| May 1 13:09:27 | 1h 10m | Brain Drain | ♥ 1 | One little note, both the people and the tasks overlap incorrectly, making it hard to understand what you're clicking on when there's more than one item at the same location. Anyway brilliant take on the theme! I loved the art and bgm. Great job! |
| May 1 13:22:56 | 13m 29s | Mind Over Matter | ♥ 1 | Nice idea but I got to the point where I was almost constantly stopped by the Q thing and it got a bit annoying. Also it was a bit weird that the camera jumped faster than the character. I liked your take on the theme, the graphics and the mood was certainly spot on. Nice job overall! |
| May 1 13:39:01 | 16m 05s | I D E N T I F T Y | ♥ 2 | This was a really nice experience, I always love trying narrative games during jams and this was well made. I managed to get it almost right on the first try. I'm not seeing a strong connection to the theme but it's still a solid entry, it only needs a soundtrack that matches the situation to really shine. Great job! |
| May 1 14:02:57 | 23m 56s | Snots Quest | ♥ 2 | This is a solid entry on all categories. I have just a few notes. I felt that the initial light was a bit too weak, and I managed to finish the game only when I reached the first vendor with enough cells to buy like 4 levels of light. Also the fact that you need to have at least 40 cells to buy something is a bit limiting. Also on the main menu I couldn't see the help button at first so I didn't even know that I could attack..maybe my display is too dark? Anyway I liked your game very much, great job! PS: loved the graffiti |
| May 1 14:21:22 | 18m 25s | Temple attack | ♥ 0 | Well done, your take on the theme is solid (although fairly common from what I've seen so far) and I enjoyed it although I'm not a fan of survival games. FYI, the game crashed after a while. |
| May 1 15:18:47 | 57m 25s | Bread | ♥ 1 | Brilliant! I love the tweets on the side and the shadows effect. Very nice and original take on the theme. Well done! |
| May 1 16:46:39 | 1h 27m | Mercenary | ♥ 0 | I'm sorry I don't get it..I tried both sides but I can't find any enemies..if I stand on the defenders side I can dock to the small station and the number of saved people increases but that's it. Models are nice though. Edit: I opened the page before all other comments so now know that there simply aren't any enemies. |
| May 1 17:13:16 | 26m 37s | EXCESS | ♥ 1 | Best game so far. I only have one doubt which also applies to the game I developed for LD 43: what do you think about letting people continue playing even when they have no chance of winning anymore? I'm afraid that could be frustrating..I mean when I realized that, I started killing myself as soon as I got hit because I knew I couldn't possibly win, so maybe should it just be a 1 life game, without the paying for the levels? |
| May 1 18:58:57 | 1h 45m | SoulHunt | ♥ 0 | Really good graphics, and the menu audio is nice, I'm sorry something went wrong. |
| May 1 19:18:20 | 19m 23s | Harvest | ♥ 1 | This is really good, I loved that it's not just a beat em up but you actually told a story (although after foolishly buying all possible upgrades before the last fight I wish I could skip the dialogue and try again). Great job guys! |
| May 1 19:38:42 | 20m 22s | Lousy Life Lessons - [LLL] | ♥ 3 | This was absolutely amazing, you managed to combine different types of gameplay with a really well written story, great visuals and a pretty good soundtrack. And it was all so polished, every detail and animation, I loved the "Inaccurate reflection of events" message. Oh and the voice acting, that's a really nice touch! Best entry I tried so far, well done! |
| May 1 20:27:48 | 49m 06s | Immortal's game | ♥ 0 | Amazing, really creative interpretation of the theme and great execution. Well done! |
| May 1 20:42:13 | 14m 25s | PizzoTyping | ♥ 1 | Very nice idea, also using the introductory conversation both as a tutorial and as a settings setup was really clever. Well done! |
| May 2 09:24:38 | 12h 42m | Lifeblood Arena | ♥ 1 | Just dropping by to let you know that the WebGL version breaks on collisions for me. I'll try to download it later. |
| May 2 09:42:32 | 17m 54s | Behind Your Light | ♥ 1 | This is really nice! Can I ask you how you implemented the light reflections on the monsters? It's really cool and I'm not sure how to do it in 2D. Is it a custom shader? |
