Fine concept! But performance is very bad :(
Pretty interesting idea! I really liked the flashlight avoidance mechanic and the ability to hide behind obstacles. It was a bit easy for me, but that made it nice. Also, I'm not sure why, but the top down camera didn't really seem to fit the game too well..
Oh, and the web format really helped!
glitchy in some places but overall a good one!
Really cool interpretation of the theme. Funny and makes for a enjoyable few mins of gameplay.
Interesting idea, well executed. I have encountered 2 issues, a) it didn't run in Safari, well it did but there were no lights rendered so I was running around blind and loose and after that I have realized something is wrong. so I switched to Chrome and it was good. b) it was kinda laggy, but I guess that's because rendering even 2d lights like this in web browser might get performance heavy. From the gameplay perspective I had a feeling the whole time that I'm running the wrong way as there was no way to assure myself I'm not running in circles or returning back. But in the end I made it and bought my bread so all was fine!
Nice game! I liked the paparazzi messages, but the game stuttered every time such a message was spawned, which gets unplayable after some time.
I really liked the lights and the pixel art but people comments on the side of the screen really bothered me
Brilliant! I love the tweets on the side and the shadows effect. Very nice and original take on the theme. Well done!
Very funny idea and I loved this "twitter"-feature, but the game has lack of performance, maybe it's all because of lighting system. The music made me feel like I was playing Hotline Miami for a second. Good job!
Yes! The twitter feature is a very nice humorous touch. Good job.
I can totally relate to the story! :D Nice work!
Funny concept, and an interesting take on the theme.
The movement didn't feel the greatest, but it did its job. And near the end of my game It got very laggy, and it was hilarious because there was a huge swarm of paparazzi and with my 10 fps I stuttered to the grocery store. But I made it. I got the bread!
The lighting was pretty cool and the twitter feed was an interesting concept, but I didn't feel the need to look at it because it would be too distracting.
Great job!
