I don't understand what there is to do in the game x), can you help me ? I really want to give it a go.

Nice game ! The concept is original and the models are nice (I don't know if you did it on purpose for the textures but black and white is fine). As you said, you had problems with the colliders. I found myself entering the space station. Commands are a little bit strange since down key arrow makes you go down, maybe it is just me...) I think you had some backface culling problems on the low transport part and had some hard time to manage slowing the ship and docking at the same time. The game works very well, the 3D environnment is well made and free ! Asteroids are nice (don't know if it is the engine or not but textures/modesl depends on distance - good optimisation). I had some hard times with the commands but I loved the space environnement ! Great work !

I liked the color scheme and the vastness of it. The controls were vary hard for me to grasp. Great optimization.

Good work on the concept and on the mechanics of the game! It's pretty hard to play in terms of the shooting part of it, I managed to kill just 1 enemy during my playthrough. The movement of the player ship feels nice, but the enemies are very hard to aim at or at least face them at all - once you think you're coming right at the ship you manage to miss all of the opportunities to shoot them right in the hitbox anyway. Maybe it's just me, but I think I as a player should not see enemies being this far away, otherwise they should have a bigger hitbox that shrinks as the enemy approaches you. I liked the soundtrack because it makes the mission feel silly in a good way, as if my character's just sitting there in the cabin and enjoying his coffee while doing all in a day's work. The difficulty of the game, however, makes me want to come back to it later to figure out the perfect tactic for destroying enemies. Thankfully the enemies aren't shooting me back and there is no timer to the mission - for this kind of difficulty these are good things, because you have a chance to figure the mechanics out.

@anstabo The citadel is the space station. If you choose to attack you fly towards it and destroy it by pressing the left mouse button to shoot. If you choose to defend find it and fly towards it and go to the building near it and it says to press E to dock. once you hold E long enough it starts transferring people. The goal is to transfer 100 people.

As we wrote above we didn't get some stuff done so there's no real danger in the game.

@tvle83 Thanks i'm gonna try it again ^^

Graphics are nice, but 3D orientation is a bit disappointing X) Also maybe consider switching to full auto firing, because rapid clicking is annoying.

I'm sorry I don't get it..I tried both sides but I can't find any enemies..if I stand on the defenders side I can dock to the small station and the number of saved people increases but that's it. Models are nice though.

Edit: I opened the page before all other comments so now know that there simply aren't any enemies.

tvle83 2019-05-01 17:36

@sbeif there are enemies but they are patrolling around 0,0,0 in the world and we randomized the location of the space station at the last minute so the enemies are not patrolling around it anymore.

we will be updating and doing a post-LD update with some of these fixes down the road.

Hi all! Gave this a few goes to try to understand it but it is quite tricky. The choice to make the ship "Roll" on left and right instead of Strafe makes flight combat very hard. I didn't realise anything was happening when docking until I noticed the numbers going up. This wasn't until my third playthrough. Music is a little frustrating but the whole thing has the building blocks to make something better. Nice effort!

So, I just stopped at the station and keep shooting until it exploded. I couldn't select any option in the screen that appeared after that
