| May 16 00:31:00 | PugBowling | I like pugs:) | |
| May 16 00:38:00 | 7m 00s | A cube story | Liked the aesthetic and simplicity, but the controls are weak. The number of moves is an interesting challenge mechanic, but I found it a bit unforgiving. |
| May 16 00:45:00 | 7m 00s | All Fall Down | I couldn't figure out what I was supposed to do:( |
| May 16 01:04:00 | 19m 00s | color bounce | I could run the game, but couldn't tell what I was supposed to do. I figured out moving around, and got some blocks to change color, I think, but it didn't tell me a score anywhere that I could see. It was hard to bounce where I wanted because I couldn't control the camera angle. |
| May 16 03:41:00 | 2h 37m | Arcane Siphon | I didn't find this to be all that minimalist -- just kindof a weak 3D FPS style game with an interesting "drain for energy" mechanic but not much gameplay to it. Congrats on completing your first LD game:) |
| May 16 03:47:00 | 6m 00s | ASCIIvader III | Liked the graphics, missed not having sound. My guy did not shoot? Do I have to earn that or something? |
| May 16 03:51:00 | 4m 00s | Mini Pirates! | The graphics and controls are pretty minimal. But the statistical model isn't. The music doesn't feel very pirate-y. But I liked the images. |
| May 16 03:55:00 | 4m 00s | 8-Bit? 4-Bit! | Well, I played once, then the bug set in and I couldn't get any further because I kept dying:( |
| May 16 04:01:00 | 6m 00s | for science! | No sound:(

I didn't really like the controls, I felt sluggish and it was very hard to dodge the incoming enemies, or turn quickly enough to take aim at them. So it felt unfair. At times when the graphics stripped away and all I was seeing was a wireframe, I liked that. *That* felt more minimal. Why does a minimalist shooter need lasers AND rockets AND boosters?? |
| May 16 04:06:00 | 5m 00s | Chick | The jumping mechanic was too frustrating. Bouncing + inertia made for a lot of unfair deaths. Audio is a +. Levels could have used a little more variety (I got through the 3rd level). What were the eggs for? |
| May 16 04:12:00 | 6m 00s | Dracula RGB | Graphics are a bit harsh, and the gameplay is very difficult. I had a hard time telling what I was looking at -- were there pickups? I couldn't figure out a way to power up. |
| May 16 04:27:00 | 15m 00s | _M_ | Excellent, solid entry. Very well done. |
| May 16 04:40:00 | 13m 00s | BASHLAND - Breakout Mario Mashup | Interesting mashup idea and good graphics and sound but the levels weren't particularly challenging. |
| May 16 04:59:00 | 19m 00s | SPector | Not bad for a start. Controlling and navigating needs work. |
| May 16 23:16:00 | 18h 17m | Space Theory | I'm getting over 200 fps, but 0 draw calls and nothing seems to be happening. Just a black screen. |
| May 16 23:21:00 | 5m 00s | Motion | Well done! I love the design of this. It's very simple, colorful, and discovering the play mechanics through trial and error, and adapting at each new level is very fun! I'm very impressed with this. You've really improved a lot since the last LD, too! |
| May 18 03:45:00 | 28h 24m | Lost Colours | Well, I sure didn't know what I was doing until I read the comment someone posted about it being a snake game.

A little too easy to die, and if you find yourself too close to the wall, due to your fixed turn radius and speed there's nothing you can do about it. |
| May 18 03:55:00 | 10m 00s | Minimalist Dungeon | "Buttons open doors" = shit just got real!

Very nice. Liked the music, too:) |
| May 18 04:26:00 | 31m 00s | Z Jumper | As soon as I press Space to start a new game, it crashes:(

Problem signature:
Problem Event Name: CLR20r3
Problem Signature 01: z jumper.exe
Problem Signature 02: 1.0.0.0
Problem Signature 03: 5186c805
Problem Signature 04: Microsoft.Xna.Framework
Problem Signature 05: 4.0.20823.0
Problem Signature 06: 4c72cc22
Problem Signature 07: 504
Problem Signature 08: 51
Problem Signature 09: System.InvalidOperationException
OS Version: 6.1.7601.2.1.0.256.48
Locale ID: 1033
Additional Information 1: 0a9e
Additional Information 2: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789
Additional Information 3: 0a9e
Additional Information 4: 0a9e372d3b4ad19135b953a78882e789

Read our privacy statement online:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=104288&clcid=0x0409

If the online privacy statement is not available, please read our privacy statement offline:
C:\Windows\system32\en-US\erofflps.txt |
| May 18 04:42:00 | 16m 00s | Square | Not penalizing but keeping track of wall collisions was interesting, but you should provide some feedback so the player knows what to avoid. |
| May 18 11:25:00 | 6h 43m | GUNSLINGER | Oh, this is just superb. A bit low on the replayability, but excellent conception and implementation. |
| May 18 11:34:00 | 9m 00s | Mini Car Racing | Solid little game, reminds me a lot of the racing games of the Atari VCS era. |
| May 18 11:44:00 | 10m 00s | Platform Jumper | You really took minimalism down to the bare wire. |
| May 18 20:50:00 | 9h 06m | ...---... (sos) | Solid narrative and mood. Even without translating the morse bits I was able to figure out enough of what was going on to play through several times and experience different endings. Well done. |
| May 18 21:04:00 | 14m 00s | Soul Harvester: The Haunting | Needs instructions for how to play. Loved the sound effects. |
| May 18 21:18:00 | 14m 00s | Ginnungagap | I really like the color palette you chose, and the idea of being a great big scary monster running around in the woods eating people. |
| May 18 21:22:00 | 4m 00s | Unfalling Star | Great visuals. Controls were a bit too difficult -- dealing with a mouse pointer as the target for where I'm going while the background scrolls independently is just a recipe for ragequit. |
| May 18 21:27:00 | 5m 00s | BlindSight | That thing is creepy! |
| May 18 21:36:00 | 9m 00s | Shape Attack | Rather different. |
| May 18 21:57:00 | 21m 00s | Mini danmaku | Tough but once I figured out I could escape the hell by going out of the room, it was cake. Made it as far as the 11th star. |
| May 18 22:15:00 | 18m 00s | IAO | Great concept! Would have liked to collect fewer shapes to evolve, but it was very fun. |
| May 18 22:21:00 | 6m 00s | hunter hungry | Soooo pixely! |
| May 19 04:13:00 | 5h 52m | The Last Tower | Didn't ever feel challenging. The lone enemy never stood a chance. |
| May 19 04:20:00 | 7m 00s | Tactical Spreadsheet | lol. |
| May 19 04:36:00 | 16m 00s | Title: Subtitle | Interesting take on the theme, and innovative graphics. |
| May 19 04:43:00 | 7m 00s | Goblin Fight XXII square edition part1 | Where's the source? Compo entries should include source.

GameMaker: Studio tip: Look into your build options when creating your executable. It's possible to just build a zip file that people can extract. A lot of people prefer this over having to install an app that later has to be removed using the Windows control panel. |
| May 19 05:00:00 | 17m 00s | SINE | This was rather pleasant. |
| May 19 05:10:00 | 10m 00s | QbQbQb | This was absolutely brilliant. Amazing execution. If Katamari Damacy and Tetris had a baby. |
| May 19 05:27:00 | 17m 00s | 1BtnBounce | For some reason the controls didn't seem responsive to my input. Couldn't really play it. |
| May 19 05:29:00 | 2m 00s | Inside Art | Died twice very quickly. |
