| Dec 17 09:39:00 | Trade Persuasion | Haha, this is superb! Nice graphics, nice music, good gameplay and a wicked sense of humour. ;-D <br/> <br/>(on a sidenote, for 4 weeks of Unity this is impressive!) | |
| Dec 17 09:49:00 | 10m 00s | Boxy Computer Virus | Nice use of WebGl, shall have a look at the sources! <br/> <br/>I did seem to end up just holding S and strafing left and right, but even some AAA titles thesedays seem to be similar! Nice work, well done. |
| Dec 17 09:56:00 | 7m 00s | Rainbow | What a fiendishly clever game! :D Love the humour and art style aesthetic as well. |
| Dec 17 10:06:00 | 10m 00s | Kollum: The Pressure Valve | This is quite fun, but am I right in thinking the randomisation means you can't win some levels? I started near a no-go area and any route around it meant Tombo getting all the treasures and reaching the exit before I could get near? |
| Dec 17 10:15:00 | 9m 00s | Dragon Wrath | I like the terrain, it's quite pretty! Reminds me of a level in something like Black & White. The controls are bit awkward but the game itself works well. :) |
| Dec 17 10:23:00 | 8m 00s | Diabolical Genius | Interesting concept! I don't know if it's a Chrome thing, but I had to move the mouse in a kinda wierd in/out way to get that "activate scheme" button to work once it was planned out. I like the graphical style and the sounds were good. :] |
| Dec 17 10:44:00 | 21m 00s | Globe Hacker | Very good indeed! Though even on easy it seems I am not an 1337 h4xx0r. ;___; <br/> <br/>Extremely polished graphical style, very nice! |
| Dec 17 10:47:00 | 3m 00s | Sir Mastery of Dickery | Hiya, for the web version, put the .html and the webplayer file in your Public directory, right-click the .html and select Dropbox->Copy Public Link and post that for the URL. But change it from HTTPS to HTTP. <br/> <br/>I'm on OSX and I'd quite like to play this! |
| Dec 17 10:57:00 | 10m 00s | Sebastian | I think this is my favourite so far! Full marks in the Fun category. Great sense of humour as well! Also, special Al Gore points! (haha, he should've been the bonus topic instead of goats) ;-) |
| Dec 18 10:03:00 | 23h 06m | Knights Must Die | I never tire of tower games, which is why they are classics I guess. Graphics fine, nicely implemented (though a selection box around your current menu item would be nice addition) |
| Dec 18 10:12:00 | 9m 00s | Alien Invaders | Interesting concept, a little like a reverse X-COM of sorts! :) Nice audio track, perfectly creepy. Seemed to take a long time to progress? I may just be playing very badly. :D |
| Dec 18 10:43:00 | 31m 00s | Evil is Sometimes Rendered Unconscious | I agree with the comment about not halting the played during dialog, it kinda jars with the game a bit. Other than that, feels like a lot of work has gone into this, very nice mood! |
| Dec 18 10:49:00 | 6m 00s | Recluster | There's certainly a nice idea in here, and kudos for doing it in HTML5. Pity the combat is missing though. |
| Dec 18 15:06:00 | 4h 17m | Double Tap | Very cool indeed! Lovely graphical style. Almost has a kinda Introversion feel to it. Very moody. |
| Dec 18 15:25:00 | 19m 00s | Cube Infection | Curious and addictive little game. Nice music as well with a pleasant graphical aesthetic. Me likey. :) |
| Dec 18 16:15:00 | 50m 00s | SpaceGreed | It's quite fun to test your own bases. As already mentioned, the base editor is a bit unintuitive at first. Graphics are nice and sound is fine. Nicely done. |
| Dec 18 16:20:00 | 5m 00s | HA!HA!HA! | Hee hee, quite simple, but a lot of fun! Agents remind me a bit of Spy vs Spy. |
| Dec 18 18:50:00 | 2h 30m | Twisted Neighborhood | That is immensely satisfying to play! :D |
| Dec 18 18:56:00 | 6m 00s | Artificial Incompetence | A nice idea here! Would be nice if there had been a few more complicated options and less spacebar hammering. (that gravity adjust thing is a good one!) |
| Dec 18 19:01:00 | 5m 00s | Knights of Uruk | Nice! I liked the graphics and audio (a little bit 8bit-esque). Reminds me of that Windows 95 Warhammer tie-in, "Shadow of the Horned Rat" a little bit. <br/> <br/>Occasional graphical glitches (my flags seemed to disappear making me think the unit was losing... until they won and appeared again) but on the whole it seems like a lot of work has gone into this, well done! |
| Dec 18 20:02:00 | 1h 01m | Boss Level | Lovely retro feel to it! :) |
| Dec 18 20:09:00 | 7m 00s | Universe's Next Top Villain | Haha, extra marks for the Willy Wonka quote in there! :D |
| Dec 19 09:59:00 | 13h 50m | Little Death Adventure | Very polished game with beautiful graphics, great chip music and great humour! Bit glitchy, got stuck behind that step area in your last screenshot. Lacks a little bit of variety but that's understandable given the 48hr timeframe. Great fun! |
| Dec 19 10:19:00 | 20m 00s | Pillage | At first I was completely confused, but once I understood how the game worked this was pretty engrossing! |
| Dec 19 10:47:00 | 28m 00s | Villain Glance | Very smart concept! Implementation is very good as well, with fun graphics and good sound. :) |
| Dec 19 13:52:00 | 3h 05m | Keep our Dungeons EVIL | Hmm, I think I managed to crash/freeze it by blocking the rooms (which I seemed to be able to do)? That said, what a beautiful looking game! Feels very polished. I agree that having a block for each orientation is a bit frustrating, particularly when up against the clock, but it's not a dealbreaker. Nice work everyone! |
| Dec 19 14:06:00 | 14m 00s | TerraForma | I agree with Winterblood about having a few more rules for interaction. Very nice look to the game. |
| Dec 19 14:11:00 | 5m 00s | Run N' Destroy | Haha, I'm getting too old for games that run at this speed. My reaction time is just way too slow to avoid the obstacles. Graphics and sound are really nice though. |
| Dec 19 14:17:00 | 6m 00s | ASMOSNOS | How delightfully bizarre! |
| Dec 19 14:24:00 | 7m 00s | The World is Mine! | Nice little game, clean interface! Agree with the comment that the goons must be pretty powerful! :D |
| Dec 19 14:35:00 | 11m 00s | Revenge Bear | haha, I never mind a lot of spacebar-mashing if the game has style and this has it in bucketloads! nice art and nice sound as well. good fun! |
| Dec 19 15:45:00 | 1h 10m | Abrupt Salvation | Good fun (as physics based games often are)! Got stuck at a few points and had to restart. Can you reach the princess at the end? (are you meant to?) |
| Dec 19 15:53:00 | 8m 00s | REC - The game | Haha, nice concept implemented very nicely! |
| Dec 19 15:56:00 | 3m 00s | For the love of the king | Hmm, a little bit confused by this but seemed fun. :) |
| Dec 19 16:00:00 | 4m 00s | Slaughter | Hehe, think I need to down a pint of coffee to have the reflexes for this! What happens at the end? (if you don't mind me asking?) :) |
| Dec 19 16:03:00 | 3m 00s | Granny's Gummies | Very cool idea, nicely implemented. I think it would've benefited from a few fx (just simple chip fx made on that free sound maker website often linked on LD) every time they bounce off a wall? |
| Dec 19 16:06:00 | 3m 00s | Sunday | I liked the graphics on this. As xgeovanni said, I just held down the X button. :) |
| Dec 19 16:12:00 | 6m 00s | Dungeon Overlord: Master of the Queue | Nice concept, perhaps needs a bit of tweaking with the balancing? (I think I hit a saturation point where I was just adding to the first factory after a while). Nicely done though, good stuff! |
| Dec 19 16:14:00 | 2m 00s | Kill? | Good atmosphere, but I kinda expected a succession of different... erm... 'clients'? Ended a bit abruptly! <br/> <br/>Does wanting more make me the villain? :) |
| Dec 20 12:24:00 | 20h 10m | Praelia Solus | "NOTE: There is a known issue playing Unity games in Chrome!" <br/> <br/>- actually, it's caused by the HTTPS in the Dropbox link. Change it to HTTP and it works in all browsers. ;-) <br/> <br/>Now to play your game... |
| Dec 20 12:33:00 | 9m 00s | Splonet | Curiously engrossing! Would be nice if you zoomed in a little bit depending on how many blocks were nearby. |
| Dec 20 12:40:00 | 7m 00s | EXTREME BURGLARY | Very enjoyable, like a mini Thief, well done! Controls have been mentioned, I liked the simplicity of the design actually. |
| Dec 20 12:43:00 | 3m 00s | Executioner's Calling | Cool concept and very nice pixel art. Pretty tough game, in fact! |
| Dec 20 13:02:00 | 19m 00s | It Came From the 25th Dimension | There's not many games that have me shouting "hit the ambulance! hit the ambulance!" ;-D <br/> <br/>Great graphics and cool Arkanoid gameplay! I would liked to have been able to control the UFO with the mouse, but aside from that, perfect! |
| Dec 20 13:19:00 | 17m 00s | Firepower! | Tricky little game! Enjoyed this, smart idea! |
| Dec 20 13:26:00 | 7m 00s | The Fall of Mr. Wily | I think we have a winner! |
| Dec 20 20:13:00 | 6h 47m | Villain Simulator 2000 | Possibly the first game to make me laugh out loud. The last mini game in particular. Nicely done. |
| Dec 20 20:22:00 | 9m 00s | Skeletal Archer Archie | Very nice! Would have been nice to have had even some very basic sound fx, but very polished in the graphics and implementation side. Well done! :) |
| Dec 20 20:30:00 | 8m 00s | Infect the World | Cool idea. The last level seemed quite tough (in fact, didn't beat it). |
| Dec 20 20:43:00 | 13m 00s | The Evil Reveal | Haha, nice idea, and very well implemented! Nice graphics. Though a little more room space would be nice. <br/> <br/>(and extra points for picking one of my favourite Mitchell & Webb scenes. I also like the health & safety version where's he's getting the builder to put in his rotating wall :D ) |
| Dec 20 21:04:00 | 21m 00s | Villain OS 8 | A few issues with the controls, but a very nice idea! You can't have a villain without his/her cat. :D |
| Dec 20 21:46:00 | 42m 00s | A Villain Project | lol, keep the walk anim, it's hilarious! :D <br/> <br/>There's a nice idea in here and the herding mechanic is quite tricky. Some very basic FX would be nice. |
| Dec 20 22:09:00 | 23m 00s | You are the Dragon | Love the graphical style and the dragon model is fantastic. Controls are a bit glitchy though and flying is a little frustrating. But as I say, very nice look to the game! |
| Dec 20 22:17:00 | 8m 00s | Nefarious Space Pirate | Superb fun! I love the little indicators showing you the directions to different entities. Nice music and good sound fx as well. |
| Dec 20 22:30:00 | 13m 00s | The Rise and Fall of Professor Moriarty | This is a very nice concept and very skillfully and professionally put together! You guys should continue to work on this and consider putting this on the market! Would make a very nice iPad app, in fact. |
| Dec 20 22:34:00 | 4m 00s | An Barun Rua | Quite tricky and got frustrated quite quickly. I liked the look of the game though, nice colour scheme. |
| Dec 20 22:38:00 | 4m 00s | Missile Rider | Crikey this is hard, but what a superb concept! Has a cool 16bit feel to it as well. |
| Dec 21 14:24:00 | 15h 46m | Bad Santa | Very sensitive movement. Little bit frustrating. Pretty graphics though, nice retro feel. |
| Dec 21 14:38:00 | 14m 00s | Dr. Spackolo | Well that was... unique! :D |
| Dec 21 14:42:00 | 4m 00s | Crobal and friends | Nice graphics and nice narrative. Is he really a villain? Or just misunderstood? *sniff* ;_; |
| Dec 21 14:46:00 | 4m 00s | The Torture Chamber | I always find being made to dance a form of torture! |
| Dec 21 14:51:00 | 5m 00s | ARM: Alien Research Mission | Quite fun controlling the ship. Nice music as well! |
| Dec 21 14:55:00 | 4m 00s | Death Star | Ah, glad it's just not me who wondered if the arrow keys were working. Nice idea for the game though. |
| Dec 21 15:00:00 | 5m 00s | Acidman | Everyone's mentioned about the theme already, but this is a great little game, very novel idea as well. Great polish and presentation as well. |
| Dec 21 15:28:00 | 28m 00s | Satan's Booger | I kinda miss that there isn't any sound during the game itself (or doesn't seem to be!). Art and gameplay is quite fun though. I like the way the size changes between sections. |
| Dec 21 15:38:00 | 10m 00s | Lens - The Prologue | An interesting audio/visual experience, not much to do per se, but certainly an interesting take on the topic all the same. |
| Dec 23 18:37:00 | 50h 59m | Do Not Help The Princess | Hurrah! One that runs on my iPhone! Pretty graphics and a fun game. Someone already mentioned about the game being awkwardly over once the heroes are at the door. Still, fun little game, well done! |
| Dec 24 11:20:00 | 16h 43m | Rex (Applet) | That was great fun! I liked the little sayings as well. :D |
| Dec 24 12:15:00 | 55m 00s | MARTYR | Very polished and high quality production, well done guys! |
| Dec 24 13:11:00 | 56m 00s | Dream Chamber | Great graphics and sound. Not overtly sold on the gameplay, but a fun experience all the same! |
| Dec 24 18:14:00 | 5h 03m | Make It Black | Very clever little idea and very nicely implemented! Really liked how the world changed as you covered more an more of the area. A few tiles I couldn't seem to change (usually before a step), but aside from that a very nice game, well done! :) |
| Dec 24 18:20:00 | 6m 00s | Dig for Me | Works fine in Wine, which is nice. Interesting wee game, controls are a bit quirky, shift for jump doesn't come naturally to me. |
