| May 2 21:01:00 | Tri | Fantastic concept and exictution. It took me a bit to get the flow of the controlls, but I attribute it to the novelty of the design. | |
| May 3 05:43:00 | 8h 42m | Better You Than ME! | The game feels like Robot Unicorn Attack at times. Especially when I was flinging a clone to clear a pit my original couldn't quit make. It was very fun. |
| May 4 01:11:00 | 19h 28m | Legend of Parasite | It took me a while to figure out what I was supposed to do. My first death was due to collision with one of the spitters, and the transfer effect happened on the same square. I assumed I had died and you had not implemented re spawn, so I refreshed the page. I did figure it out after a while. This concept worked very well in a short game, but might have lost its novelty had it gone on much further. |
| May 4 01:59:00 | 48m 00s | "Alone" | I gave up on the 5th level because I didn't want to keep track of so many telliportes. The first three levels were good at teaching the game basics, but the fourth seemed a bit too long. |
| May 4 02:44:00 | 45m 00s | A fine day in the parking lot | Your combination of digital camera and 3d was brilliant. I hope you make a longer game in this style. |
| May 4 04:12:00 | 1h 28m | A Colourless World | The controls seemed very poorly placed on a qwerty keyboard. Especially when the jump key would cancel out the move left key. |
| May 4 04:32:00 | 20m 00s | A Steampunk Axebot Supply Run | It was fun, but I wish there were some sort of mini map so I could keep track of where every one is. Playing support is easier when you can see the big picture. |
| May 4 04:40:00 | 8m 00s | A Portrait of my Curious World | That was a little dark for such a light hearted theme. Still it was one of the most innovative takes on the "It’s Dangerous to go Alone! Take this!" theme I have played so far. |
| May 4 05:15:00 | 35m 00s | A Really Big Rock (Compo Release) | The cut scene was a little long, but once the game got going I enjoyed it. You added new elements at a very nice pace. |
| May 4 06:00:00 | 45m 00s | ZombieRunner...Ware | It would have been nice to do more than hold the 'D' key down for the baby and spear levels. Still good "brains" sound effects. |
| May 4 06:05:00 | 5m 00s | A Robot's Adventure | Those spiky frowney dudes scare me. |
| May 4 06:29:00 | 24m 00s | Atomic Pinball | As a concept Chemistry games sound fun, but this one went way over my head. I would have enjoyed it more if there were some sort of visual indicator that a compound was stable and could safely pass through the bottom. |
| May 4 06:35:00 | 6m 00s | Take This | I remember reading your blog entry half way through the contest and thinking "that sounds fantastic, I hope he pulls it off" thank you for not disappointing me. |
| May 4 06:51:00 | 16m 00s | Protocol Droids Get No Respect | The green robots were a little too persistent. I tried loosing them around a corner, but it rarely worked. |
| May 6 05:23:00 | 46h 32m | Have You Considered the Benefits of Life Insurance | That was fantastic. The back story and the desperate struggle against the inevitable really makes the game interesting. |
| May 6 05:41:00 | 18m 00s | Torch | I like how the monsters are not insta kills, but some of the platform jumping got really frustrating. |
| May 6 05:53:00 | 12m 00s | It's Time | The music and draw glow was very atmospheric, but the zombie killing got a little repetitive. |
| May 10 04:41:00 | 94h 48m | The Creek | Oddly enough the last level was the only level I could complete without getting bitten. I like the mouse centered control, but some times it felt like it wasn't enough to dodge a croc. |
| May 10 04:51:00 | 10m 00s | Nano Seed | I like the flocking behavior of the nanos. It took me a while to figure out how to shoot. |
| May 10 05:09:00 | 18m 00s | Dungeon Runners | I usually like exploration games, but this one seemed a little too random. It didn't feel like I could make informed decisions, instead it was a lot of guessing and hoping. This would be greatly improved if there were clues to what lay ahead. |
| May 11 00:17:00 | 19h 08m | A boy and his monstertruck annhilation | It has a catchy tune and decent graphics, too bad there is not much of a game to play. Congrats on finishing something for Ludum Dare. |
| May 11 00:27:00 | 10m 00s | Total Achluophobia | Your usage of light and hidden pit traps was really impressive. I like how those gray plant things would give you direction, but wouldn't necessarily guarantee your safety. |
| May 11 00:56:00 | 29m 00s | The Village Elder | Fantastic humor behind this one. This was by far one of the most enjoyable entries I have played. |
| May 11 01:08:00 | 12m 00s | Francis Bacon | Did somebody say "Bacon?" |
| May 11 01:15:00 | 7m 00s | Das Sad | It's a clever name, but I can't find much tie it into the theme. |
| May 11 01:38:00 | 23m 00s | Doctor Whoops and the Running Fellow | Making a multi level game with a boss fight at the end is quite an accomplishment for a 48 hour contest. I really like how each level had its own game dynamic. The intro was a bit too long, but game itself was great. |
| May 11 02:00:00 | 22m 00s | brotherhood | Interesting bit of technology, but there isn't much of a game to it. |
| May 11 02:10:00 | 10m 00s | Hooj | The mouse only controls were a little difficult to manage, and not very satisfying to manipulate. |
| May 11 02:29:00 | 19m 00s | Ngurvilar in the Temple Of Bastet | There is no greater ending than the pur of a kitty. |
| May 11 03:34:00 | 1h 05m | Quaintbrush | That was fantastic. The puzzles are unique and well thought out. I like pacing at which you introduce new tool and challenges. For a 48 contest this was a very polished entry. |
| May 11 03:55:00 | 21m 00s | Party Favours | The game play really captures the feeling of dementia, but it didn't seem like my actions had any effect on the game world. |
| May 11 04:15:00 | 20m 00s | SkyFall | Sky diving sword fighting is a fun concept, but the AI is a little too powerful, and the whole thing seems futile since there is no way to regain health. Still for a 48 hour project this is very nice. |
| May 14 12:02:00 | 79h 47m | LD20: Alone | It is pretty impressive you made all the assets to make a Unity landscape and sky box. The exploding capsules got me to jump the first time, but like the Fire Swamp in the Princess bride, once I knew what to listen for I felt pretty safe. If you had time to throw in two more environmental challenges this would have felt more like a complete game. |
| May 15 02:29:00 | 14h 27m | Chronos | The game looks more polished than many other entries. Considering the jump height I think some parts of the level are inaccessible. |
| May 15 23:50:00 | 21h 21m | Innocence | That is a pretty catchy tune. Bullet hell games aren't my thing, but this was quite enjoyable. |
| May 16 04:00:00 | 4h 10m | Super Shotgun Deathrace | Way to play on user expectations. |
| May 19 06:00:00 | 74h 00m | The Last of the Nyoms (Prologue) | Great use of the unity physics engine. For 48 hours you put a lot of polish in this game. |
