This would've been a lot more user friendly if the mirror had it's pivot point in the middle.

I liked the colour change towards white as you killed enemies, and the mechanic of the dead paint splashes slowing you down was a potentially interesting mechanic. The game over screen was a nice touch too! I don't think the art or music is particularly strongly tied to the theme however. In particular, I feel the 'bullets' should've been more shaped, and moved faster.
The layout switching mechanic certainly has potential. I echo the sentiments that a timer / par time would help. Crying out for some ambient music, but I'm sure you know that!
Interesting idea, but it didn't feel very balanced to me. I think it would've helped to have a specific 'low on ammo' click noise to remind you that you're running. Got potential though!
We had always intended for the level to be both endless and generated by procedural means. The plan was to use these systems to balance the difficulty.
Sadly we ran out of time to get these systems working. The ugre to cheat and finish the system has been resisted! Hopefully you can appreciate what we were going for.
Sebastian: Did you follow the instructions about the game requiring the Visual C++ 2012 redistributable to run? Try installing that, I think it will fix your error. It's included in the download, but you can also get it from Microsoft at the following address: http://download.microsoft.com/download/1/6/B/16B06F60-3B20-4FF2-B699-5E9B7962F9AE/VSU1/vcredist_x86.exe :)
Cool visuals and concept. I'll be honest, I had no idea what I was doing or what the icons represented!
I like the risk/reward mechanic of your laser using up energy. Could've done with a bit better balancing imo, but still fun!
Personally I would've dropped the shooting and given some more love to the jump mechanic. Jumping off the top of screen is abusable - you can jump over lasers etc. Some indicator to where you were going to land after jumping off the screen could've been useful. I had fun trying to master the jump though!
Nice idea, sadly pretty much every word I could think of wasn't in your list!
I just see a grey screen with my mouse input locked?
This idea has great potential. I personally think you should drop the repair mechanic and really focus on the stopping traffic/changing traffic light patterns. I think you could've lost the majority of the HUD at the bottom as well - would've helped the minimal aspect to. Good job!
This is really cool! Controls could use some refinement - I like the way the gray background squares could be used to lineup the approach.
I like the look. I feel you have a few too many mechanics going on at once here - dropping one or two and laser focusing on the others would have made a better game IMO. I had fun though!
