I enjoyed this as a top down shooter, and good job getting a good amount of polish to the finished product. Adding some foot movement would help indicate direction a bit better when moving in my opinion, but doing this by yourself in 48 hours is pretty impressive. Hope to see more from you next game jam!

Great graphics, this can be released as a full fledged app for mobile for sure. I loved how visually appealing this is, and it's enough of a spin on a flappy bird-esc gameplay that it feels new and challenging.

I didn't get much of a sens of verticality from the background being static,imo, adding some parallax layers in the bg would give this a nice cherry on top.

I enjoyed this! A few things that I think would greatly improve the experience: Some sort of notification that a new pizza has appeared, sometimes finding one would be intersected with other wall or cabinet objects, and blends into the floor texture which makes it a bit hard to see.

Over all, the gameplay is pretty polished and I had a positive experience playing your game, made it to the end of wave 4 before losing. Good job~!

100/10 for presentation, art. God damn. Your artist needs a raise heh - but for real, The artist definitely is a professional artist (in game dev i'm assuming?)

Bullet hells are a bit of my forte , so I didn't fine this very hard, though the bg sometimes distracted me from the bullet sprites, which made it a bit unfair. Overall, I enjoyed the experience, this could be a full fledge release - post jam.

the visuals are pretty funny, and I quickly realized that I suck at your game It would be nice to have some sort of indication of what the orbs do on the menu screen as I was consistently looking back at the description to get a sense of objective, solid game :D

Good job on your first LDjam entry, and you can only go up from here :) For the next project, I'd recommend getting a dedicated artist so you can focus on gameplay mechanics so you don't have to compromise time to create assets.

NSFW - but great art design. I was a bit lost initially (when I went to hell) and didn't have much concept for the controls when starting. Though after I got going, it was a lot of fun. A menu/intro with some controls would have helped inform me a bit more so the impact of figuring out how to play is a bit less abrupt.

ended at 11500, I enjoyed it! The character design reminds me of a well dressed meeseeks. I think if you're to move further with this game, is to add a sense of pressure as I was fighting the time but initially I thought I had to fill the food bar XD. Good job~!!

@lord-byte totally agree, I ran out of time (set a 5 hour limit) cause I got side tracked hooking up the clock on the punch in machine, but if I was to take this further I'd add some rendered rays from the contact point to the next contact point (as well as proper physics), was a good lesson learned!
