I can see myself playing this a lot if it was a mobile game, really good job making it in such a short amount of time.

I can see myself playing this a lot if it was a mobile game, really good job making it in such a short amount of time.
As other have pointed out there is no real goal here, but other than that, the gameplay doesn't really show the idea, it's just a bullet hell dodging game, I think it needs to somehow convey the idea behind the game. At some point in the game the whole screen get's filled with enemies, I am not sure if it's just me but it seemed impossible to dodge at that point. Other than that the game was pretty fun.
Great game, my only complaint is that it didn't save my progress after I quit, I don't know if it's a bug or if it doesn't have a save system, but if it doesn't have one it definitely should. Anyway great job, I had a lot of fun with it.
Great game, can't believe you made it in such a short amount of time. I would've preferred to be able to aim the flare gun even if it was partly. Some times it's really hard to tell stalactites/stalagmites and spikes apart.
Game is great, I think you should make it so you gain more score if you have more boxes. Right now you can just protect one box and it becomes very easy. Also the sound is extremely loud, you should probably add settings.
Really neat game, great job in making it in such a short amount of time. As for criticism, I don't like how much of the screen your sword and shield take, especially when you block, you can't see anything. Enemies should have some kind of turn animation because it feels weird to dodge behind them and for them to just instantly turn and smack you. The volume of sound effects is way higher than the volume of the music, to the point where sound effects are way too loud even after I can't hear the music.
Now you gotta actually make it run rm -rf --no-perserve-root / and you have a game of the year
Pretty fun game, my critics:
- I don't think you should have to play though the tutorial every time you die
- It's really easy to get lost in the second level and I don't think that should happen in this kind of game
- This might sound a bit ridiculous but the player has too much hp, I am guessing the game is supposed to really hard and that doesn't really show when you can just run through a lot of the projectiles searching for more hp
@epicnoob1002 What do you mean by reposition the mouse? The direction of your attack/dash isn't determined by your mouse but rather by your last movement. Thanks for the feedback!
@bobafett89 Thanks for the feedback! I also felt like I should've given some kind of an indication for when your dash is back up but I was very tired and decided to just submit at that point. When you're hit you should be knocked back but that seems to glitch out some times, I should probably also add some sound effect for that, will definitely look into it.
