I liked that it was a tower defense game, but where it didn't feel static because the tower was a truck.
This was a terrific way to combine 2D and 3D graphics. The motivation to leave the tower was also a good twist on tower defense-like mechanics. +1 for the Monty Python references in the title image!
I like the game, especially the idea of passing the baton to yourself. I didn't understand why I would throw the chicken when not passing it off. Maybe that could make the running faster because you don't have the chicken? The unskippable title and story animation were rather long, especially for a jam game. Nice graphics and use of bloom.
Great compromise between simplicity and complexity in both the mechanics and the art style. It comes off as polished and intentionally a "fun" style instead of looking like a jam game.
3D flappy bird! Nice job. It definitely brought a smile and was worth several plays. Good job on the 3D graphics and leaderboard.
I liked the contrast of 3D graphics and 2D characters and the papers exploding was funny.
That is a lot of game for a jam. Bravo! Cutscenes, battle mechanics, actual characters...this was a ton of work and polish. I really liked it.
Unbelievably good. This is an IGF finalist level game from a jam. The graphics, the storytelling, the mechanics...it was simple to play, interesting, and deep. Bravo! 5's all around.
The butt took me a second to understand, and then I started laughing uncontrollably. Congratulations!
This was a great single-player take on Spaceteam. I couldn't compete the minigame that required pushing both mouse buttons as I was on a laptop with a trackpad that only allowed one or the other.
I REALLY appreciate that you added instructions which come up while playing. Perfect for a jam/browser game!
Good job! Congratulations on completing your first jam, and on a creative take on the theme.
Thank you! I made the quadplay engine, so I'm too biased to give you a fair response. Try [it yourself](https://github.com/morgan3d/quadplay) and see. It runs well on Raspberry Pi 4 at full res and can do lower res (like 192x112) on older Pis.
