Nice and polished game... Paired with beautiful pixel art. Nice job dude! Keep it up.

Hello! I'd like to say playing this game was cool an very interesting! I love the top down view a lot, it makes it feel 3d an surrounded, and the use of dark an light simple colours are just beautiful, Great work! :)

Absolutely loved the visuals here.

casual-effects 2020-04-21 02:55

Beautiful! Really terrific mood and use of text + pixel art.

izhvaryag 2020-04-21 02:55

I like your style, guys! Good game!

yeojoey 2020-04-21 02:56

This was really stylish and unique!

piturnah 2020-04-21 02:57

Absolutely beautiful game, I loved the sentiment of the "story". It's such good quality, only problem is the length. However, you had three days to make this, and it is clear that quality was prioritised over amount of content. This game was a great experience, even the itch.io page looks incredible.

cyclonicheart51 2020-04-21 02:58

Really pretty and atmospheric game, the only major complaint would be it's short but given you only had three days I don't think that applies (I would love to play more).

hangarter 2020-04-21 02:58

Beautiful pixel art!

reid-willis 2020-04-21 02:58

What a unique style! The audio and visuals created a very emotional experience that's hard to describe. Very, very well done.

travis-hermant 2020-04-21 02:59

Very impressive visually, looks like ps1-era artifacting but on sprite work and the orb shaped world (or barrel shaped?). Really like the overall aesthetic and atmosphere it gives off

bufalloo 2020-04-21 02:59

Awesome atmosphere and perspective effect!

brenno263 2020-04-21 03:01

Fantastic atmosphere, I feel like the mechanics for dying aren't very intuitive and I found myself sprinting past the text because of some unseen force that kept killing me.

jyrkface 2020-04-21 03:02

Incredible work.

reddarkwh 2020-04-21 03:03

That was a lovely little journey. Great job

ryan-jung 2020-04-21 03:04

Really beautiful game! I loved the mood and aesthetic, the pixel art, aspect ratio, the changing perspective, all of it was really wonderful!

rooftopdog 2020-04-21 03:04

Liked the smart design and use of lights/shadows. Got a little lost while playing a couple times but didnt take long to find the way.

melomel 2020-04-21 03:04

Wow, never seen anything like it before!

elq 2020-04-21 03:08

Felt like and art project. Really well made, beautiful graphics with moody audio. Well done!

canti 2020-04-21 03:09

Really like the mood! The effect from the perspective with the rising trees/pillars walls is amazing. So Serene. Also, WAS THAT A MONKEY? just before the bridge? I HAVE TO KNOW!!

ezra-szanton 2020-04-21 03:13

Really beautiful work. The top down foreshortening really gives a feeling that you're picking up and interacting with a toy or a snow globe. The sound design is delightful. One tiny thing in the gameplay is it's frustrating getting caught on level geometry but that only stuck out because the rest of the game is so seemless. Great job!

darylsteak 2020-04-21 03:17

The visuals are absolutely terrific, and the lack of sound actually plays into the mood quite nicely. The only problem for me is that the emotional impact wasnt quite as hard as I hoped, not sure why.

Nonetheless, a really good entry

zillix 2020-04-21 03:26

Absolutely superb aesthetic and ambiance. I could play this all day. Love it.

scott-steffes 2020-04-21 04:09

Wow, it's like Dear Esther meets Ape Out. I love the art!!!

docgeraud 2020-04-22 19:15

Really beautiful game! You managed to re-transcribe a mysterious and nostalgic ambiance. Loved the experience, good job!

Mysterious game. I included it in my Ludum Dare 46 compilation video series, if you want to take a look. :) https://youtu.be/H9ztqzSqyIM
