Minor Deities by maranas 2012-04-25T08:37:00
It crashed when I used Volcanic Eruption first.
It was fun going through all the options, although my main criticism would be that many options seemed to have no direct effect.

The graphics and lighting are really nice and establish the mood really well. The music - not so much, but it was only created in an hour, so good job.
The controls are pretty difficult to use. I think it would be better if up arrow accelerated in the direction you are facing, down decelerates and left and right turn.
Difficult but quite fun.
Sounds like it would be fun when completed. The movement feels a bit jerky but the graphics are nice. Would be better with sound and obviously gameplay. Jumping off the cliff while pressing k is fun.
Yeah I agree it isn't particularly intuitive. Thanks for the comments.
I do have a version that fixed the bottom row bug and added offset available here (http://dl.dropbox.com/u/75047185/PlanetWaves-Windows-PostCompo-v1.zip) if you would like to try. Still seems way too difficult though.
Use left and right to change offset
Combat is a little awkward, but overall great game. The audio and gravity mechanics are very well done.
Seems like you fixed all the problems I had with it. Good job - I quite enjoyed it :)
The movement felt a bit sluggish, and the stealth mechanics felt a bit unnecessary but overall a nice platformer.
I wanted to keep playing, but it kept crashing - mainly seemed to be when picking up items and changing stats. I also got stuck in a tree when swapping team members and spawned on a rock.
I enjoyed the music and graphics but it wasn't clear what stats and items do (I had to hit every key on my keyboard to find the inventory screen :) )
Overall a very impressive entry.
Once I worked out the odd controls it was quite good. It was probably too difficult though.
Fun platformer. The controls feel a bit too coarse, especially when running. Also when the jumping has been upgraded it is impossible to jump over the spikes at the start.
I quite like this. Nice and simple.
Yeah unfortunately the frame rate is very low. To use the controls you need to hold the buttons down until the player moves, otherwise it won't work. I'll make that clearer in the description.
Glad to be of help =).
This is really good. So simple yet really well polished. It feels like a good indie game.
I quite liked this, although the levels seemed to differ in tolerance of colour from the incoming beam, where on some level the working colour is very different from the incoming beam, and on others I had to tweak it even though they appeared the same. However overall a fun game.
