Very good! I think some hitboxes should be more permissive, but overall is fun! And good pixelart too!

Nice atmosphere, enjoyable pixel art. Agree that some of the spikes were a little aggressive, but overall I liked it
Fun to explore, the spike hitboxes are a bit punishing but I made it through to the end, good work!
reminds me of the aquatic donkey kong snes levels. a nice challenge.
really nice work! fun concept, super cute art style and the animations are great!
Music was really good. I'm surprised it was made during the jam.
Amazing atmosphere, especially the music. When I saw rocky's signal I went "OOH, a signal!". I kind of expected rocky to echo my signal instead of giving it on their own but even without it - it felt cool. Great concept

This was really good! :hearts: Very impressive work for the time given. There was no unnecessary focus, just on the things that matter. The overall experience worked well. The controls are smooth, and the ping system is very well thought out. Good sound design and pleasant graphics! :thumbsup_tone1:
The artwork is really good! Took me a short while to understand what would kill me and it was slightly weird that I can not go up at the very beginning. The size of the gap suggests that I should be able to go there. I really enjoyed my time and I found the cute little rock. Maybe I have missed it, but I think there was no way to adjust the volume. For me, the soundtrack was perfect but the signal was a bit too loud. Overall, a cool concept and a nice game!

Very cute characters. I had trouble with the inertia but thanks to the checkpoints it was ok. I liked the simple graphics a lot. Good game !
Love the use of the pulses as a signal and I liked the level design. The art is also top-notch. I actually liked MORE challenging passages to navigate, but you don't wanna make a game jam game too hard, so I think you landed on the right side of the difficulty curve for most folks. Thanks for making it!
Beat it. Enjoyed the art and the atmosphere. I was a bit frustrated with the collision boxes as they seemed to be a bit larger than I thought they could be. It was not completely clear to me what would actually pop me and what was background. Fortunately, the player has infinite lives, so it was not too punishing to just run into something to see if it killed me. I would say the game's controls are a bit "floaty" but the reason for that is obvious lol. I really liked the size of the level. It wasn't too small or too large, and there were plenty of "check points" that kept me from getting too frustrated. Overall nice job.
In all these respects, the game is well-made, Congratulations!
The difficulty level is just right. The graphics are beautiful, and the character is easy to control
Great atmosphere! I thought the art style was a little at-odds w/ the otherwise more ominous atmosphere, but I think the sounds and darkness worked great together.
I agree w/ some of the other comments that it wasn't clear what could hurt you, and the controls made it hard to hit a couple of the narrower passages.
I think the idea of the sonar is really cool, and it works great w/ the theme of the game, but I think it wasn't all that necessary since it lasts so briefly, and the rest of the screen is already somewhat lit up. It'd be interesting to make the default worse, but have the sonar effect linger more or something, so the player really has to rely on it. I think that effect was best at the last, darkest stage, and really liked that. Also the map/maze was well-designed.
The sense of going deeper into the unknown depths is really well done, making the exploration feel genuinely adventurous. I especially liked how the constant searching built the tension throughout the game. It was a really fun way to use the constraints of the jam!
I was able to finally get to the end! Cute little character and game. I appreciated the checkpoints when I died so it was easy to keep exploring.
It gives me the horror vibes with it's atmoshere but the main character is so cute. Also death animation is so goody, I just can't 😂 he's just like BOOP! Though this game is pretty hard with it's controls, that's for sure... Also it can be hard sometimes to understand if some obstacles are dangerous or not.
Very cute pixel art style, and the automatic save feature is great so you don't have to start all over again🥰
Turned out really cute~
A nice ending
I stumbled at the same spot a few times, so thanks for the checkpoints
This is a really cool game in terms of atmosphere, but I found it dishonest in terms of controls, I would like the character to be sharper, otherwise the game is great, I really liked it
I think the theme from the previous game jam is still enabled, right? "THE DEEP" 😊
A very cute game! Splash and Rocky 4 ever.
Anyway, I liked the pixel art and the sonar effect was cool. The hitboxes were very unforgiving and it feels funny saying this because that was the number one criticism of my game this jam as well. But I liked that you spawned nearby after dying so it didn't feel to frustrating.
Nice graphics and sound... really fits the mood. Overall, very enjoyable! Nice job!
A very nicely balanced game. I struggled with the spikes a bit, and some of them were in mean positions (nicely placed traps ;)), but the safes in between made it forgiving enough to make exploration not too punishing. Looked at too many decoy lumps with eyes to admit, before I found Rocky, but it was a nice journey, well done :)
Nice litte game. I loves the sounds. The death pop was way too cute for a death sound.
that little guy going boop when he dies is the cutest death animation ever spike hitboxes are mean as hell tho
