This was a very interesting game idea. I loved that I could make water with the camera, but I think I cheesed a couple of levels and didn't learn what they were trying to teach.
I think the controls weren't feeling too good, and I would have liked the viewfinder to aim towards where my third-person view was aiming (not where the character happened to be aiming at the time). But in the limited time you had I think you made a great game.
Really cool idea, a bit messy, perhaps some feedback on when the target becomes visible would be welcome.. Same as the other comment for the viewfinder
really good concept. had some trouble getting the right boxes to become visible.

Very interesting game, interesting style! I also invite you to experience my game ^-^
WOW, very nice game. I think its a little bit of the theme, but I find the game very nice...I think the guy is pretty cute! Congrats

thanks for playing! agree on the camera angle + visual indicators, will fix those in a post-jam version

Love it! No joke, a depth texture based game is an AMAZING take on the theme! I love that. Definitely innovative, no doubt. Can't wait for the next theme to be around normals, love those pesky colorful textures as well!
The graphics are great, animations don't feel stiff which sometimes happens in 3D games, they have that bounciness about them. Love also how there are quite a few different mechanics here to learn. Definitely a highlight for me.
This is so cool! I know it's a game jam and it's not going to be perfect but the image darkness mattering could be emphasized earlier. It took me a moment to figure it out. Also, I would recommend having the character align when you right click instead of the camera aligning with the character. Seriously though it was so cool though. Very curious how you did it. i have an idea but not sure.

I really like the game and your main mechanic. I do think feel for the player camera could have been improved a bit. The camera was a bit difficult to control at times but I think it could definitely be expanded into a full game.
Love the art style and very cool concept! One thing I would like to see is the depth effect feel more persistent with the non-camera view (rather than just changing the platforms on/off, actually make them colored gradually as they appear in the image). Another concept which this made me think of, is if you took the depth and made that a new 2D level or something.
Also I found a breaking glitch where you can just repeatedly jump up the walls, allowing to skip most puzzles (Edit: I see now you mention that in the description).
Oh, and sometimes I found the controls to be a tad frustrating: 1. At some points I found myself consistently jumping over my target platform or landing on it only to immediately go over the edge 2. If the camera gets close to the player or other objects, the objects completely block the view. This essentially makes it so you can't look up.

Interesting concept, nice and beautiful graphics. but you can't open the full screen, the camera is aimed mainly at the floor, and when you move into the camera, the character unfolds. Not bad, good job

Great take on the theme!
Really interesting idea here, I can see the potential if you had more time to flesh it out. The graphics you did have time to make looked nice even if the level was still pretty much just white-boxed. I found the camera controls to be a bit awkward since it pivoted around the character's feet instead of higher up, but I was still able to complete it. Nice job overall.
Exciting levels. In the beginning, it's hard to understand all the limitations

I loved this game! What a great idea for a puzzler. I really loved the art style of your game, it's my favourite 3D cartoon style I've seen so far. The puzzles were really well thought out, level design was just outstanding. The visuals for the camera view finder was super cool and looks so polished. My only complaint about the game was the platforming, because the player character doesn't have any coyote time when falling off a ledge, so it would sometimes feel like you'd slip off a ledge just the second the capsule collision reaches the edge. But I think if that was fixed, the game would be perfect!

Very clever use of the theme! I liked the combination of puzzling with 3D platforming. Character was genuinely fun to control, although a drop shadow could have helped with depth perception on some of the jumps. Visual style was also nice; even if it was mostly boxes, the main character was pretty well designed! Took a bit to figure out how to use the depth controls on the camera, but eventually got the gist of it. Concept doesn't really have time to evolve much beyond the initial premise, but you came up with a few clever puzzles with what you had, and it wraps up without overstaying its welcome. Overall, great job!

Really cool idea, loved how innovative it is! Great job!
Love it! Would be nice how it turns out if you keep on working on this project after the gamejam is over. <3

Very cool and innovative idea to actually implement. Also really cute grpahics and sound effects. Love the idea and the idea to put the depths into the camera. I'd love to play more of this!! Great job!

Very interesting puzzle platformer! Really liked the style and mix of 3d world and 2d side characters. One thing about the controls: I wish the camera was a bit higher, as for me it was too low. Also, exit from the game on Esc character is very inconvenient also, I accidentally lost my progress twice :( But thanks for your cool game!
Wow what a fantastic concept! Controls took a little while to get used to, but overall such a lovely, extremely well polished puzzle game! Highly enjoyed, one of the better entries I've play so far! Great stuff ^-^
