this is so addicting. great work!
Unfortunately it does not load for me in the browser :( , can you upload it on itch.io maybe?
that's absolutely what australia like hahaha, nice game and good job!
I have arachnophobia. And this thing... FIVE STARS!
Movement very snappy! Very nice!
Doesn't load for me, I've seen other games with this issue with the Unity web player, where it loaded on itch io but not on ldjam
The game does not seem to be loading for me in the embedded page. Sometimes this happens in Unity builds when the web player settings has data caching checked on. This is not an issue on itch.io AFAIK, consider uploading there as a backup.
Here is how you can disable Data Caching - pack it as a ZIP index.html is at the root-level aside the folders created by Unity - Disable “Data Caching” when creating the WebGL build in “Player Settings” -> “Player” -> “Publishing Settings”
It works on two levels, Depths as "Down Under" as well as being underground! I love that. Cute simple art. Great entry!
Loved this one. Nice mechanics. Clever name :D Nitpicking: the explosion sound is a bit aggresive/raspy.
Such a fun, cute, creative game!
The movement mechanics are very satisfying, I could imagine myself having way too much fun with those once I get good at the game! Thanks!
I didn't get far because of a... skill issue. But I liked it a lot. The music was good and set the tone. And I think the idea of digging through the planet to go to australia is really nice. I hope the last levels are upside down, for accuracy.
simple and sauceful gameplay. nice responsive controls, secondary motion and audio. finished with only 68 deaths lol. one gripe is the death sfx sounds like it might be stacking multiple times and is loud and clips quite a bit. non of the other effects seem to have this issue. overall very solid!
@gold-daniel @nojoule @scott-r-howell Thanks a lot for pointing out the problem. I uploaded the itch.io page now! Hope that'll work :)
@frutal
The end is upiside down indeed and there is also a kangaroo waiting for you! We probably should've made some easier levels in the begining, but didn't have time. Anyways thanks for playing!
Nice job, the controls feel geat~
Over 100 deaths (i'm not good at these games), but i made it! Good controls. The centipedes were a bit boring. You just had to wait sometimes after respawning, otherwise they did not really impact the game much. Really enjoyed the map and enemies otherwise!
I think I'll never go to Australia, it's far too dangerous... at the same time a rabbit head that shoots rockets
Really fun physics, great music, and the enemies/hazards were pretty interesting. Good amount of challenge with intuitive controls. Well done!
Fantastic game feel here, an an extremely polished experience. The experience was simple but had a lot of depth and mastery over the control scheme, with some seriously satisfying sections that demanded you launch or fling yourself at high speed.
Well done :)
Beautiful graphics, atmospheric game, good music. It plays very nicely, thank you
Cool and enjoyable movement mechanics, and the levels are interesting
Simple and straightforward operation design, the gameplay process is very challenging. It's very interesting as an action game. I can focus on my own actions without worrying about some complex mechanisms. Well done.
Very cool game, I liked the gameplay it's really not boring and interesting. Also the sounds and graphics are cool)
Banger alert! My favorite game so far. Probably too hard for a jam, but I really enjoyed it. Is this world record? :) deleteme.png
I really like the control scheme and it's really fluid once you get into it! But, I can't beat this part: australia.PNG
Regardless, this is a really smooth and impressive entry. Thanks for making it.
