Super difficult but it's also super hard to put down, I had a lot of fun!
A nice little bullet hell game! Maybe the first I've ever played with sparkles and fairies, so not exactly hell--bullet fairytopia?
Beautiful art! Fullscreen really set the ambience, good job!
"205220000" I love bullet hell. Might be the first time ever I played a bullet game that starts you at the top instead of the bottom. Graphics are cute, Patterns are fun.
Will say that offense felt pretty limited; the powerups looked like projectiles to me at first so I had to play through the game with only one upgrade and most of the time being above the enemies was not an option. Good choice to give a lot of health due to that. Cool entry.
Beat it one more time with the upgrades and this time the boss spawned. Cool laser attack.
Well, it was hard, very hard, but overall it was done quite well, I'm not sure it fits the theme of the jam well, but it was interesting to play =)
It's a cool bullet hell, but I am unsure how this fits into the game jam theme.
love it! i think i beat the boss? (i beat the witch with the 6 powerups and giant laser) not sure if there were pickups to increase your forward bullets, but that might have been nice too, since i think all the upgrades i got only increased the directional fire controlled by the mouse. really impressively designed first stage for such a short period of time
I love that magical atmosphere and sounds. It makes me feel nostalgic, as if it brings me back to my childhood.
This is an intense game! I really like the art style and music too
Positive feedback: - Was not expecting such a polished bullet hell level for a game jam! - Great variety of patterns - Nice difficulty curve - Soundtrack was really good too
Constructive feedback:
- I couldn't see any indication of how much health I had left, so I thought I couldn't die (until I did lmao). - Some clearer feedback for getting hit (like a small screen shake, blinking in red instead of transparent or an audio clue) could've improved the overall experience
Good stuff!
I've never played a shmdown before, it was surprisingly difficult. The artistic sensibilities on show here are very easy to like. If the difficulty scaled a bit more slowly, I would have been happy to play this a bit more.
Playing this game was a lot of fun! The combination of graphics and music was particularly noteworthy, brought immersion to the game. The bullet patterns were especially impressive and beautiful.
The initial encounter with the enemy bullets caught my attention. At first glance, I mistook them for power-ups because they fired as soon as I killed them hahah.
Congratulations on creating an engaging fun game! Keep up the excellent work!
Beautifully done, I'm always a sucker for danmaku. Somehow, this is the first one I've ever played where you go down instead of up. Shout out to the geeked out spiders I had to shoot a hundred times to beat the game.
The lack of feedback when we get hit and the absence of hitpoints make it hard to know when we get hit, but overall pretty fun !
That's pretty cute, I like the idea and the visuals <3
Nitpicks: Lines in Main Menu, when not highlighted, are too dark/bleak, I didn't even notice them at first ^^' It it's clear what to evade and what to catch (as you mentioned power-ups)
Cute and fun game! I loved the art and the music.
On my first playthrough, I missed all the power-ups, but luckily I still managed to finish the level. The next time, I managed to collect them all and got to fight the boss with lasers.
Have you thought about making a post-jam update with more levels and bosses? I'd love to see that.
Very nice work overall. I enjoyed it!

I like it! Too bad I’m not very good at this kind of game, so I didn’t get too far :(
I really enjoyed this game! I wish there was a better indicator when you got hit, otherwise it was pretty good!
OMG! tohoSTG? I'm 100% got your point. Nice game!

(I realized I played this on day one and forgot to comment!)
First of all, fantastic aesthetics as usual, I always love your witchy madoka-touhou vibes.
Gameplay was pretty fun. Kinda brutal at first, but the upgrades help a lot, and almost become overpowered once you get 3 or 4 of them.
Wish there was a boss fight!
Really enjoyed the art and music! The bullet patterns were fun, but it was hard to know when I got hit since there wasn’t much feedback. It's a challenging bullet hell, gj!
I don't really like the balance, the game is beautiful and sounds nice, but the problem is that I can't call it bullet hell, it's just hell in which sometimes it's impossible to just find some places to dodge, but maybe I just have a skill issue
Love the aesthetics, unfortunately I'm awful at this kind of game so i couldn't make it too far :') I like the magical girl theming and the dandelion to show health
At first I was disapointed because it was hard and not really fun to shoot only downward, but then I read that they were upgrades and I played the game 3 times until I got all of them and fought the boss ! 353800000 was my final score. Nice job !
I'm not very good at this type of game, too many pop-ups sometimes blocked in little corners, I wish more feedback was added when I get hit, and I like the character design with the little dandelions propped up
You fit a lot of variety into this! It's tough, but that's probably mostly a skill issue on my part. Those rainbow candy-looking projectiles look so appealing that I kept wanting to collect them. I appreciated starting with enough health to get a good feel for the game even when I was terrible at it. It was nice to have time to get some upgrades, see a variety of enemies, and try to get enough practice to suck less the next time.
