I have no idea how you did this, but the game really did respond to the things I typed in! I didn't type anything too crazy, but still, the responses felt really neat and like I was really influencing the story. Is this driven by some kind of ChatGPT-style thing? However you've done it, it feels cool to see it unfold. Well done.
Really cool. You should do a blog post about how it works!
This is pretty interesting. I love text based battles, made better by the fact I have full control.
Sensational! I tried surprising the AI with a few different actions and they all worked.
Great game.

interesting utilization of modern technology. Very impressive
took me a couple of rounds to get to inflict any damage, but the results are responsive to the commands and it did make a good fight description
The fight descriptions were consistently plausible, and it reacted well to bad input, but the correlation between the text and the change in health was sometimes shaky, like when it said "In the end, neither fighter was able to gain an advantage, and the round ended in a stalemate", but I lost a lot of health and the opponent lost none. I generally didn't feel like I had much influence on the numbers, but the focus was on the story anyways.
It's fun to see stuff like this start to get used in jams, I'm looking forward to seeing how far people can take it.

Like others have said, I'd love to hear how you set this up. Very cool.
That was a really interesting use of whatever ML tech it's built on (I assume ChatGPT). It switched tense on me halfway through on my first game, and broke halfway through on my second (I do like the "writers have gone on a coffee break" error message though!), but aside from that it did well with my suggestions and the health changes matched the description of the fights. The ending felt a bit flat though - it just said "Luna won" after five rounds, so a bit more text (e.g. "Raggedy conceded, Luna was announced the winner, everyone celebrated into the night" etc) would've been more satisfying.

A very interesting experience. I had a lot of fun with it. Managed to find a command that wins every time :)

image_2023-01-11_233433349.png I enjoyed playing it! The story turned out so lovely. Instead of fighting I used good will and that caused quite a damage for Thorne as well. This would make great practice tool of creative writing.
The overall look and feel is very beautiful but I would suggest minor tweaks. That input box does not look very fitting aesthetically. It doesn't align with the submit button nor with its style. Also the text field is too small, filling with a long paragraph I wasn't able to read what I had written.

12 backhand slaps.PNG Need I say more? This is the most fun game I've played out of over 30 games so far...hands-down funniest game.
In a way, this could be considered the ultimate game xD
Really cool use, no idea how you did it but I was surprised that it actually listened to my commands. Really innovative!
This is incredible. I cant comprehend how is it even possible. Some text-generation AI of sorts? Im geniunely impressed, most innovative entry in my list so far, and I doubt anyone could beat that. I'd gladly bought and played something like this in form of fully featured DnD-like game. You struck gold with this one!
This was such a fun game and a great concept!! I think my favorite part was trying to figure out the best commands to give in order to gain advantage. I struggled for a bit with not inflicting any damage, but taking a lot. Similarly to another player, I also found a command that wins every time. Not sure if it counts as cheating or is in the spirit of what you intended with the game, but I was just curious if it would work lol. I'll try to win legitimately next round. I think the only suggestion I have is to perhaps include a larger text input box. I mostly just wanted to be able to see everything I wrote all at one time without needing to scroll. Just a very minor suggestion though. Very nice game!
