Wow this looks really good for a Jam! I did have trouble aiming though, I expected the character to follow the camera more, but instead I was kind of getting pulled around. Fortunately there was lock-on, so that helped a lot, though it seems to aim at their arm not torso. Great work!
Really impressive visuals for a jam game. I love the chibi mecha aesthetic. The visual effects are also incredibly satisfying, especially the ultimate attack. I will say that the lock-on system made if feel like the game was playing itself sometimes. But, overall, a solid entry with impressive visuals. Nice work!
It's sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool! But If's hard for me to aim at enemies. Anyhow,it's very very very(*100 cool

ok, this one is the kind of game that is way too good, awesome
The visuals are incredible! The camera is a bit wonky, but otherwise good job!
Pretty cool looking entry! I think one piece of feedback I can give is that the audio might have peaked a little bit, sounding a bit too loud when boosting especially. And the camera was a little difficult to orient for me, maybe a field of view setting would help?
Great graphics and sounds! Coolest effects! Destroyed 111 enemies in insane dynamics!
best so far in terms of juice. Awesome effects

Crashes a second after opening the main menu. I'm on Linux and tried to run the Windows build with Wine.

This gives me "Independence Day" battle scene vibe! Great job on the cinematic effects! I wish I had some slow-mo controls like you have on one of your gifs.
Here is my playtest: https://youtu.be/vpn9pN8BBOg
@icxon thanks for the playtest video! It's always nice to see how people actually play it. The slow mo effect kicks in when you crash into enemies using the dash ability.
@holyblackcat yikes. That's not an option I'd be able to test out. It's been ages since I fired up a Linux OS for anything, much less emulate Windows application via Wine, but good to know. :)
@icxon Ah! Seeing your playthough just validated my design assumptions. I really should've added that extra power up pickup to incentivize boosting around the arena and enforce the intended run and gun experience.

Really cool, and I definitely think the pickup would be a good idea, or maybe something where the enemies coordinate to surround you more
Also I feel like RMouse aiming should be the default mode cause I never really use the non-aimed mode
(Highscore so far: 95)
The art on this game is fantastic! It seems to have a lot of balancing issues though, as the number of mechs surrounding you very quickly becomes overwhelming, and your gun isn't nearly enough to deal with all of them, especially considering how difficult it is to aim and some weird things that happen with the camera when you're constantly locking onto targets. The special attack helps clear out robots but the time it takes to recharge isn't enough before I'm swarmed by the rest. Some small changes would help this game out a lot. Great start!
@duckwings Thanks for the feedback. There's definitely a lot more to polish and balancing to be done here :)
Looks great (and even greater), fun to play, I like it ) One of my PCs has no appropriate GPU and cannot handle it :scream: (but it is expected due to game graphics level)
The controls felt a little bit clunky, and I feel like the camera shake when boosting was a little bit too intense. That being said one of the coolest games I played during the jam
I couldn't click anything to start it :( Any ideas? Looks fun.

Really love the dynamics of this game! Camera is a little bit odd, but in general it is a great entry. It's mind boggling how people manage to create such an impressive work in 48 hours limit. Just wow.
